Example 1
A beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a bottom plate 1 and a fixing buckle 2; the front part and the rear part of the bottom plate 1 are respectively fixedly connected with three fixing buckles 2; the device also comprises a medicine residue cleaning unit, a filtrate collecting unit, a filter residue transferring unit and a screening unit; the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a medicine residue cleaning unit; the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a filtrate collecting unit, and the filtrate collecting unit is positioned in the decoction dreg cleaning unit; the middle part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a filter residue transfer unit; the left part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a screening unit; the middle part of the medicine residue cleaning unit is connected with the filtrate collecting unit; the left part of the medicine residue cleaning unit is connected with the filter residue transferring unit.
Before the beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs is used, firstly, a bottom plate 1 is installed in a beef cattle feed manufacturing workshop through six fixing buckles 2 and is externally connected with a power supply, then, an operator pours the traditional Chinese medicine dregs into a dreg cleaning unit, the dreg cleaning unit cleans the traditional Chinese medicine dregs, residual liquid medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine dregs is washed out, meanwhile, the washed liquid medicine is collected through a filtrate collecting unit, then, the dregs in the dreg cleaning unit are transferred out through a residue transferring unit and are poured into an external feed stirring pool, meanwhile, the operator processes crushed straw through a screening unit, the screening unit filters out fine crushed straw, then, the crushed straw is led into the feed stirring pool and is stirred with the dregs, and during stirring, the filtrate collecting unit also adds the liquid medicine into the stirring pool and mixes with the feed for forming; according to the invention, the Chinese medicine residues are washed and filtered in advance, effective medicinal components in the Chinese medicine residues are separated, then the crushed straw is subjected to fine crushing and screening treatment, fine crushed parts which are not beneficial to being made into the feed in the crushed straw can be effectively removed, and then the liquid medicine at the filtering and washing part is added in the stirring process of the Chinese medicine residues and the crushed straw, so that the liquid medicine can be effectively and fully mixed with the crushed straw, and the beef cattle can fully absorb the effective components in the feed.

The snap ring portion 206a of the collection barrel 206 is inwardly tapered.
A filtrate collection stage: when the cleaning of the herb residues is completed, two second electric actuators 201 are activated, the two second electric actuators 201 extend through the connecting plate 202 to drive one T-shaped plate 203 to move downwards, the T-shaped plate 203 moves downwards under the limit of two guide rails 207, the two T-shaped plates 203 drive two gears 205 and a collecting barrel 206 to move downwards through a second transmission rod 204, when the snap ring portion 206a of the collecting barrel 206 is in contact with the bayonet lock portion 104a of the cleaning cabin 104, the snap ring portion 206a slides relative to the bayonet lock portion 104a, a vibration beating effect is provided for the cleaning cabin 104, residual liquid of herb residues on the filtering portion 1014a of the plug plate 1014a and residual liquid on the side wall of the cleaning cabin 104 can flow into the collecting barrel 206 under the vibration effect, the dripping of the residual liquid is effectively avoided, the pollution to the environment is caused, as the two second electric actuators 201 extend continuously, the snap ring portion 206a of the collecting barrel 206 leaves the bayonet lock portion 104a of the cleaning cabin 104 to move downwards, the two gears 205 continue to move downwards until the two gears 205 are meshed with one gear, each gear rack 206 rotates, the two gears 208, the two collecting barrels are started to rotate, and the collecting barrel 206 is closed after forty-degree rotation of the two second electric actuators 201 starts to rotate.
According to fig. 1 and fig. 11-14, the residue transfer unit includes a third door-shaped frame 301, an electric slide rail 302, a U-shaped frame 303, a support plate 304, an electric rotating shaft 305, a limiting plate 306, a transfer bucket 307, a second L-shaped plate 308, an L-shaped bayonet 309 and a filter plate 3010; the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 are respectively connected with a third door-shaped frame 301 through bolts; the upper parts of the opposite sides of the two third door-shaped frames 301 are respectively provided with an electric slide rail 302; the two electric slide rails 302 are respectively connected with a U-shaped frame 303 through an electric slide block in a sliding way; the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the U-shaped frame 303 are respectively connected with a support plate 304 through bolts; the upper parts of the two support plates 304 are rotatably connected with an electric rotating shaft 305; two limit plates 306 are fixedly connected to the electric rotating shaft 305; the lower part of the U-shaped frame 303 is rotatably connected with a transfer hopper 307; the left part of the upper surface of the transfer bucket 307 is in contact transmission with two limit plates 306; two second L-shaped plates 308 are fixedly connected to the right part of the upper surface of the U-shaped frame 303; the upper parts of the two second L-shaped plates 308 are connected with the inserting plate 1014 through bolts; the lower part of the left side of the U-shaped frame 303 is connected with an L-shaped clamping pin 309 through bolts; the opposite sides of the two L-shaped clamping pins 309 are in contact connection with the transfer bucket 307; a filter plate 3010 is welded in the middle of the transfer bucket 307; the right part of the transfer bucket 307 is a storage bucket 307a; the right part of the transfer bucket 307 is a water tank 307b.
The filter sheet 3010 has a wedge-shaped structure, and the filter sheet 3010 is higher than the storage hopper 307a, and the left portion is connected to the water tank 307b of the transfer hopper 307.
A filter residue transfer stage: when the collecting barrel 206 moves downwards, after the collecting barrel 206 leaves the lower part of the cleaning cabin 104, the U-shaped frame 303 moves to the right on the two electric slide rails 302 through the two electric slide blocks, the U-shaped frame 303 drives the two support plates 304, the transfer bucket 307, the two second L-shaped plates 308 and the two L-shaped pins 309 to move, the two support plates 304 drive the electric rotating shaft 305 to drive the two limit plates 306 to move, the two second L-shaped plates 308 drive the insertion plate 1014 to move, at this time, the transfer bucket 307 is in an inclined state, the left part of the transfer bucket 307 abuts against the two L-shaped pins 309, when the transfer bucket 307 reaches the lower part of the cleaning cabin 104, the two second L-shaped plates 308 drive the insertion plate 1014 to move, the circular groove 1014b of the insertion plate 1014 replaces the position of the filtering part 1014a, the traditional Chinese medicine residues on the filtering part a fall onto the storage hopper 307a of the transfer bucket 307, when the residues fall onto the storage hopper 307a at a certain height from the filtering part 1014a, the traditional Chinese medicine residues can be shaken and the residual water among the traditional Chinese medicine residues can be transferred to the filtering part 307b of the collecting bucket 307b in the filtering part 3010, and the filtering part is transferred to the filtering hopper 307b, and the filtering hopper 303 is moved to the filtering hopper 307a, and then the filtering hopper 303, and the filtering hopper 307a is stopped.
And a filter residue injection stage: after the middle herb residue exits from the lower part of the cleaning cabin 104, the electric rotating shaft 305 is started at this time, the electric rotating shaft 305 rotates to drive the two limiting plates 306 to rotate, when viewed from the front to the back, the two limiting plates 306 rotate clockwise, at this time, as the transfer bucket 307 carries the traditional Chinese herb residue, along with the rotation of the two limiting plates 306, the transfer bucket 307 starts to deflect, after the transfer bucket 307 rotates a certain angle, the traditional Chinese herb residue on the transfer bucket 307 slides down and enters the feed stirring tank, meanwhile, the water in the water tank 307b of the transfer bucket 307 flows out, the traditional Chinese herb residue remained on the storage bucket 307a is brought into the feed stirring tank together, after the traditional Chinese herb residue in the storage bucket 307a is completely poured into the feed stirring tank, the electric rotating shaft 305 rotates reversely, the transfer bucket 307 is synchronously driven to deflect, so that the transfer bucket 307 resets, and the electric rotating shaft 305 is closed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 15, the sieving unit includes a mounting plate 401, a third electric actuator 402, a second elastic member 403, a material guiding hopper 404, a pushing plate 405, a wedge block 406 and a U-shaped scraper 407; the left part of the bottom plate 1 is connected with two mounting plates 401 through bolts; a third electric actuator 402 is fixedly connected to the two mounting plates 401; two second elastic pieces 403 are respectively fixedly connected to the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1; the upper parts of the four second elastic members 403 are fixedly connected with a material guide hopper 404; the upper part of the material guide hopper 404 is a wave-shaped part 404a; the lower part of the material guiding hopper 404 is a chute part 404b; a push plate 405 is fixedly connected to the right end of the telescopic part of the third electric actuator 402; the front part of the lower surface and the rear part of the lower surface of the push plate 405 are respectively fixedly connected with a wedge block 406; the lower portion of the right side of the push plate 405 is provided with a U-shaped scraper 407.
The guide hopper 404 is inclined when viewed from the front to the rear.
The straw crushed aggregates screening stage by stage: an operator transfers part of the crushed straw materials to the material guide hopper 404, then the third electric actuator 402 is started, the third electric actuator 402 extends to drive the push plate 405 to drive the two wedge-shaped blocks 406 and the U-shaped scraper 407 to move, wherein the wedge-shaped blocks 406 are in contact with the wavy portion 404a of the material guide hopper 404, the two wedge-shaped blocks 406 are driven to move by the push plate 405, the wedge-shaped blocks 406 perform flapping vibration on the material guide hopper 404, the U-shaped scraper 407 moves along the material guide hopper 404, the crushed straw materials on the material guide hopper 404 are driven to move by the U-shaped scraper 407, the crushed straw materials can pass through the chute portion 404b of the material guide hopper 404 in the moving process under the cooperation of vibration, the crushed straw materials are collected by arranging a collecting tank below the material guide hopper 404, accumulation of the crushed straw materials is avoided, when the crushed straw materials move on the material guide hopper 404, the crushed straw materials are screened, the rest of the crushed straw materials are led out from the right material guide portion of the material guide hopper 404, enter the feed stirring tank, participate in mixing of the traditional Chinese medicine dregs, then, the third electric actuator 402 starts to shrink, and the electric actuator 402 and drives the U-shaped scraper 407 to move and reset.
A material mixing stage: after the straw crushed aggregates on the material guide hopper 404 and the traditional Chinese medicine residues on the transfer hopper 307 are transferred into the feed stirring tank, the two second electric actuators 201 are started, the two second electric actuators 201 extend to synchronously drive the collecting barrel 206 to continuously deflect until the filtrate in the collecting barrel 206 flows out through the flow guide port 206b and participates in the mixing and stirring process of the straw crushed aggregates and the traditional Chinese medicine residues, the adding of water in the stirring process is controlled by controlling the telescopic degree of the second electric actuators 201, the liquid medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine residues is washed out and then added again for mixing in the stirring process, so that the residual liquid medicine in the traditional Chinese medicine residues can be effectively and fully utilized, and after the filtrate in the collecting barrel 206 is completely poured out, the two second electric actuators 201 shrink to synchronously drive the collecting barrel 206 to reset, so that the collecting barrel 206 is sleeved on the lower part of the cleaning cabin 104 again.

On the basis of the embodiment 2, according to fig. 1 and fig. 16, a matching unit is further included; the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a matching unit, and the matching unit is positioned on the right of the filtrate collecting unit; the annular baffle 107 is in contact transmission with the matching unit; the matching unit comprises a fourth door-shaped frame 501, a third elastic piece 502, a second transverse plate 503, a third L-shaped plate 504 and a limiting rod 505; the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 1 is connected with a fourth portal frame 501 through a bolt; two third elastic pieces 502 are fixedly connected to the middle part of the fourth portal frame 501; a second transverse plate 503 is fixedly connected to the lower parts of the two third elastic members 502; a third L-shaped plate 504 is welded on the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the second transverse plate 503 respectively; the middle parts of the opposite sides of the two third L-shaped plates 504 are welded with limiting rods 505; the limiting rod 505 is used for being in contact transmission with the transfer bucket 307.
Matching with a cleaning process: when the traditional Chinese medicine residues on the filtering portion 1014a are transferred to the transfer bucket 307, part of the traditional Chinese medicine residues are adhered to the inner wall of the cleaning cabin 104, when the transfer bucket 307 moves rightwards, the right part of the transfer bucket 307 is in contact with the limiting rod 505, at the moment, the transfer bucket 307 is in contact with the limiting rod 505 in an inclined state, the transfer bucket 307 drives the limiting rod 505 to move downwards, the limiting rod 505 drives the two third L-shaped plates 504 to move downwards, the two third L-shaped plates 504 drive the second transverse plate 503 to move downwards, the second transverse plate 503 stretches the two third elastic members 502, the two third L-shaped plates 504 drive the annular baffle plate 107 to move downwards, the lower part of the annular baffle plate 107 is deformed, the clear water in the annular groove 104b flows out from the water outlet 104c along the flow guide groove at the lower part of the annular baffle plate 107, the clear water flows down along the inner wall of the cleaning cabin 104, meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicine residues adhered to the transfer bucket 307 are flushed, the clear water moves along the inclined transfer bucket 307, and are collected in the water tank 307b, and after all the traditional Chinese medicine residues are transferred, the two third elastic plates are contracted, and the two third elastic plates 502 are synchronously drive the two third L-shaped plates 502 to reset.

The beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtrate collection unit comprises a second electric actuator (201), a connecting plate (202), a T-shaped plate (203), a second transmission rod (204), a gear (205), a collection barrel (206), a guide rail (207) and a rack (208); two second electric actuators (201) are arranged at the upper part of the first door-shaped frame (101); wherein the washing compartment (104) is located between the two second electric actuators (201); the lower ends of the telescopic parts of the two second electric actuators (201) are respectively fixedly connected with a connecting plate (202); two opposite sides of the two connecting joint plates (202) are respectively fixedly connected with a T-shaped plate (203); the lower parts of the two T-shaped plates (203) are respectively connected with a second transmission rod (204) in a rotating way; a gear (205) is fixedly connected to the back side of the outer ring surface of each of the two second transmission rods (204); the outer opposite sides of the two second transmission rods (204) are fixedly connected with a collecting barrel (206); wherein the collecting barrel (206) is sleeved at the lower part of the cleaning cabin (104); the upper part of the collecting barrel (206) is provided with a clamping ring part (206 a); a flow guide opening (206 b) is formed in the clamping ring part (206 a) of the collecting barrel (206); four guide rails (207) are arranged on the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1); and four guide rails (207) are located between the first gate frames (101); the front T-shaped plates (203) are respectively connected with two guide rails (207) in a sliding way; the T-shaped plates (203) at the back are respectively connected with the two guide rails (207) in a sliding way; two racks (208) are fixedly connected to the right part of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), and the racks (208) are positioned between the guide rail (207) and the first door-shaped frame (101); two racks (208) are used to mesh with one gear (205) each.

The beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the clamping ring part (206 a) of the collecting barrel (206) is in an inwardly-tightened conical shape and is used for driving the clamping ring part (206 a) to be in contact with the clamping pin part (104 a) of the cleaning cabin (104).

The beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs according to claim 3, wherein the filter residue transfer unit comprises a third door-shaped frame (301), an electric slide rail (302), a U-shaped frame (303), a support plate (304), an electric rotating shaft (305), a limiting plate (306), a transfer hopper (307), a second L-shaped plate (308), an L-shaped bayonet lock (309) and a filter plate (3010); the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1) are respectively fixedly connected with a third door-shaped frame (301); the upper parts of the opposite sides of the two third door-shaped frames (301) are respectively provided with an electric slide rail (302); the two electric slide rails (302) are respectively connected with a U-shaped frame (303) through an electric slide block in a sliding way; a support plate (304) is fixedly connected to the front part of the upper surface and the rear part of the upper surface of the U-shaped frame (303) respectively; the upper parts of the two support plates (304) are rotatably connected with an electric rotating shaft (305); two limit plates (306) are fixedly connected to the electric rotating shaft (305); the lower part of the U-shaped frame (303) is rotatably connected with a transfer hopper (307); the left part of the upper surface of the transfer hopper (307) is in contact transmission with two limiting plates (306); two second L-shaped plates (308) are fixedly connected to the right part of the upper surface of the U-shaped frame (303); the upper parts of the two second L-shaped plates (308) are fixedly connected with the inserting plate (1014); the lower part of the left side of the U-shaped frame (303) is fixedly connected with an L-shaped bayonet (309) respectively; two L-shaped clamping pins (309) are in contact connection with the transfer bucket (307) at opposite sides; a filter plate (3010) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the transfer hopper (307); the right part of the transfer hopper (307) is a storage hopper (307 a); the right part of the transfer bucket (307) is a water tank (307 b).

The beef cattle feed preparation device based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs, which is characterized in that the filter plate (3010) is of a wedge-shaped structure, the filter plate (3010) is higher than the storage hopper (307 a), and the left part of the filter plate is connected with the water tank (307 b) of the transfer hopper (307) and is used for blocking the dregs on the storage hopper (307 a) and enabling the liquid medicine to enter the water tank (307 b).
