本发明涉及纺织精炼酶技术领域,尤其涉及一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织业是一个劳动密集程度高和对外依存度较大的产业,纺织是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品,纺织品即经纺织加工而成的产品,包括纱线、机织物、针织物、编织物等,分为梭织布和针织布两大类。
在纺织加工生产过程中需要使用到低温精炼酶,现有的精炼酶缺少对纺织品快速洗涤的效果,导致纺织品出现污渍影响使用;并且现有的精炼剂中缺少消泡剂,导致纺织品在染色过程中形成色斑和颜色分布不均匀,从而影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,所述精炼酶由以下原料组成:偏硅酸钠3-5质量份,纯碱2-5质量份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3 质量份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2质量份,皂角粉1-3质量份,非离子表面活性剂2-3质量份,双氧水催化剂1-2质量份,二甲基硅油2-4 质量份,抗静电剂1-3质量份,消泡剂1-2质量份。

步骤二:准备纯碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉,同样的手段对纯碱过滤备用防止纯碱内有微小颗粒杂质,将皂角清洗然后放到晾晒布上晒干,等到风干晒干之后将皂角切块剁碎,之后将皂角放到破壁机的内部使其成粉末取出备用,破壁时间根据皂角的量决定,然后将以上原料全部放入搅拌机的内部,纯碱具有很强的洗涤效果,并且纯碱可用于原料皮的脱脂和中和,使皮革更加柔软,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠与皂角粉同样具有良好的洗涤去污效果;
步骤三:将非离子表面活性剂放入搅拌机的内部,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,能够极好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,配合步骤二使用;

2、通过设置的纯碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉,纯碱具有很强的洗涤效果,并且纯碱可用于原料皮的脱脂和中和,使皮革更加柔软,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠与皂角粉同样具有良好的洗涤去污效果;
3、通过设置的非离子表面活性剂、双氧水催化剂、二甲基硅油,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,能够极好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,双氧水催化剂拥有较强的漂白效果,二甲基硅油作为一种柔软剂,在纺织品上使用的时候有利于使其平滑柔软具有良好舒适的手感;
4、通过设置的抗静电剂与消泡剂,抗静电剂在纺织品表面进行涂布后,有利于形成一层均匀的抗静电涂层,消除静电的危害,消泡剂有利于防止纺织品上形成色斑从而影响产品质量。

步骤二:准备纯碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉,同样的手段对纯碱过滤备用防止纯碱内有微小颗粒杂质,将皂角清洗然后放到晾晒布上晒干,等到风干晒干之后将皂角切块剁碎,之后将皂角放到破壁机的内部使其成粉末取出备用,破壁时间根据皂角的量决定,然后将以上原料全部放入搅拌机的内部,纯碱具有很强的洗涤效果,并且纯碱可用于原料皮的脱脂和中和,使皮革更加柔软,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠与皂角粉同样具有良好的洗涤去污效果;
步骤三:将非离子表面活性剂放入搅拌机的内部,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,能够极好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,配合步骤二使用;
步骤四:之后将双氧水催化剂放入搅拌机的内部,双氧水由于拥有较强的氧化性用作漂白剂,棉织物漂白加工的主要目的是去除天然色素,提高织物的白度,满足漂白织物和浅色织物加工的要求,通过氧化反应,破坏色素的共轭体系,达到漂白的目的;
步骤五:对二甲基硅油中的杂质过滤,之后二甲基硅油放入搅拌机的内部,二甲基硅油作为一种柔软剂,在纺织品上使用的时候能够使其平滑柔软具有良好舒适的手感;
步骤六:将抗静电剂放入搅拌机的内部,抗静电剂在纺织品表面进行涂布后,可形成一层均匀的抗静电涂层,消除静电的危害。
结论:通过实施例2制成的精炼剂并通过实践得出此款精炼剂在使用之后,纺织品的防污能力较强、不易沾附污渍,抗静电能力强,使用之后面料柔软舒适,但是在染色过程中容易有泡沫产生并且容易留下色斑。
实施例3
偏硅酸钠5质量份,非离子表面活性剂2质量份,双氧水催化剂 2质量份,二甲基硅油3质量份,抗静电剂2质量份,消泡剂1质量份
所述精炼酶的制备方法如下:
步骤一:准备偏硅酸钠然后对偏硅酸钠适当过滤备用然后放入搅拌机的内部,偏硅酸钠的活性碱度和PH缓冲指数最高,有较强的润湿、乳化和皂化油脂的作用,在去除、分散和悬浮污垢方面具有优秀的表现,并能阻止污垢的再沉积;
步骤二:将非离子表面活性剂放入搅拌机的内部,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,能够极好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,配合步骤二使用;

结论:通过实施例3制成的精炼剂并通过实践得出此款精炼剂在使用之后,纺织品的防污能力差,抗静电能力一般,使用之后面料柔软舒适且无染色过程中留下的色斑。

Claims (5)
1.一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述精炼酶由以下原料组成:偏硅酸钠3-5质量份,纯碱2-5质量份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-3质量份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-2质量份,皂角粉1-3质量份,非离子表面活性剂2-3质量份,双氧水催化剂1-2质量份,二甲基硅油2-4质量份,抗静电剂1-3质量份,消泡剂1-2质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述偏硅酸钠4质量份,纯碱3质量份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2质量份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1质量份,皂角粉2质量份,非离子表面活性剂2质量份,双氧水催化剂1质量份,二甲基硅油3质量份,抗静电剂2质量份,消泡剂2质量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述偏硅酸钠4质量份,纯碱3质量份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2质量份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2质量份,皂角粉3质量份,非离子表面活性剂1质量份,双氧水催化剂1质量份,二甲基硅油3质量份,抗静电剂2质量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述偏硅酸钠5质量份,非离子表面活性剂2质量份,双氧水催化剂2质量份,二甲基硅油3质量份,抗静电剂2质量份,消泡剂1质量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温精炼酶及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述精炼酶的制备方法如下:
步骤一:准备偏硅酸钠然后对偏硅酸钠适当过滤备用然后放入搅拌机的内部,偏硅酸钠的活性碱度和PH缓冲指数最高,有较强的润湿、乳化和皂化油脂的作用,在去除、分散和悬浮污垢方面具有优秀的表现,并能阻止污垢的再沉积;
步骤二:准备纯碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、皂角粉,同样的手段对纯碱过滤备用防止纯碱内有微小颗粒杂质,将皂角清洗然后放到晾晒布上晒干,等到风干晒干之后将皂角切块剁碎,之后将皂角放到破壁机的内部使其成粉末取出备用,破壁时间根据皂角的量决定,然后将以上原料全部放入搅拌机的内部,纯碱具有很强的洗涤效果,并且纯碱可用于原料皮的脱脂和中和,使皮革更加柔软,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠与皂角粉同样具有良好的洗涤去污效果;
步骤三:将非离子表面活性剂放入搅拌机的内部,非离子表面活性剂具有很高的表面活性,能够极好的增溶、洗涤、抗静电、钙皂分散等性能,刺激性小,还有优异的润湿和洗涤功能,配合步骤二使用;
