Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a technology for turning over soil or artificial padding and automatically sowing powder, granular strains or seeds, in particular to the turning over of the padding and the spraying of the strains in an ecological fermentation bed cultivation technology.
Background
The traditional beef cattle breeding method has the following problems that (1) the colony house is simple and crude, the fecal sewage treatment consciousness is weak, and the breeding environment is poor. The method is particularly characterized in that most beef cattle are bred in scattered households, the environment protection consciousness is slight, and human living rooms are adjacent to cattle houses, even pigs and cattle are bred in a mixed mode. Dirty and clean channels are not separated, sewage flows transversely, mosquitoes and flies are bred, irritant gas is generated, environmental sanitation is extremely poor, and cattle bodies are dirty. At present, the standardized scale of our country beef cattle is bred the level and is whole lower, even if some large and medium-sized farms, also do not have excrement and urine innocent treatment and resource utilization facility, and excrement and urine sewage is because of can not get timely treatment and pollute groundwater or directly discharge the river course, and the drinking water of giving rural area, cities and towns resident brings the potential safety hazard. (2) The disinfection is not in place, and the epidemic disease prevention and control consciousness is poor. The specific expression is that most cattle raising households have no disinfection consciousness, even if the surrounding environment is extremely dirty, the cattle raising households still do not disinfect all the year round or the disinfection measures are not strict, and some cattle raising households only fill up dry soil when clearing the pens, so that the incidence rate of some local infectious diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease, brucellosis, tuberculosis, infectious pleuritis and the like exceeds 10%. In recent years, with the requirements on the specialized level of beef cattle breeding and environmental protection, the ecological fermentation bed breeding technology is brought forward. The technology refers to an ecological breeding mode which comprehensively utilizes the principles of microbiology, ecology and fermentation engineering and takes active functional microorganisms as substance energy 'conversion center'. The core of the technology lies in that the animal excrement and urine waste is converted into useful substances and energy by utilizing the powerful and beneficial functional microbial composite flora for a long time and continuously and stably, and the aims of completely degrading the excrement and urine of animals such as cattle and the like, which are pollution-free and zero-emission are fulfilled at the same time, so that the technology is a latest environment-friendly cultivation mode in the world at present.
The important link of the fermentation bed zero-emission cattle raising technology is the production of padding. The general choice of padding: sawdust, rice hulls, straws, cotton seeds, peanut shells, sawdust, leaves, weeds, excrement, special fungus powder for a biological fermentation bed and the like, and the effect is better if a small amount of rice bran, vinasse and the like are added under certain conditions. The straws, leaves, weeds, rice husk powder and the like in the padding mainly play a role in ventilation of the pinus nelumbinis, so that the padding has sufficient oxygen, and the residue feed such as sawdust, excrement, rice bran, vinasse and the like plays a role in water retention and microbial nutrition sources of the padding. The fermentation bed is generally paved with 50-80cm of fermentation padding.
In the formation process of the fermentation cattle bed, due to the dual functions of the cattle treading and the excretory excrement and urine, the padding in the fermentation bed can be hardened into blocks, uneven height especially can cause local potholes, and the padding is uneven in fermentation and has permeability. Therefore, the padding in the ecological fermentation bed needs to be turned and thrown regularly, so that beneficial microorganisms in the padding are ensured to maintain higher reproduction rate all the time, an ideal flora quantity is kept, and the capability of quickly decomposing and digesting excrement is ensured, so that the service life of the fermentation bed is prolonged. Meanwhile, the proper permeability is kept, so that the reproduction of pathogenic microorganisms can be inhibited, and the occurrence of diseases is reduced.
The fungus bed needs feces and urine as sufficient nutrients after fungus distribution, the first plowing is generally 7-10 days after cattle feeding, then, 25-35cm deep plowing is carried out for 2-3 days, the padding is thoroughly plowed once every 15 days, and the upper layer and the lower layer of the padding are uniformly mixed. In addition, special microorganism beneficial bacteria products are selected to be spread on the padding, after the special microorganism beneficial bacteria products are mixed according to the specified requirements, the padding is turned over for 1 round trip, beneficial bacteria and the padding are fully and uniformly mixed, and beneficial bacteria accounting for about 5 percent of the total amount of the initial setting need to be added every 3 to 4 months, so that the effective decomposition activity of the bacteria is kept.
In the existing biological fermentation cattle bed for beef cattle breeding, the padding turning, disinfecting, flattening and strain spraying work is mostly finished manually, the labor intensity of manual operation is high, the working environment is poor, the efficiency is low, the breeding cost is increased along with the increase of the labor cost, and the profit of a farmer is reduced.
At present, padding is turned over and thrown and strains are sown in a fermentation cattle bed by manually turning or spraying the padding by hands, the labor intensity of workers is high, the working environment is severe, the efficiency is low, turning is not thorough, and spraying is not uniform.
