step 3, respectively concentrating the medlar, red date and longan filtrates obtained in the step 1 and the peach blossom and chrysanthemum filtrates obtained in the step 2 to obtain medlar concentrated solution, red date concentrated solution, longan concentrated solution, peach blossom concentrated solution and chrysanthemum concentrated solution, mixing in a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenizing for 10min, sterilizing for 3h by adopting ultraviolet, and filling to obtain mixed concentrated solution; wherein, the concentration is carried out at 45 ℃ until the weight of the concentrated solution is 30-50% of the weight of the filtrate before the concentration;
and 4, adding a binding agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricating agent and a flavoring agent which are accepted by medical health care products or functional foods into the mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step 3, and preparing the composition granules with the functions of tonifying and soothing the nerves.
Example 3

and 4, adding a binding agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricating agent and a flavoring agent which are accepted by medical health care products or functional foods into the mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step 3 to prepare a composition liquid preparation with the functions of tonifying and tranquilizing.

step 3, respectively concentrating the medlar, red date and longan filtrates obtained in the step 1 and the peach blossom and chrysanthemum filtrates obtained in the step 2 to obtain medlar concentrated solution, red date concentrated solution, longan concentrated solution, peach blossom concentrated solution and chrysanthemum concentrated solution, mixing in a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenizing for 20min, sterilizing for 5h by adopting ultraviolet, and filling to obtain mixed concentrated solution; wherein, the concentration is carried out at 60 ℃ until the weight of the concentrated solution is 30-50% of the weight of the filtrate before the concentration;
and 4, adding a binding agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricating agent and a flavoring agent which are accepted by medical health care products or functional foods into the mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step 3, and preparing the composition tablet with the functions of tonifying and soothing the nerves.

step 3, respectively concentrating the medlar, red date and longan filtrates obtained in the step 1 and the peach blossom and chrysanthemum filtrates obtained in the step 2 to obtain medlar concentrated solution, red date concentrated solution, longan concentrated solution, peach blossom concentrated solution and chrysanthemum concentrated solution, mixing in a high-pressure homogenizer, homogenizing for 15min, sterilizing for 3h by adopting ultraviolet, and filling to obtain mixed concentrated solution; wherein, the concentration is carried out at 40 ℃ until the weight of the concentrated solution is 30-50% of the weight of the filtrate before concentration;
and 4, adding a binding agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricating agent and a flavoring agent which are accepted by medical health care products or functional foods into the mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step 3, and preparing the composition granules with the functions of tonifying and soothing the nerves.

step 3, respectively concentrating the wolfberry, red date and longan filtrates obtained in the step 1 and the peach blossom and chrysanthemum filtrates obtained in the step 2 to obtain wolfberry concentrated solution, red date concentrated solution, longan concentrated solution, peach blossom concentrated solution and chrysanthemum concentrated solution, mixing, homogenizing, sterilizing and filling to obtain mixed concentrated solution;
and 4, adding a binding agent, a disintegrating agent, a lubricating agent and a flavoring agent which are accepted by medical health care products or functional foods into the mixed concentrated solution obtained in the step 3, and preparing the mixture into a composition tablet, a granule or a liquid preparation with the functions of tonifying and soothing the nerves.
4. The method for preparing a composition with tonifying and tranquilizing functions as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the step 1, the weight ratio of the medlar, the red dates, the longan and the water is 1: soaking at 10-20 deg.C and 15-30 deg.C for 24 hr, and extracting twice.
5. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the centrifugation in step 1 is performed at 3000-6000r/min for 5-30 min.
6. The method for preparing a composition with tonifying and tranquilizing effects as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step 1, the filtration is ceramic membrane filtration, and the membrane filtration has a pore size of 10-50 μm and a pressure of 0.1-0.3 MPa.
