Meanwhile, the magnetic blocks 596 are arranged at one end of the positioning air bag 595, which is contacted with the bottom guard plate, the magnetic blocks 596 can be magnetically attracted at two sides of the bottom guard plate, so that the clamping effect of the positioning air bag 595 on the bottom guard plate is better, the bottom guard plate is prevented from drifting and shaking, the scribing mechanism 3 is controlled to scribe the bottom guard plate, the height of the first hydraulic drive 37 can be adjusted up and down through the control seat 39 of the bottom drive rod 38, the scribing rod 40 can be ensured to touch the bottom guard plate, normal scribing can be realized, meanwhile, the anti-shaking plates 41 at two ends of the bottom of the control seat 39 can be propped against the top of the bottom guard plate, the stability of the scribing rod 40 during scribing is improved, the position of the scribing rod 40 is adjusted left and right in the sliding groove 43 at the bottom of the control seat 39, the position of the bottom guard plate can be adjusted according to the required scribing position of the bottom guard plate, the driving motor 33 drives the screw rod 31 to rotate, the screw rod 31 is in threaded connection with the inner side of the movable block 36, the movable ring 36 moves along the screw rod 31, so that the bottom scribing rod 40 is driven to move forwards, the scribing rod 40 is used for scribing the bottom guard plate at the bottom, the first 37 is hydraulically driven to enable the scribing rod 40 to be upwards far away from the bottom guard plate through the driving rod 38, after scribing is completed, the second 57 is hydraulically driven to retract the blocking rod 58, the air pump 592 and the air tube 593 enable air in the positioning air bag 595 to be discharged, the positioning air bag 595 does not clamp the bottom guard plate any more, and at the moment, the bottom guard plate continues to move along with the transmission of the bottom conveying belt 15 until the positioning scribing work of the bottom guard plate is completed.
The bottom guard plate moves to the top of the extension plate 18 at the other end of the conveying table 14 to wait for next processing, the device can automatically intercept, clamp and position and scribe the bottom guard plate, the positioning device 5 can be matched with the scribing mechanism 3 to finish scribing work of the bottom guard plate, and meanwhile, the positioning air bag 595 is used for clamping the bottom guard plate, so that the bottom guard plate is prevented from being worn during clamping, the bottom guard plate is prevented from being moved due to inaccurate positioning during scribing, and therefore the problem of inaccurate scribing of the bottom guard plate is caused, and scribing processing quality and processing efficiency of the bottom guard plate are improved.
