Description

Sophora flavescens gel and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical articles for female hygiene and health, and in particular relates to sophora flavescens gel and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Gynecological inflammation is caused by invasion of pathogen bacteria due to external infection or injury, and comprises cervicitis, vaginitis, pelvic inflammation, cervical erosion and the like, which are common diseases that afflict a large number of female patients. The general treatment mode of gynecological inflammation mainly plays a role in killing pathogens through local administration, so that damaged tissues are repaired and a normal microenvironment state is presented, and the effect of healing is achieved.
Gels are thick liquid or semisolid preparations of the solution, suspension or emulsion type prepared from a drug and an excipient capable of forming a gel, which are limited to topical application to the skin and body cavities such as nasal, vaginal and rectal cavities. The gel in the market is various, but few products of the bacteriostatic gel for the private health of women have single efficacy and uneven effects, so that the company develops a gel taking radix sophorae flavescentis as an active component, has the efficacies of resisting bacteria, clearing damp, clearing heat, detoxifying, sterilizing and relieving itching, can quickly inhibit the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria and maintain and restore the local microecological balance. However, the applicant finds that the gel generates flocculent substances at low temperature during use, the low-temperature stability of the gel is poor, and in addition, the original gel generates a small amount of bubbles during coating, so that the use feeling of a consumer is influenced. In order to improve such a defect, the present application is specifically proposed.

The gel prepared by the original patent of the applicant can generate a small amount of bubbles when being coated, thereby influencing the use feeling of consumers, and the coating property of the gel currently used in the market is poor, the phenomena of air bubbles, excessive dispersion and the like are easily generated in the coating process, and the applicant finds that the application property of the gel in use can be improved by using glycerol, ethanol and castor oil through a great deal of research, probably because the ethanol can disperse polysaccharides and guar gum in the system, reduce the cohesive force of the system, increase the dispersibility of the system, meanwhile, the applicant finds out through a large number of experiments that the weight ratio of the glycerol to the ethanol is in a certain range, so that the gel can not be excessively dispersed and can be stably attached to the skin, on the one hand, the castor oil increases the dispersion of the aromatic in the system and simultaneously prevents the gel from generating bubbles and the like due to hand sticking during application.
In some preferred embodiments, the lubricant further comprises castor oil in an amount of 8 to 9 weight percent of the lubricant.
The castor oil may be purchased commercially, including, but not limited to, from Guangzhou Primary chemical Co., Ltd.
