The caviar essence antibacterial agent is added on the surface layer 1, so that caviar essence and fibroin in silk fiber can be effectively combined, the adhesive force of the caviar essence is increased, and the comfort is increased in the use process;

The surface layer 1 is made of natural silk fibers, so that the friction between the surface layer of the sanitary towel and the skin can be reduced, the comfort of a user in menstrual period is increased, and the sanitary towel is more attached to the body structure; blending natural silk fibers and viscose fibers, wherein: the silk fiber accounts for 20% -30%, the viscose fiber accounts for 70% -80%, and the viscose fiber is added to increase the strength of the non-woven fabric under the condition that the advantage of the silk fiber is not damaged.
The manufacturing process of the surface layer 1 comprises the following steps:
1. firstly, removing impurities in viscose fibers and silk fibers by an opening process respectively;
2. mixing the two fibers, and performing two opening processes to ensure that the two fibers are uniformly mixed;
3. after two carding processes, fibers are arranged neatly to form a fiber net;
4. the fiber web is reinforced by the spunlace process and the positive and negative injection of a high-pressure water needle, so that the fibers form the mutual entanglement acting force, the pressure of the spunlace head is respectively 5.5, 6.1, 8.2 and 9.4Mpa, the acting force among the fibers is gradually strengthened by 4 spunlaces, and the silk spunlace non-woven fabric is formed.
5. Selecting a roe essence antibacterial agent, wherein the components of the roe essence antibacterial agent comprise 5-10% of roe essence stock solution, 9-10% of chitosan, 3-7% of polyethylene glycol, 10-15% of glycerol, 15-20% of vitamins and 38-58% of deionized water, and the density of the roe essence antibacterial agent is 0.9-1.1g/cm at the temperature of 20 DEG C 3。
6. Uniformly mixing the roe essence antibacterial agent with water, spraying the mixture on the surface of the silk spunlace non-woven fabric, comparing antibacterial experiments, respectively spraying the roe essence antibacterial agent with the concentrations of 0.15%, 0.2% and 0.3%, wherein after spraying, each square centimeter of the surface of the non-woven fabric contains 0.001-0.003g of the roe essence antibacterial agent. The specific experimental results are shown in table 1:

Laboratory microorganism experiments show that when the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 0.2-0.3%, the antibacterial agent has good bacteriostatic effect on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans.

and step five, uniformly mixing the roe essence antibacterial agent with water, spraying the mixture on the surface of the silk spunlace non-woven fabric obtained in the step four, wherein each square centimeter of the surface of the non-woven fabric contains 0.001-0.003g of the roe essence antibacterial agent.
2. A sanitary napkin for increasing comfort as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and fourthly, respectively controlling the pressure of the water stabs to be 5.5 MPa, 6.1 MPa, 8.2 MPa and 9.4 MPa.
