Abstract
The invention discloses a sophora flavescens gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sophora flavescens gel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of sophora flavescens active substance, 4.5-7 parts of antipruritic agent, 6-9 parts of aromatic, 18-23 parts of lubricant, 8-13 parts of active bacteria, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 6-8 parts of plant extract, 3-7 parts of vitamin, 2-4 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of thickener, 1-2 parts of pH regulator and 100 parts of water supplement. The sophora flavescens gel is specifically compounded by a plurality of components, so that the anti-inflammation and comfort of the gel are improved; the combination of guar gum and luba gum increases the low-temperature stability of the gel, and avoids the phenomenon of flocculent precipitate of the gel in a low-temperature environment; the application of the gel and the castor oil can increase the coating property of the gel in use, reduce the generation of bubbles and improve the use feeling of consumers, and the gel is used for improving the female health problem.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical articles for female hygiene and health, and in particular relates to sophora flavescens gel and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Gynecological inflammation is caused by invasion of pathogen bacteria due to external infection or injury, and comprises cervicitis, vaginitis, pelvic inflammation, cervical erosion and the like, which are common diseases that afflict a large number of female patients. The general treatment mode of gynecological inflammation mainly plays a role in killing pathogens through local administration, so that damaged tissues are repaired and a normal microenvironment state is presented, and the effect of healing is achieved.
Gels are thick liquid or semisolid preparations of the solution, suspension or emulsion type prepared from a drug and an excipient capable of forming a gel, which are limited to topical application to the skin and body cavities such as nasal, vaginal and rectal cavities. The gel in the market is various, but few products of the bacteriostatic gel for the private health of women have single efficacy and uneven effects, so that the company develops a gel taking radix sophorae flavescentis as an active component, has the efficacies of resisting bacteria, clearing damp, clearing heat, detoxifying, sterilizing and relieving itching, can quickly inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria and maintain and restore the local microecological balance. However, the applicant finds that the gel generates flocculent substances at low temperature during use, the low-temperature stability of the gel is poor, and in addition, the original gel generates a small amount of bubbles during coating, so that the use feeling of a consumer is influenced. In order to improve such a defect, the present application is specifically proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a sophora flavescens gel, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of sophora flavescens active substance, 4.5-7 parts of antipruritic agent, 6-9 parts of aromatic, 18-23 parts of lubricant, 8-13 parts of active bacteria, 1-3 parts of amino acid, 6-8 parts of plant extract, 3-7 parts of vitamin, 2-4 parts of humectant, 1-3 parts of thickener, 1-2 parts of pH regulator and 100 parts of water supplement.
As a preferred technical solution, the sophora flavescens active substance comprises sophora flavescens essential oil.
As a preferable technical scheme, the sophora flavescens active substance also comprises sophora flavescens root extract/octanoyl salicylic acid/potassium nonanoylglycinate active substance.
As a preferred technical scheme, the lubricant comprises at least two of xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum and fenugreek gum.
As a preferred embodiment, the lubricant further comprises castor oil.
As a preferable technical scheme, the humectant comprises a small molecular alcohol and a polysaccharide humectant.
As a preferable technical scheme, the small molecular alcohol comprises one or more of butanediol, ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol and sorbitol, and the polysaccharide humectant comprises chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine.
As a preferable technical scheme, the polysaccharide moisturizing agent further comprises sodium hyaluronate, wherein the sodium hyaluronate comprises a macromolecular sodium hyaluronate component and a small molecular sodium hyaluronate component, and the weight ratio is (2.3-4): 1.
the second aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of sophora flavescens gel, comprising the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to a certain proportion, adding radix Sophorae Flavescentis active substance, antipruritic, aromatic, lubricant, active bacteria, amino acids, plant extract, vitamins, humectant, thickener and pH regulator into water, and mixing well to obtain the final product.

The applicant previously prepared the gel taking radix sophorae flavescentis as an active component has a good antibacterial effect, but the gel is found to have poor low-temperature stability in the using process, and most gels on the market also have the defect of poor low-temperature stability The movement of active bacteria and the like causes the crystallization temperature to rise. In addition, the applicant has found through extensive studies that the weight ratio of guar gum to guava gum in the system of the present invention needs to be controlled between 1: (12-15), the reason is probably that the gel has poor coating property when the guar gum is too much dissolved in the system, and the gelatin has poor coating property when the guar gum is too much contained, and the reason is probably that the guar gum has certain compatibility, and when the amount of the guar gum is too much, the crystallization of amino acid, active bacteria and the like is promoted.
The active bacteria can eliminate oxygen free radicals, activate T cells, delay cell aging, decompose nitroso compounds and other organic carcinogens, inhibit bacteria, viruses and cancer cell growth by the principle of benefiting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria, reduce fat deposition on vessel walls, and regulate the blood fat level of a human body, thereby recovering natural self-healing force and enhancing and improving the immunologic function; in addition, the secretion of microorganisms in the 'active probiotics' such as active antibacterial small peptide, amino acid, oligomeric polysaccharide, organic acid, various vitamins, antiviral substances, antibiotic substances, various biochemical enzymes and the like can directly regulate the functions of various organs and increase nutrition, so that the microecological balance in the body is improved.

the sodium hyaluronate is commercially available, and includes, but is not limited to, the macromolecular sodium hyaluronate is obtained from Shandong Baolijia biological technology limited and has a molecular weight of 180-.
At present, most of gels on the market use sodium hyaluronate as a humectant, in order to increase the water locking and moisture retention of the gel, the applicant uses the synergistic effect of macromolecular sodium hyaluronate and micromolecular sodium hyaluronate, but finds that the anti-inflammation of the gel is slightly reduced, and the applicant finds that the anti-inflammation of the system can be increased by using a radix sophorae flavescentis extract/caprylyl salicylic acid/potassium azelaic acid active substance, chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine through a great deal of research, probably because the three components have certain antibacterial effects, and the synergistic effect of the potassium azelaic acid and the glucosamine and water-soluble caprylyl glycine can promote the absorption of the gel action part to the components such as radix sophorae flavescentis active substance, antipruritic agent, aromatic agent and the like in the gel, so that the effect of the anti-inflammation active component on the skin is improved, and the defect that the anti-inflammation effect is reduced by the micromolecular sodium hyaluronate is overcome, meanwhile, the glucosamine and glucose molecules in the arbutin extract core have synergistic effect, so that the gel also has good comfort.
