Abstract
本发明公开了一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,包括泥料选择;釉料选择;坯体成型;纹路开槽;重复施釉,凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5‑0.8cm;烧窑温度控制在1260℃;保证烧制的胎体在200℃左右拿出窑炉,然后对其急速降温至10℃,使膨胀和收缩系数不一样,产生釉面开片的效果,从而达到想要的开片纹路。本发明属于瓷器制备技术领域,具体是提供了一种操作简单,成本低,且加工方便,通过控制凹槽与釉的厚薄,从而控制开纹的多样化与美观性的牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法。

技术领域
本发明属于瓷器制备技术领域,具体是指一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法。
背景技术
瓷器是由瓷石、高岭土、石英石、莫来石等烧制而成,外表施有玻璃质釉或彩绘的物器。瓷器的成形要通过在窑内经过高温烧制,瓷器表面的釉色会因为温度的不同从而发生各种化学变化,是中华文明展示的瑰宝。
在中国的瓷器装饰中,牡丹纹以其姿态优美,寓意吉祥为世人所喜爱,但是牡丹纹在烧制过程中,对火候的要求比较高,一旦控制不好烧制出的色泽就不够好,所以需要靠经验来烧制,而且瓷器上的牡丹纹需要保持纹路的丰富性与美观性。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种操作简单,成本低,且加工方便,通过控制凹槽与釉的厚薄,从而控制开纹的多样化与美观性的牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、泥料选择:以龙泉哥窑泥作为泥料;
S2、釉料选择:所述釉料由如下重量份的原料组成:釉土50份、长石25份、石灰石20份、氧化铝5份,将所述原料干粉混合均匀;
S3、坯体成型:使用龙泉哥窑泥与水混合成浆注入石膏模内,静置数小时后开模取出成型的坯体,对坯体进行修坯处理;
S4、纹路开槽:于坯体上绘制出牡丹纹纹路,并在纹路处打上凹槽;
S5、施釉:釉料加水稀释形成釉水,将坯体浸入釉水中、取出晾干,于晾干后的坯体上反复喷釉水多次,并对凹槽处反复加喷,使得凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5-0.8cm;
S6、烧窑:对上釉后的坯体进行烧制,将烧制的温度控制在1250℃-1270℃之间,在烧制时保持此温度;
S7、出窑:保证每个烧制的瓷器胎体在195℃-205℃的温度区间内拿出窑炉,然后对瓷器胎体急速降温至10℃,使膨胀和收缩系数不一样,产生釉面开片的效果,从而达到想要的开片纹路。
优选地,所述步骤S5中施釉的具体方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将坯体全部浸入釉料中、3s后拿出晾干;
步骤2)将干燥且施过釉的坯体再次进行喷釉,每次喷4-6遍、反复喷4-6次;
步骤3)接着在重复喷釉的过程中,将打上凹槽的部分加喷3次,使得凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5-0.8cm;
步骤4)釉厚处开大纹片、釉薄处开细纹片。
作为优选方案,所述凹槽的深度为0.4cm~0.6cm,优选地,凹槽深度控制在0.5cm。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中,将龙泉哥窑泥浆注入石膏模内,2-3h后,倒出多余的泥浆,静置2-3h后,开模取出成型的坯体。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中,坯体成型的方式包括但不限于采用模具、手工、压胚等方式制备坯体。
采用上述方案本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,操作简单,成本低,且加工方便,通过控制凹槽与釉的厚薄,从而控制开纹的多样化与美观性。

实施例1,本发明一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、泥料选择:以龙泉哥窑泥作为泥料,龙泉哥窑泥分为大、中、小和铁胎,其中所含的紫金土不一样,紫金土放的越多坯体颜色越黑,开片也越细,在本方案中选择开中片的哥泥,更加适合牡丹纹开片纹路上;
S2、釉料选择:所述釉料由如下重量份的原料组成:釉土50份、长石25份、石灰石20份、氧化铝5份,将所述原料干粉混合均匀,在本方案中,以长石釉为主,在发色上可以选择炒米黄或者天青色;
S3、坯体成型:使用龙泉哥窑泥与水混合成浆注入石膏模内,静置数小时后开模取出成型的坯体,对坯体进行修坯处理;
S4、纹路开槽:于坯体上绘制出牡丹纹纹路,并在纹路处打上凹槽,凹槽深度控制在0.5cm;
S5、施釉:
步骤1)釉料加水稀释形成釉水,将坯体全部浸入釉水中、3s后拿出晾干;
步骤2)将干燥且施过釉的坯体再次进行喷釉,每次喷4-6遍、反复喷4-6次;
步骤3)接着在重复喷釉的过程中,将打上凹槽的部分加喷3次,使得凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5-0.8cm;
步骤4)釉厚处开大纹片、釉薄处开细纹片。
S6、烧窑:对上釉后的坯体进行烧制,将烧制的温度控制在1250℃-1270℃之间,在烧制时保持此温度;
S7、出窑:保证每个烧制的瓷器胎体在195℃-205℃的温度区间内拿出窑炉,然后对瓷器胎体急速降温至10℃,使膨胀和收缩系数不一样,产生釉面开片的效果,从而达到想要的开片纹路。

1.一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、泥料选择:以龙泉哥窑泥作为泥料;
S2、釉料选择:所述釉料由如下重量份的原料组成:釉土50份、长石25份、石灰石20份、氧化铝5份,将所述原料干粉混合均匀;
S3、坯体成型:使用龙泉哥窑泥与水混合成浆注入石膏模内,静置数小时后开模取出成型的坯体,对坯体进行修坯处理;
S4、纹路开槽:于坯体上绘制出牡丹纹纹路,并在纹路处打上凹槽;
S5、施釉:釉料加水稀释形成釉水,将坯体浸入釉水中、取出晾干,于晾干后的坯体上反复喷釉水多次,并对凹槽处反复加喷,使得凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5-0.8cm;
S6、烧窑:对上釉后的坯体进行烧制,将烧制的温度控制在1250℃-1270℃之间,在烧制时保持此温度;
S7、出窑:保证每个烧制的瓷器胎体在195℃-205℃的温度区间内拿出窑炉,然后对瓷器胎体急速降温至10℃,使膨胀和收缩系数不一样,产生釉面开片的效果,从而达到想要的开片纹路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5中施釉的具体方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)将坯体全部浸入釉料中、3s后拿出晾干;
步骤2)将干燥且施过釉的坯体再次进行喷釉,每次喷4-6遍、反复喷4-6次;
步骤3)接着在重复喷釉的过程中,将打上凹槽的部分加喷3次,使得凹槽处的釉料比周围部位厚0.5-0.8cm;
步骤4)釉厚处开大纹片、釉薄处开细纹片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述凹槽的深度为0.4cm~0.6cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述凹槽的深度为0.5cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,将龙泉哥窑泥浆注入石膏模内,2-3h后,倒出多余的泥浆,静置2-3h后,开模取出成型的坯体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹纹纹路瓷器的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,坯体成型的方式包括但不限于采用模具、手工、压胚的方式制备坯体。
