In order to improve the efficiency of the wooden stick end, the existing end machine is improved as follows, and as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the chopstick end machine comprises a rack 101, wherein a transverse stretching mechanism 102 is installed on the rack 101, the transverse stretching mechanism 102 is connected with a pressing frame 103, and arc-shaped brackets 104 are installed on two sides of the pressing frame 103; a support 105 is fixed on the pressing frame 103, the support 105 is connected with a vertical stretching mechanism 106, the vertical stretching mechanism 106 is connected with a connecting plate 107, and two sides of the connecting plate 107 are fixedly connected with arc-shaped pressing frames 108 corresponding to the arc-shaped brackets 104; the arc-shaped pressing frames 108 and the arc-shaped brackets 104 are arranged in a staggered manner; the two ends of the arc-shaped pressing frame 108 are connected through an elastic structure 109; mounting plates 110 are fixed on two sides of the frame 101, saw wheels 111 are mounted on two sides inside the mounting plates 110, and the saw wheels 111 are in power connection with a rotating device 112; a second inclined material guide plate 113 is arranged below the saw wheel 111, and a material conveying device 114 is arranged below the second inclined material guide plate 113. An alignment baffle 115 is installed at one side of the platen 103.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
the battens cut into strips in advance are stacked on the arc-shaped bracket 104 and aligned through the alignment baffle 115, then the vertical stretching mechanism 106 is pressed downwards, the stacked battens are pressed and limited through the elastic structure 109, then the transverse stretching mechanism 102 contracts, the two ends of the battens are close to the saw wheel 111, the two ends of the battens are cut orderly by the saw wheel 111, and the battens with the same length are obtained. The cut wood chips and the like fall off on the second inclined material guide plate 113 and are conveyed away by the material conveying device 114, then the transverse stretching mechanism 102 extends, the vertical stretching mechanism 106 retracts, and the battens with the cut ends are taken away to perform the next process.
The battens are pressed downwards through the elastic structures 109, so that when the battens are pressed downwards, the elastic structures 109 are fully attached to the upper surface of the material pile, the extrusion force is uniform, and the deflection caused by the primary lateral pressure when part of the battens are not subjected to the extrusion force to cause cutting is effectively prevented.
In order to realize automatic loading and unloading, two manipulators 121 respectively positioned at two sides of the pressing frame 103 are installed on the frame 101. One hand 121 feeds and the other hand discharges.
The saw wheel 111 is connected to a first driving wheel 116, the first driving wheel 116 is connected to a second driving wheel 118 through a driving belt 117, and the second driving wheel 118 is connected to the rotating device 112.
The rotating device 112 is a motor, and the transverse stretching mechanism 102 and the vertical stretching mechanism 106 are both air cylinders; the material transport device 114 is a conveyor belt. The elastic structure 109 is a spring or an elastic band.
The carriage block 103 is slidably connected to two parallel cylindrical rails 119.
A first inclined baffle 120 connected with the second inclined material guide plate 113 is arranged below the cylindrical rail 119, and the inclination angle of the first inclined baffle 120 is smaller than that of the second inclined material guide plate 113, so that a good chip removal effect is achieved.
An upper baffle 122 is fixed to the bracket 105 to cover the mounting plate 110 and slidably coupled to the mounting plate 110.

Claims (9)

1. A chopstick end machine comprises a rack (101), wherein a transverse stretching mechanism (102) is installed on the rack (101), the transverse stretching mechanism (102) is connected with a pressing frame (103), and arc-shaped brackets (104) are installed on two sides of the pressing frame (103); a support (105) is fixed on the pressing frame (103), the support (105) is connected with a vertical stretching mechanism (106), the vertical stretching mechanism (106) is connected with a connecting plate (107), and two sides of the connecting plate (107) are fixedly connected with arc-shaped pressing frames (108) corresponding to the arc-shaped brackets (104); the arc-shaped pressing frames (108) and the arc-shaped brackets (104) are arranged in a staggered manner; two ends of the arc-shaped pressing frame (108) are connected through an elastic structure (109); mounting plates (110) are fixed on two sides of the rack (101), saw wheels (111) are mounted on two sides inside the mounting plates (110), and the saw wheels (111) are in power connection with rotating devices (112); a second inclined material guide plate (113) is arranged below the saw wheel (111), and a material conveying device (114) is arranged below the second inclined material guide plate (113).
2. The chopstick-end machine according to claim 1, wherein an alignment baffle (115) is installed at one side of the pressing frame (103).

Chopstick end machine according to claim 1, wherein said saw wheel (111) is connected to a first driving wheel (116), said first driving wheel (116) being connected to a second driving wheel (118) through a driving belt (117), said second driving wheel (118) being connected to said rotating means (112).
4. The chopstick end machine according to claim 1, wherein the rotating device (112) is a motor, and the transverse stretching mechanism (102) and the vertical stretching mechanism (106) are both air cylinders; the material conveying device (114) is a conveyor belt.
5. Chopstick end machine, according to claim 1, wherein said elastic structure (109) is a spring or an elastic band.
6. Chopstick-end machine, according to claim 1, wherein said presser foot (103) is slidingly connected to two parallel cylindrical tracks (119).

The chopstick end machine according to claim 6, wherein a first inclined baffle (120) connected with the second inclined material guiding plate (113) is installed below the cylindrical track (119), and the inclination angle of the first inclined baffle (120) is smaller than that of the second inclined material guiding plate (113).
8. Chopstick end machine according to claim 1, wherein two manipulators (121) are mounted on the frame (101), one on each side of the pressing block (103).
9. Chopstick end machine according to claim 1, characterised in that said support (105) is fixed with an upper baffle (122) covering the mounting plate (110) and slidingly connected to the mounting plate (110).
