Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮及制备方法,该用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,以牛肉、鸡肉、猪肉、玉米粉、麦麸粉、牛骨粉、硅藻土粉、鸡肝粉、啤酒酵母粉、鱼鳞卵磷脂、胡萝卜、豌豆、复合调味料、亚麻籽油、鱼油、车前草,按一定重量份数制成,该用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,以鱼鳞卵磷脂为核心来降低胆固醇,促进脂肪代谢,从而缓解肥胖;同时在亚麻籽油、鱼油等活性物质的辅助下,改善宠物皮肤问题,增亮毛发。本发明利用废弃鱼鳞,变废为宝,将鱼鳞卵磷脂添加入狗粮,达到宠物健康的日常食疗护理作用。在填补市场空白的同时进一步提升鱼鳞的经济和环境效益,改善鱼鳞造成的污染现象。

本发明属于宠物粮食领域,具体涉及一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮及制备方法。
背景技术
我国是最大的水产养殖生产国,水产品产量一直处于较高水平。鱼市和鱼类食品加工厂工业化生产的过程中产生的废弃鱼鳞,被直接堆积丢弃,这不仅对环境造成了污染,也是资源的巨大浪费。鱼鳞中有丰富的卵磷脂,是被誉为与蛋白质,维生素并列的第三营养素,它不仅能降低胆固醇,促进脂肪代谢,还能预防宠物脱毛,可以良好改善宠物肥胖和皮肤问题。无疑是可持续发展的新生力量。
随着人们的生活日益富足,家庭理念也随之改变,独生子女家庭越来越多的同时,空巢老人和单身青年也日益增长。缺少亲人陪伴的人,通常会通过养宠来寄托情感,而宠物犬也一直是养宠人士的首选。与人类相同,宠物每餐也讲究营养均衡,有些缺乏经验的养宠人士会用剩饭剩菜喂养宠物,这会导致宠物免疫力降低,患病率增加。因此合理的饮食搭配,对宠物犬健康而言十分重要。而狗粮是按照宠物犬的营养需求,专门定制的营养食品,是宠物生长发育和健康的基础保证。
养宠人士不断增长,不健康宠物比例也日益增多,宠物普遍存在肥胖和皮肤问题。但更让人担忧的是,“给宠物看病贵”在养宠痛点中占据榜首。虽然,及时补充卵磷脂可以有效缓解这一状况,但目前市面上卵磷脂辅食产品的质量参差不齐,搭配复杂,难以选择。且主要为易造成宠物肠胃负担的大豆卵磷脂和价格较为昂贵的蛋黄卵磷脂,更有含虾类卵磷脂等产品鱼目混珠。
因此,目前市面上急需一款将卵磷脂与狗粮结合的产品,这不仅能弥补现在市面上的空白,也可以给养宠人士照顾宠物的过程减轻负担。大豆卵磷脂因易引起宠物肠胃负担,而蛋黄卵磷脂价格较为昂贵,开发潜力皆有限。而鱼鳞卵磷脂集质优与价廉为一体,无疑是消费者的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明将鱼鳞卵磷脂与宠物犬所必须的营养成分结合制备狗粮,从而降低胆固醇,促进脂肪代谢,来改善宠物犬肥胖和皮肤问题。
本发明利用废弃鱼鳞,变废为宝,将鱼鳞卵磷脂添加入狗粮,达到宠物健康的日常食疗护理作用。在填补市场空白的同时进一步提升鱼鳞的经济和环境效益,改善鱼鳞造成的污染现象。
鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品的制备方法如下:
步骤一:将鱼鳞用清水漂洗、沥干,密封保存;
步骤二:将步骤一种的鱼鳞放入碳酸钠溶液中,室温下浸泡1-3小时,除去杂蛋白及色素,取出用清水反复冲洗去除残留的碳酸盐,沥干;
步骤三:用EDTA溶液在室温条件下浸泡步骤二中的鱼鳞40-80分钟脱钙,然后取出用清水反复洗涤去除残留的有机试剂,沥干;
步骤四:将步骤三中的干燥鱼鳞放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉,密封保存;
步骤五:将步骤四中的鱼鳞粉荆匀浆机匀浆后加入丙酮浸泡萃取两次,每次1-2小时,用以除去胆固醇、脂肪等非目的提取物;
步骤六:减压抽滤,滤饼用95%乙醇浸泡,在40W的条件下超声提取25-35分钟,将上清液在8000r/min条件下离心20分钟,得到沉淀物,放入冻干机中冻干,即得鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述步骤一中碳酸钠溶液浓度为0.5mol/L。

在超声提取功率为40w、提取时间30分钟左右,这样可以尽可能综合考虑到比较良好的提取率和抗氧化活性;相比较传统的(用乙醇对丙酮滤饼进行溶解,再用大量丙酮将卵磷脂沉淀出来)和微波辅助提取鱼鳞卵磷脂等两种提取方式进行对比,本发明的方法得到的鱼鳞卵磷脂得率最高、纯度最高,且多种抗氧化活性最好。
将以上鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品标记为CFL,应用到狗粮中,获得一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:鸡肉23-26份、牛肉9-12份、牛骨粉9-11份、猪肉9-11份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜4-5份、麦麸粉9-10份、玉米粉5-6份、鸡肝粉10-11份、豌豆4-6份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 0.8-1份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油-32份、鱼油1-2份、车前草1-2份。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:鸡肉25份、牛肉10份、牛骨粉10份、猪肉10份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜4份、麦麸粉10份、玉米粉5份、鸡肝粉10份、豌豆5份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 1份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油2份、鱼油1份、车前草2份。
对应这种狗粮的制作步骤如下:
步骤一:将肉类用多倍质量的清水煮熟,将煮熟的肉类置于肉类粉碎机中,粉碎后得到肉沫,加入亚麻籽油搅拌均匀,一般清水的质量是肉类的5倍;将胡萝卜切成块状,和豌豆一起置于破壁机中,得到浆液;将肉沫和浆液混合;
步骤二:称取车前草,放入粉碎机中粉碎,置于容器中,加入清水浸没,闷润3-5小时,一般4小时,收集提取液过滤,得到滤液A,分成两份,一般平均分配;
步骤三:将步骤一得到的固液混合物与一份滤液A混合,再加入麦麸粉、骨粉、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL、鸡肝粉,混合均匀,置于不锈钢容器中,在45℃水浴下保温处理1小时;
步骤四:调节水浴温度至53℃,加入硅藻土粉、玉米粉和步骤二得到的另一份滤液A,混合均匀,保温处理90分钟;
步骤五:在粘稠状的混合物中加入啤酒酵母粉、复合调味料、鱼油颗粒,混合均匀,38℃下保温处理30分钟;
步骤六:将混合物放入冻干机中去除水分,冻干后粉碎得固体粉末;
步骤七:将固体粉末通入水蒸气至含水量为8%,随后置于膨化机中,进行膨化造粒,得到的颗粒抹上复合调味料,即得产品狗粮。
使用时,将狗粮放置于狗槽中,每天喂食2次,每次15-100g,依据不同品种的狗进行调整。
狗粮中的各个活性成分的性能:
鸡肉:鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,可以增强狗狗钙的吸收,增强免疫力。
牛肉:牛肉含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,对狗狗的生长发育及手术后、病后调养,在补充失血和修复组织方面具有重要作用。
牛骨粉:牛骨粉富含蛋白质和钙,有助于狗狗的生长发育及修复组织等。
猪肉:猪肉的蛋白质属优质蛋白质,含有狗狗全部必需氨基酸。猪肉富含铁,是血液中红细胞的生成和功能维持所必须的。猪肉是维生素的主要膳食来源,特别是精猪肉中维生素B1的含量丰富。猪肉中还含有较多的对脂肪合成和分解有重要作用的维生素B2。
硅藻土粉:硅藻土粉可以有效的控制狗狗的外部和内部寄生虫,是非常有用的肠道清洗剂。
胡萝卜:胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用,胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高。作为一种抗氧化,具有抑制氧化及保护机体正常细胞免受氧化损害的防癌作用。胡萝卜含有植物纤维吸水性强在肠道中体积容易膨胀是肠道中的“充盈物质”。胡萝卜中的维生素A是骨骼正常发育的必需物质,有利于细胞的生殖与增长。
麦麸粉:麦麸中含有丰富的膳食纤维,可以促进肠道的蠕动,润肠通便,可以缓解和治疗便秘的症状,有助于清除肠道内的毒素,膳食纤维还能够增加肠液的粘稠度,阻碍葡萄糖的吸收,从而达到降血糖的功效;麦麸中还含有丰富的B族维生素,可以促进人体的新陈代谢,提高机体免疫力。
玉米粉:玉米粉中含钙、铁质较多,可防止高血压、冠心病,玉米粉中含有亚油酸和维生素E,能使胆固醇水平降低,从而减少动脉硬化的发生。
鸡肝粉:鸡肝中还有丰富的维生素A,能够保护眼睛,防止眼睛干涩;同时还含有一般肉类食品不含有的维生素C和微量元素硒,能够增强狗狗的免疫反应。
豌豆:豌豆是一种营养性食品,特别是含铜、铬等微量元素较多,铜有利于造血以及骨骼和脑的发育;铬有利于糖和脂肪的代谢。豌豆中所含的胆碱、蛋氨酸有助于防止动脉硬化;而且豌豆鲜品所含的维生素C,在所有鲜豆中名列榜首。
啤酒酵母粉:啤酒酵母粉特有酵母香味具良好的天然诱食性,增强宠物饲料的适口性;富含的酵母蛋白、核酸、B族维生素等营养成分,可有效改善宠物生产性能,提高肉品质及产蛋率等;提供的优质蛋白可部分替代鱼粉,弥补动物性蛋白源卫生指标不易控制等缺点;含有未知生长因子,促生长效果甚佳。
鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL:卵磷脂又称为蛋黄素,主要成分为磷脂酰胆碱、不饱和脂肪酸。卵磷脂的亲水性极强,可以使狗狗肺泡保持湿润,有效提高氧摄入量;对皮肤和毛发有一定的保护作用,可以给狗狗毛发提供养分,减少狗狗掉毛的情况,并且保持毛发光泽柔顺;卵磷脂还可以分解一部分体内多余的脂肪,所以肥胖的狗狗吃卵磷脂可能会有减肥塑型的效果。
复合调味料:增强宠物饲料的适口性,具有良好的诱食性。
亚麻籽油:亚麻籽油有丰富的 Omega 3-6-9单元不饱和脂肪酸,可以让狗狗毛色亮丽,改善皮肤问题,提升免疫力,且有抗肿瘤的特性,
鱼油:鱼油中含有Omega-3等脂肪酸,能够有效解决皮肤干燥、瘙痒、皮屑、脱毛等问题,增加皮肤免疫力,改善皮肤健康状况。经常食用鱼油,狗狗的毛发会变得光泽、亮丽,呈现健康的肌肤状态。
车前草:具有清热利尿、祛痰、凉血、解毒的功效,用于水肿尿少、热淋涩痛。
本发明提供的一种狗粮,能够满足狗狗的各种需求,既能保证营养,又有良好的口味,并且其中的鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL在不影响其性能的前提下,其制备中采用废弃的鱼鳞,提取其活性成分,能够大大降低其成本,价格廉价,变废为宝,提升鱼鳞的经济和环境效益,并且混合在狗粮中能够降低狗狗的胆固醇,促进其脂肪代谢,可以改善宠物犬的肥胖和皮肤问题。
具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对保护范围构成限定。
实施例1
将鱼鳞用清水漂洗、沥干,密封保存备用;取适量鱼鳞于烧杯中,加入0.5mol/LNa2CO3溶液,在室温下浸泡2小时除去杂蛋白及色素,并用清水反复洗涤去除任何残留的碳酸盐,沥干;用0.5 mol/L EDTA溶液在相同条件下浸泡鱼鳞1小时脱钙,并用清水反复洗涤去除任何残留的有机试剂,沥干;将处理完的干燥鱼鳞放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉,密封保存备用;鱼鳞粉经匀浆机匀浆后加入丙酮浸泡萃取两次,每次1.5 小时,以除去胆固醇、脂肪等非目的提取物;减压抽滤后滤饼用95%乙醇浸泡,在40 W的条件下超声提取30 分钟;将上清液在8000 r/min条件下离心20 分钟,得到的沉淀物放入冻干机中冻干,即得鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品,产物记为CFL,密封保存备用。
实施例2
该用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成(每份取10g):鸡肉25份、牛肉10份、牛骨粉10份、猪肉10份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜4份、麦麸粉10份、玉米粉5份、鸡肝粉10份、豌豆5份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 1份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油2份、鱼油1份、车前草2份。
上述用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将肉类用5倍质量的清水煮熟,将煮熟后的肉类置于肉类粉碎机中,粉碎后得到肉沫,加入亚麻籽油搅拌均匀;将胡萝卜切成块状,和豌豆一起置于破壁机中,将肉沫和浆液混合;
(2)称取上述质量的车前草,放入粉碎机中粉碎,置于容器中,加入清水浸没,闷润4小时,收集提取液过滤,得滤液A,平均分成两份;
(3)将步骤一得到的固液混合物与滤液A混合,再加入麦麸粉、骨粉、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL、鸡肝粉,混合均匀,置于不锈钢容器中,在45℃水浴下保温处理1小时;
(4)调节水浴温度至53℃,加入硅藻土粉、玉米粉和步骤(2)得到的滤液A,混合均匀,保温处理90分钟;
(5)在粘稠状的混合物中加入啤酒酵母粉、复合调味料、鱼油颗粒,混合均匀,38℃下保温处理30分钟;
(6)将混合物放入冻干机中去除水分,冻干后粉碎得固体粉末;
(7)将固体粉末通入水蒸气至含水量为8%,随后置于膨化机中,进行膨化造粒,得到的颗粒抹上复合调味料,即得产品狗粮。
用法用量:将发明所得用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题得狗粮置于狗槽中,每天喂食2次,每次多少15-100g,具体看犬种而调整。
实施例3
该用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成(每份取10g):鸡肉26份、牛肉11份、牛骨粉9份、猪肉11份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜5份、麦麸粉10份、玉米粉6份、鸡肝粉11份、豌豆4份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 0.9份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油3份、鱼油1份、车前草3份。

制备方法与用法用量同实施例2
将我们运用的提取功率、超声提取时间等对鱼鳞卵磷脂提取率和抗氧化活性的影响,与传统的(用乙醇对丙酮滤饼进行溶解,再用大量丙酮将卵磷脂沉淀出来)和微波辅助提取鱼鳞卵磷脂等两种提取方式进行对比,并结合卵磷脂的得率、纯度、DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、ABTS自由基等清除活性,结果可以发现我们的提取方法得到的鱼鳞卵磷脂得率最高、纯度最高,且多种抗氧化活性最好。
(1)DPPH自由基清除能力的测定
鱼鳞卵磷脂的DPPH·清除能力的方法如下:在样品组中加入 0.3 mL 特定浓度的鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液与5.7 mL的 60微摩尔每升 DPPH 50%乙醇的溶液;对照组用50%的乙醇溶液代替DPPH溶液;空白对照组用蒸馏水代替鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液。将以上溶液震荡混匀放置于室温60 分钟后,于 517 nm 波长处测定溶液的吸光度。
(2)羟基自由基清除能力的测定
鱼鳞卵磷脂的羟自由基清除能力的方法如下:样品组试管中分别加入 l mL 12mmol/L FeSO4、1 mL 12 mmol/L水杨酸乙醇溶液、1 mL 特定浓度的鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液和1 mL0.1%的 H2O2溶液;空白对照组用蒸馏水代替鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液。将试管避光37℃下恒温孵育1小时,取出冷却,于510 nm 波长处测定溶液的吸光度。
(3)ABTS 自由基清除能力的测定
鱼鳞卵磷脂的 ABTS 自由基清除能力的实验方法如下:将 5 mL 7 mmol/L ABTS和 88 微升140 mmol/L 过硫酸钾溶液混合,混匀后在室温黑暗环境下静置 16 小时。向工作液中加入蒸馏水调整其浓度,使其在 734 nm 波长下的吸光值为 0.70±0.02。样品对照组中加入200 微升特定浓度的鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液样品溶液和3 mL 稀释后的ABTS溶液,空白对照组用蒸馏水代替鱼鳞卵磷脂溶液。黑暗环境下静置 1 小时,于 734 nm 波长处测定其吸光度。结果以mean±SD表示,用spss软件进行显著性分析。

依据上述原料和方法进行了以下实验:
SD大鼠饲养于SPF级别的动物实验室内,室温条件下20-25℃,相对湿度45-65%,明暗交替12小时,保持良好的通风。大鼠自由摄食和饮水后,适应性的进行喂养基础饲料7天后,按照体重质量随机分组:空白对照组(10只)、高脂饲料肥胖模型(10只)、实施例1-6组(每组10只,基础饲料+犬粮饲料)。实验期间记录体重,持续记录8周,进行动物解剖和组织取材。结果以mean±SD表示,用spss软件进行显著性分析。具体结果参见表2。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,其特征在于:其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:鸡肉23-26份、牛肉9-12份、牛骨粉9-11份、猪肉9-11份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜4-5份、麦麸粉9-10份、玉米粉5-6份、鸡肝粉10-11份、豌豆4-6份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 0.8-1份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油-32份、鱼油1-2份、车前草1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮,其特征在于:其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:鸡肉25份、牛肉10份、牛骨粉10份、猪肉10份、硅藻土粉1份、胡萝卜4份、麦麸粉10份、玉米粉5份、鸡肝粉10份、豌豆5份、啤酒酵母粉1份、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL 1份、复合调味料1份、亚麻籽油2份、鱼油1份、车前草2份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将肉类用多倍质量的清水煮熟,将煮熟的肉类置于肉类粉碎机中,粉碎后得到肉沫,加入亚麻籽油搅拌均匀;将胡萝卜切成块状,和豌豆一起置于破壁机中,得到浆液;将肉沫和浆液混合;
步骤二:称取车前草,放入粉碎机中粉碎,置于容器中,加入清水浸没,闷润3-5小时,收集提取液过滤,得到滤液A,将滤液A分成两份;
步骤三:将步骤一得到的固液混合物与步骤二得到的一份滤液A混合,再加入麦麸粉、骨粉、鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品CFL、鸡肝粉,混合均匀,置于不锈钢容器中,在45℃水浴下保温处理1小时;
步骤四:调节水浴温度至53℃,加入硅藻土粉、玉米粉和步骤二得到的一份滤液A,混合均匀,保温处理90分钟;
步骤五:在粘稠状的混合物中加入啤酒酵母粉、复合调味料、鱼油颗粒,混合均匀,38℃下保温处理30分钟;
步骤六:将混合物放入冻干机中去除水分,冻干后粉碎得固体粉末;
步骤七:将固体粉末通入水蒸气至含水量为8%,随后置于膨化机中,进行膨化造粒,得到的颗粒抹上复合调味料,即得产品狗粮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,肉类用5倍质量的清水煮熟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中将滤液A平均分成两份。
6.一种权利要求1或2中用于改善肥胖和皮肤问题的狗粮中的鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:将鱼鳞用清水漂洗、沥干,密封保存;
步骤二:将步骤一中的鱼鳞放入碳酸钠溶液中,室温下浸泡1-3小时,除去杂蛋白及色素,取出用清水反复冲洗去除残留的碳酸盐,沥干;
步骤三:用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)溶液在室温条件下浸泡步骤二中的鱼鳞40-80分钟脱钙,然后取出用清水反复洗涤去除残留的有机试剂,沥干;
步骤四:将步骤三中的干燥鱼鳞放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉,密封保存;
步骤五:将步骤四中的鱼鳞粉荆匀浆机匀浆后加入丙酮浸泡萃取两次,每次1-2小时,用以除去胆固醇、脂肪等非目的提取物;
步骤六:减压抽滤,滤饼用95%乙醇浸泡,在40W的条件下超声提取25-35分钟,将上清液在8000r/min条件下离心20分钟,得到沉淀物,放入冻干机中冻干,即得鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中碳酸钠溶液浓度为0.5mol/L。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种鱼鳞卵磷脂粗品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中的EDTA溶液浓度为0.5mol/L。
