Abstract
一种阵列基板及其制备方法、显示装置,所述阵列基板包括:基底;设置在基底上的薄膜晶体管;设置在薄膜晶体管上的第一钝化层、有机膜层和像素电极;用于连接所述薄膜晶体管的源电极和所述像素电极的连接结构,其中,所述连接结构设置在暴露出所述像素电极和所述源电极的过孔结构之中,或者,所述连接结构设置在所述像素电极和所述源电极之间。
