Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,包括有若干升降机组、以及若干设置于充电主机集中区的充电桩,升降机组固定设置于停车区的墙体处,停车区的每一停车位对应设置一升降机组,每一升降机组对应一充电桩,升降机组包括有充电枪、以及用于带动充电枪进行升降的升降驱动组件,升降驱动组件包括有用于卷绕充电线缆的卷筒,充电线缆的一端与充电枪相连接,充电线缆的另一端与充电桩相连接。本发明将升降机组设置于墙体,采用升降式充电枪的结构设计,无需在停车位处设置充电桩,所有充电桩集中设置于另一区域内,有效地解决了停车场因空间狭小而难以增设充电桩的问题。

Description

一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源充电相关技术领域,特别涉及一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统。
背景技术
作为新能源电动汽车的配套设施,充电桩大多需要安设在停车场内。将充电桩设置在停车场内,需要对停车场进行改造。一些停车场由于原有场地空间较为狭小,存在较大的改造困难。特别是一些在一线城市市中心的停车场,甚至没有多余的空间来安设充电桩。为了解决这一困难,我们提出一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,包括有若干升降机组、以及若干设置于充电主机集中区的充电桩,所述升降机组固定设置于停车区的墙体处,所述停车区的每一停车位对应设置一所述升降机组,每一所述升降机组对应一所述充电桩,所述升降机组包括有充电枪、以及用于带动所述充电枪进行升降的升降驱动组件,所述升降驱动组件包括有用于卷绕充电线缆的卷筒,所述充电线缆的一端与所述充电枪相连接,所述充电线缆的另一端与所述充电桩相连接。
进一步阐述,所述升降驱动组件包括有驱动电机、固定架,所述卷筒旋转设置于所述固定架,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述卷筒相连接,所述驱动电机带动所述卷筒对所述充电线缆进行收线或者放线。
进一步阐述,所述升降驱动组件处对应设置有一缓冲道,所述充电枪于所述缓冲道内进行升降运动。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明将升降机组设置于墙体,采用升降式充电枪的结构设计,无需在停车位处设置充电桩,所有充电桩集中设置于另一区域内,有效地解决了停车场因空间狭小而难以增设充电桩的问题。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
结合附图1和附图2所示,一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,包括有若干升降机组10、以及若干设置于充电主机集中区的充电桩20,升降机组10固定设置于停车区的墙体处,停车区的每一停车位对应设置一升降机组10,每一升降机组10对应一充电桩20,升降机组10包括有充电枪11、以及用于带动充电枪11进行升降的升降驱动组件12,升降驱动组件12包括有用于卷绕充电线缆124的卷筒121,充电线缆124的一端与充电枪11相连接,充电线缆124的另一端与充电桩20相连接。当停车位处的电动汽车需要进行充电时,可用手机访问相应的APP或者微信小程序,当升降驱动组件12接收充电指令时,升降驱动组件12会带动充电枪11缓缓下降,即 当需要进行充电时,充电枪才会下降,从而防止充电枪遭到恶意损坏。
如附图2所示,升降驱动组件12包括有驱动电机122、固定架123,卷筒121旋转设置于固定架123,驱动电机122的输出端与卷筒121相连接,驱动电机122带动卷筒121对充电线缆124进行收线或者放线。升降驱动组件12处对应设置有一缓冲道30,充电枪11于缓冲道30内进行升降运动。当需要进行充电时,驱动电机122带动卷筒121进行正转,卷筒121对充电线缆124进行放线,充电线缆124带动充电枪11沿着缓冲道30缓缓下降。当用户完成充电并将充电枪从电动汽车的充电插座拔出后,驱动电机122带动卷筒121进行反转,卷筒121对充电线缆124进行收线,充电线缆124带动充电枪11沿着缓冲道30缓缓上升至指定高度位置。

1.一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,其特征在于:包括有若干升降机组、以及若干设置于充电主机集中区的充电桩,所述升降机组固定设置于停车区的墙体处,所述停车区的每一停车位对应设置一所述升降机组,每一所述升降机组对应一所述充电桩,所述升降机组包括有充电枪、以及用于带动所述充电枪进行升降的升降驱动组件,所述升降驱动组件包括有用于卷绕充电线缆的卷筒,所述充电线缆的一端与所述充电枪相连接,所述充电线缆的另一端与所述充电桩相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,其特征在于:所述升降驱动组件包括有驱动电机、固定架,所述卷筒旋转设置于所述固定架,所述驱动电机的输出端与所述卷筒相连接,所述驱动电机带动所述卷筒对所述充电线缆进行收线或者放线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种采用集成升降充电的新能源汽车充电系统,其特征在于:所述升降驱动组件处对应设置有一缓冲道,所述充电枪于所述缓冲道内进行升降运动。
