When the two sides of the lighting tile are horizontal, the bottom of the edge of the lighting tile is in contact with the guide roller 26 on the top surface of the clamping plate 24, the side edge of the lighting tile is in contact with the guide roller 26 on the inner side of the vertical guide plate 25, the guide rollers 26 roll along with the rolling of the driving guide roller 17, and the lighting tile moves forwards under the limiting of the vertical guide plate 25 and the clamping plate 24.

After one end of the lighting tile travels to the lower part of the spraying support 7, the number of the opened paint spraying nozzles 39 is selected according to the width of the lighting tile, so that the paint spraying range of the opened paint spraying nozzles 39 can cover the area of the lighting tile passing through the spraying support 7, and the external paint spraying tank of the paint spraying nozzles 39 is utilized to spray the surface of the lighting tile.
After painting is finished, the lighting tiles continuously move to the lower part of the drying box, the surface paint of the lighting tiles is dried by the drying box, then the lighting tiles move to one end of the connecting frame 8 and gradually enter the inner side of the connecting frame 8 along with the rolling of the driving guide roller 17, the lifting cylinder 13 on the bottom plate 10 is started to drive the lifting screen plate 14 to ascend, the lifting screen plate 14 is prefabricated into a specification with the length and width smaller than the size of the lighting tiles according to the length and width of the lighting tiles, the sprayed lighting tiles are received after the lifting screen plate 14 ascends to the inner side of the connecting frame 8, and then the lifting cylinder 13 is continuously used for descending the height of the lifting screen plate 14 to receive the lighting tiles after subsequent drying;
in the process of receiving the lighting tiles, the inclination of the turning plates 11 at two sides of the bottom plate 10 is adjusted, the telescopic support legs 37 are rotated out of the receiving grooves 36, the length of the telescopic support legs 37 is adjusted to support the turning plates 11, so that the turning plates 11 are kept inclined, the turning plates 11 at two sides of the bottom plate 10 are adjusted to be in a relatively inclined state, the airbag cushions 15 are inflated by the inflator pump, plugs of the air vents 34 in the grooves 35 are taken down, a plurality of air vents 34 on the two airbag cushions 15 are enabled to spray air to relatively obliquely upper positions, the lighting tiles received on the lifting screen plate 14 are cooled, the dried lighting tiles can be rapidly cooled, the situation that the lighting tiles cannot dissipate heat after being stacked is avoided, half of the air vents 34 spray air towards one end position of the bottom of the conveying table 1, the bottom of the lighting tiles can be blown air when the lighting tiles are conveyed, and dust at the bottoms of the lighting tiles is removed, the damage of dust particles on the bottom surface of the upper lighting tile to the painted surface of the lower lighting tile is avoided when the lighting tiles are stacked in the later period.
After the lighting tiles are sequentially stacked on the lifting screen plate 14, the driving assembly 12 is used for aligning the lighting tiles stacked on the lifting screen plate 14, the electric telescopic rods 33 are extended, the driving air cylinder 30 is used for driving the push rod 31 to be extended until the surfaces of the electric telescopic rods 33 are contacted with the surfaces of the lighting tiles, and then the two electric telescopic rods 33 at the two sides of the lifting screen plate 14 are contacted with the two ends of the lighting tiles to align the stacked lighting tiles, so that the lighting tiles can be stacked in order;
when the daylighting tile is transported to needs, drive assembly 12 resets, turn over board 11 with four of bottom plate 10 outsiders and turn over on, four sides parcel to bottom plate 10, push the apron in the linking frame 8 simultaneously, make the apron, four turn over board 11 and bottom plate 10 formation enclosed construction, pulling linking frame 8 makes it break away from with carrying platform 1, can utilize the removal of the removal wheel of bottom plate 10 bottom to transport the daylighting tile, in the transportation, utilize the end cap shutoff with each air jet 34, inflate gasbag pad 15 this moment, make two gasbag pads 15 that turn over on board 11 can the daylighting tile and turn over the gap between the board 11, guarantee daylighting tile remains stable in the transportation.

1. A surface paint coating device for processing and producing lighting tiles comprises a conveying table (1) and is characterized in that, protective baffles (2) are respectively arranged at the top of the conveying platform (1) close to the two sides, and the top surface of the conveying platform (1) is provided with a limiting plate (3) by the bottoms of the opposite side surfaces of the two protective baffles (2), the top surface of the conveying platform (1) is provided with a sliding chute (4) for the movement of the limiting plate (3), the bottom of the limiting plate (3) is provided with a sliding block matched with the sliding chute (4), a fixed groove (5) is arranged at the top of the limiting plate (3), a plurality of guide assemblies (6) are equidistantly arranged on the inner side of the fixed groove (5), spraying supports (7) are arranged on the opposite side surfaces of the two protective baffles (2) close to the middle part of the conveying platform (1), and the opposite side surfaces of the two protective baffles (2) are provided with a drying box near one end;
one end of the conveying table (1) is connected with a connecting frame (8), four corners of the bottom of the connecting frame (8) are provided with pillars (9), a bottom plate (10) is connected between the bottoms of the four pillars (9), four outer sides of the bottom plate (10) are connected with turning plates (11) through hinges, the tops of the turning plates (11) positioned at the front and rear ends of the bottom plate (10) are provided with driving components (12), the inner sides of the tops of the turning plates (11) positioned at two sides of the bottom plate (10) are embedded with airbag cushions (15), the top of the bottom plate (10) is provided with a lifting cylinder (13), the top of the lifting cylinder (13) is provided with a lifting screen plate (14), a plurality of ventilation slotted holes are formed in the top surface penetrating through the lifting screen plate (14) at equal intervals, one end of the connecting frame (8) is provided with a clamping block, and one end of the conveying table (1) connected with the clamping groove matched with the clamping block, one end of the connecting frame (8) is connected with a cover plate in a sliding way, and four corners of the bottom plate (1) are provided with moving wheels.

The paint coating device for daylighting tile processing production according to claim 1, characterized in that, guide assembly (6) includes joint board (24) with fixed slot (5) looks adaptation, and vertical baffle (25) is installed at the top of joint board (24), and the one end of joint board (24) is connected with slant baffle (28) through damping axle (27), and the top surface that runs through the outside of vertical baffle (25) and slant baffle (28) and joint board (24) leans on one end position to all install a plurality of guide rollers (26), and two fixed slot (5) internally mounted's guide assembly (6) are the relative orientation setting.
