in the third step, after the preparation of the acid cleaning solution in the second step is finished, adding the surfactant, the essence, the pigment and the deionized water weighed in the first step, continuously starting the stirring kettle to stir, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is 600r/min, the stirring time is 30min, and uniformly mixing to prepare a semi-finished product of the toilet bowl cleaning agent for later use;
in the fourth step, after the semi-finished toilet bowl cleaning agent in the third step is prepared, adding the semi-finished toilet bowl cleaning agent prepared in the third step and the bactericide weighed in the first step into an ultrasonic dispersion machine, performing sufficient ultrasonic dispersion for 20min, standing and precipitating after the dispersion is completed, and taking supernatant liquor after the precipitation is completed to prepare a finished toilet bowl cleaning agent;
and in the fifth step, after the finished product of the toilet bowl cleaning agent in the fourth step is manufactured, filling and weighing are carried out, and the finished product is delivered into a warehouse for storage.
The properties of the examples are compared in the following table:
based on the above, the invention prepares the surfactant by mixing the fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate, the carboxyethyl sulfosuccinate and the D-sulfo fatty acid ester salt according to the mass part ratio of 1: 1, greatly improves the cleaning effect of the toilet cleaner, simultaneously, the acid of the white vinegar, the citric acid and the sprite is matched, so that the alkaline stubborn stains on the closestool are effectively removed, the disinfectant is prepared by mixing the peroxyacetic acid and the ethanol according to the mass ratio of 2: 1, which is favorable for improving the disinfection and sterilization effects of the cleanser, the formula of the disinfectant is reasonable, the raw materials are nontoxic and nuisanceless, the white vinegar, the citric acid and the sprite replace hypochloric acid, the safety of the cleanser is greatly improved, the environmental pollution is reduced, meanwhile, in the production process, mixing and ultrasonic dispersion are carried out twice, so that the uniform mixing degree of each raw material is improved, and the product quality is improved.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.
