The caviar essence antibacterial agent is added on the surface layer 1, so that caviar essence and fibroin in silk fiber can be effectively combined, the adhesive force of the caviar essence is increased, and the comfort is increased in the use process;
the surface of the sanitary towel is provided with the liquid guide holes 5, and liquid can quickly permeate into the absorption layer through the liquid guide holes 5, so that the residual quantity of the liquid on the surface of the sanitary towel is reduced, and the comfortable feeling of the surface is enhanced; the two sides of the liquid guide hole 5 are provided with the protective wing leakage-proof grooves 3, and liquid can be diffused along the protective wing leakage-proof grooves 3 under the action of the protective wing leakage-proof grooves 3, and then diffused in the front direction and the rear direction, so that the flow direction of the liquid on the surface of the sanitary towel is effectively controlled, and the risk of liquid leakage is reduced; still be equipped with on the surface course 1 and refuse water leak protection flange 6, refuse the outside folding of both sides of water leak protection flange 6, can make the sanitary towel surface laminate the human body more when using, refuse water leak protection flange 6 and adopt water repellent material to make, can effectively prevent liquid and spill over, further reduce the embarrassment of women's menstrual period.
The surface layer 1 is made of natural silk fibers, so that the friction between the surface layer of the sanitary towel and the skin can be reduced, the comfort of a user in menstrual period is increased, and the sanitary towel is more attached to the body structure; blending natural silk fibers and viscose fibers, wherein: the silk fiber accounts for 20% -30%, the viscose fiber accounts for 70% -80%, and the viscose fiber is added to increase the strength of the non-woven fabric under the condition that the advantage of the silk fiber is not damaged.
The manufacturing process of the surface layer 1 comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, removing impurities in viscose fibers and silk fibers by an opening process respectively;
2. mixing the two fibers, and performing two opening processes to ensure that the two fibers are uniformly mixed;
3. after two carding processes, fibers are arranged neatly to form a fiber net;
4. the fiber web is reinforced by the spunlace process and the positive and negative injection of a high-pressure water needle, so that the fibers form the mutual entanglement acting force, the pressure of the spunlace head is respectively 5.5, 6.1, 8.2 and 9.4Mpa, the acting force among the fibers is gradually strengthened by 4 spunlaces, and the silk spunlace non-woven fabric is formed.
5. Selecting a roe essence antibacterial agent, wherein the components of the roe essence antibacterial agent comprise 5-10% of roe essence stock solution, 9-10% of chitosan, 3-7% of polyethylene glycol, 10-15% of glycerol, 15-20% of vitamins and 38-58% of deionized water, and the density of the roe essence antibacterial agent is 0.9-1.1g/cm at the temperature of 20 DEG C 3。
6. Uniformly mixing the roe essence antibacterial agent with water, spraying the mixture on the surface of the silk spunlace non-woven fabric, comparing antibacterial experiments, respectively spraying the roe essence antibacterial agent with the concentrations of 0.15%, 0.2% and 0.3%, wherein after spraying, each square centimeter of the surface of the non-woven fabric contains 0.001-0.003g of the roe essence antibacterial agent. The specific experimental results are shown in table 1:

Laboratory microorganism experiments show that when the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.2-0.3%, the antibacterial agent has good bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans.

firstly, respectively removing impurities in viscose fibers and silk fibers through an opening process;

and step five, uniformly mixing the roe essence antibacterial agent with water, spraying the mixture on the surface of the silk spunlace non-woven fabric obtained in the step four, wherein each square centimeter of the surface of the non-woven fabric contains 0.001-0.003g of the roe essence antibacterial agent.
2. A sanitary napkin for increasing comfort as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and fourthly, respectively controlling the pressure of the water stabs to be 5.5 MPa, 6.1 MPa, 8.2 MPa and 9.4 MPa.

A sanitary napkin for increasing comfort as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fish roe essence antibacterial agent comprises the following components: 5-10% of fish roe essence stock solution, 9-10% of chitosan, 3-7% of polyethylene glycol, 10-15% of glycerol, 15-20% of vitamins and 38-58% of deionized water.
4. A sanitary napkin for increasing comfort as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sanitary towel is characterized in that the surface of the sanitary towel is provided with a liquid guide hole, and two sides of the liquid guide hole are provided with a protective wing leakage-proof groove.

A sanitary napkin for increasing comfort as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the waterproof and anti-leakage partition is characterized in that a waterproof and anti-leakage partition is arranged on the surface layer, two sides of the waterproof and anti-leakage partition are folded outwards, and the waterproof and anti-leakage partition is made of a waterproof material.
