emulsifier 1: 1.5 percent;
emollient 4: 1 percent;
thickening agent: 0.6 percent;
emulsifier 2: 0.5 percent;
skin conditioner 2: 0.5 percent;
skin conditioner 3: 0.2 percent;
chelating agent: 0.1 percent;
preservative: 0.1 percent;
pH regulator: 0.1 percent;
thickening agent: 0.06 percent.
2. A preparation method of whitening and spot-lightening essence milk with azelaic acid is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method is used for preparing the whitening and spot-lightening essence milk with azelaic acid as claimed in claim 1, and comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, mixing and stirring 20-40% of solvent in raw materials with sodium hydroxide, uniformly stirring and dissolving for later use, and then uniformly mixing and stirring humectant 2 and thickener for later use;

s3: adding emollient 1, emollient 2, emollient 3, emulsifier 1 and emollient 4 into oil phase pot, heating to 75-80 deg.C, stirring for dissolving, vacuum filtering to emulsifying pot (1), homogenizing, and stirring until emulsifying;
s4: cooling the emulsifying pot (1) to 40-45 ℃, adding the skin conditioner 1 inwards, and then starting homogenizing and stirring until the skin conditioner is uniformly dispersed;
s5: the method comprises the steps of cooling an emulsifying pot (1) to 38-40 ℃, respectively adding a pre-dissolved solvent and a sodium hydroxide raw material, 40-60% of a solvent, a skin conditioner 2 and a chelating agent, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain a finished product, and matching with the arrangement of an exchange rod (2) in the emulsifying pot (1), the exchange rod (2) extends deeply into the inner side of the emulsifying pot (1), so that the heat exchange speed of the emulsifying pot (1) is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
