When the application is used: the bamboo shoots to be cleaned are poured into the feeding hopper 242, the bamboo shoots slide to contact with the first cleaning roller 250 and the second cleaning roller 250 through the first guide plate 243, and are sprayed and cleaned through the first spraying pipe 252 during sliding, meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 220 rotates under the driving of the soaking and cleaning motor 282, so that the first cleaning roller 250 is driven to rotate through the belt and the belt pulley, the second cleaning roller 251 and the first cleaning roller 250 are driven to rotate in reverse direction through the transmission gear set 254, the surfaces of the fallen bamboo shoots are thoroughly cleaned, and then the bamboo shoots slide to the top of the bearing plate 210 through the second guide plate 244, when the first rotating shaft 220 rotates, the eccentric plate 221 fixedly connected with the outer wall also rotates, thereby driving the support rod 212 to reciprocate up and down through the roller 213, further driving the bearing plate 210 fixedly connected with the support rod 212 to reciprocate up and down, meanwhile, under the action of the first elastic element 214 and the second elastic element 215, the reciprocating process is smoother, further driving the bamboo shoots on the top of the bearing plate 210 to fluctuate up and down, greatly increasing the cleaning effect, then finishing the processing after the bamboo shoots are sorted by the sorting component, solving the problems that the cleaning effect is poor, the bamboo shoots after being cleaned are difficult to meet the processing requirement, the bamboo shoots need to be sorted manually according to the sizes of the bamboo shoots, and the manpower is wasted in the prior art, because the bearing plate 210 is provided with an inclination, the bamboo shoots slide down to the top of the chain conveyor belt 270 through the third material guiding plate 245 along with the reciprocating fluctuation of the bearing plate 210;
meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 220 drives the chain conveying belt 270 to run through the second belt wheel set 271, the bamboo shoots after being soaked and washed are conveyed to the material guide hopper 272 and then slide to the interior of the sorting barrel 110, the sorting motor 120 drives the sorting barrel 110 to sort, the bamboo shoots with different sizes and diameters are discharged by different material discharge frames 111 to finish sorting, meanwhile, when the chain conveying belt 270 is conveyed, the second rotating shaft 230 is driven to rotate through a belt and a belt wheel, the first belt wheel set 231 is driven to rotate through the bevel gear set 232, the cleaning frame 261 is driven by the connecting rod 233 fixedly connected with the outer wall under the action of the guide ring 262 to discharge impurities floating on the water surface from the impurity discharge port 241 to the material guide box 283 to contact with the material basket, the isolating net 246 isolates the impurities floating on the water surface, synchronous conveying with the bamboo shoots after contact with the chain conveying belt 270 is avoided, mixing of the bamboo shoots and the impurities of the cleaned bamboo shoots is avoided to influence subsequent processing, the problem of unable bamboo shoots when wasing among the prior art, the skin very easily drops, and the bamboo shoot skin that drops can mix together with bamboo shoots, needs the later stage to separate, increases manufacturing procedure, has reduced production efficiency is solved.
