技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种白发转黑发精华液及其应用。
背景技术
白发产生的原因通有先天性和后天性两种,前者包括白化病以非疾病性遗传,后者产生的原因主要有压力大以及营养不良等。发干中没有颜色,是由毛囊中黑色素生成减少导致的,毛囊在头发周期中完全再生,在毛囊的隆突区有一个干细胞池,包含表皮干细胞(EpSCs)和黑色素细胞干细胞(MSCs),干细胞迁移到真皮乳头并帮助创造新的头发并为头发提供色素沉着。头发色素沉着与头发周期密切相关,在生长期时,整个毛干拥有均匀的色素沉着;退行期时,黑色素细胞进入细胞凋亡,从而停止黑色素生成;在休止期时,黑色素细胞消失,信号被发送到凸起部分以开始新的毛发生长初期。另外,氧化应激在老化过程中也起到关键性作用,头皮中产生的ROS减少了黑色素母细胞向黑色素细胞的分化,导致毛球区域中缺乏成熟的黑色素细胞,ROS降低毛球部位黑色素生成,并导致转移至皮质角质形成细胞的黑色素减少。针对此类情况,研究者们进行了多项研究,从而寻找具有以下有益效果,即刺激干细胞增殖、刺激毛囊中黑色素生成、刺激毛囊的抗氧化防御以及重新激活灰/白头发中黑色素生成的相关产品,从而实现白发转黑。但现有技术中的相关产品在白发转黑层面多效果不佳或添加有会引起较强头皮刺激性的物质。
中国专利CN201911312949.4公开了一种白发转黑发的精华液及其制备方法,原料包括:去离子水80-100份、馨鲜酮0.1-1.2份、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.8份、柠檬酸0.1-0.6份、柠檬酸钠0.1-0.6份、改性欧洲落叶松木提取物1-8份、侧伯叶提取物1-6份、浮游生物提取物0.1-2份。上述精华液在刺激头发毛囊中黑色素的生成的同时,能够延缓黑色素氧化消失,达到令头发从白转黑的效果。中国专利CN201910337135.X公开了一种含裂裥菌素、地黄根和松木提取物的头发睫毛生长液,该生长液具体含有裂裥菌素、地黄根和松木提取物的头发睫毛生长液含有去离子水、丁二醇、乙醇、裂裥菌素、中国地黄根提取物、苦参根提取物、羟丙基环糊精、甘油、焦亚硫酸钠、甘氨酸、欧洲落叶松木提取物、氯化锌、茶叶提取物、寡肽-1、丙二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯、1,2-己二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、侧柏叶提取物、皂荚提取物、何首乌提取物,能极大改善用户精神面貌,白发及睫毛逐渐转黑,增加头发及睫毛浓密度,能激发脱落毛发再生长,斑秃也能够得到明显改善。但以上两项专利主要记载了临床性的测试,并未进一步考察相关产品在促进毛囊黑色素细胞生成黑色素以及对离体后的白发中黑色素生成作用等细节化的研究。
针对现有技术中能够实现白发转黑的产品存在的效果不佳、刺激性大以及细节研究缺失等问题,寻找一种效果优异、刺激性小的能够实现白发转黑的精华液十分必要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种白发转黑发精华液及其应用,最终制备出的精华液具有刺激干细胞增殖、刺激毛囊中黑色素生成、刺激毛囊的抗氧化防御以及重新激活灰/白头发中黑色素生成等作用,能够应用在白发转黑发精华、防灰/白发乳液、防白发香波、天然黑发发膜、胡须复黑乳、头发复合喷雾以及早白/白发凝胶之中。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种精华液,其特征在于:原料包括EDTA二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、乙酰酪氨酸、小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、异戊二醇、茶叶提取物、甘氨酸、细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物。
进一步地,按重量份数计,所述精华液的原料包括:0.05-0.1份EDTA二钠、0.1-0.8份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.0025-0.02份焦亚硫酸钠、0.0005-0.004份欧洲落叶松木提取物、0.1-0.8份乙酰酪氨酸、0.3-2份小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、1-4份异戊二醇、0.00005-0.0004份茶叶提取物、0.0005-0.004份甘氨酸、0.1-0.8份细胞磷脂水溶液、0.1-0.5份乳清蛋白、0.033-0.165份苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、0.033-0.165份野草莓果提取物、0.034-0.17份野大豆提取物、0.03-0.09份何首乌提取物、0.03-0.09份黑灵芝提取物、0.03-0.09份黑桑果提取物、0.01-0.03份芝麻籽提取物。

(1)将EDTA二钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌,加热溶解、保温后降温,得到物料A;
(2)将焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、茶叶提取物、乙酰酪氨酸、甘氨酸、小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、异戊二醇混合后,加入至物料A中,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
(3)将物料B冷却,加入细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物,搅拌溶解后,即得。

S3:将物料B冷却,加入细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、氢化蓖麻油、香精、辛甘醇、苯甲醇,搅拌溶解后,加入pH调节剂调节pH,即得。
进一步地,步骤(1)和步骤S1中所述搅拌的时间为10min,加热的温度为80±2℃,降温的温度为50±2℃。步骤(2)和步骤S2中所述搅拌的时间为5min;步骤(3)和步骤S3中所述冷却的温度为45±2℃。
进一步地,步骤(3)和步骤S3中苹果(MALUS DOMESTICA)果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓(FRAGARIA VESCA)果提取物、野大豆(GLYCINE SOJA)提取物在加入前需要用反应釜内少量的液体(液体和提取物的重量比约5:1)溶解至透明后再进行加入。上述液体包括但不限于水。步骤S3中香精与氢化蓖麻油混合搅拌至透明后再进行加入。
进一步地,本发明中的精华液相关指标具体如:pH:6-7,粘度:300-800mpa.s。
进一步地,本发明中的精华液能够应用在乳液、香波、发膜、复黑乳、喷雾以及凝胶中。
在一些具体的实施方式中,本发明中的精华液能够应用在防灰/白发乳液、防白发香波、天然黑发发膜、胡须复黑乳、头发复合喷雾以及早白/白发凝胶中。
本发明所取得的技术效果是:
本发明中的原料多来源于天然物质,刺激性小效果佳,能够从多通道保护、激活、平衡黑色素干细胞的正常代谢。其中,小球藻/白羽扇豆含有丰富的氨基酸、中性脂质/极性脂质、矿物质、维生素、色素、碳水化合物;细胞磷酸水溶液作为皮肤屏障,隔绝外界物质对受损皮肤的刺激;抑制刺激性物质迁移对细胞的毒性;保持角质层水分,促进黑素干细胞自我修复;乳清蛋白可以平衡黑色素干细胞分裂速度,防止提前快速耗竭导致的头发变白等,上述原料与精华液中的原料如焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、乙酰酪氨酸等相互配合能够实现白发转黑,其生物学益处主要包括刺激干细胞增殖、刺激毛囊中黑色素生成、刺激毛囊的抗氧化防御以及重新激活灰/白头发中黑色素生成等各个作用,该精华液能够应用在白发转黑精华、防灰/白发乳液、防白发香波、天然黑发发膜、胡须复黑乳、头发复合喷雾以及早白/白发凝胶之中。

一、毛囊黑色素细胞生成黑色素试验
使用0.01%本发明中各实例的精华液处理正常人角质形成细胞(NHK)和正常人黑色素细胞(NHM)的共培养物72小时,或空白处理72小时,分别得到各实例组以及空白组。通过比色测定(405nm)评估细胞上清液中的黑色素含量,得到表3,空白组以及各实施例组的黑色素含量情况详见图1。

由上表可知,本发明的精华液能够显著增加黑色素生成,相比于空白组而言,增加了416-491%。相比较之下,当进行组分的替换,即将乙酰酪氨酸替换为乙酰半胱氨酸,同时将小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物替换为小球藻提取物后,黑色素含量尽管同样增加,但相比于未替换组分的产品而言,黑色素含量增量情况明显降低,由此可见特定组分的在本发明中产品的关键性作用。同样,对比例2-3中将部分组分的含量配比进行改变,也发现黑色素含量的增量情况也明显下降,可见焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、乙酰酪氨酸或乙酰酪氨酸和乳清蛋白之间在对白发转黑的配合性作用。
二、白发中黑色素生成离体试验
将来自1个供体(55岁)的毛发生长初期生长的白色人毛囊用1%各实施例的精华液处理72h或不进行处理,分别得到各实施例组以及空白组,使用Fontana Masson染色法和图像评估法对进入毛囊中的黑色素含量进行定量检测与计算,得到表4,各实施例组黑色素增量情况详见图2。

由上表可知,本发明中的精华液能够在白发中重新激活色素沉着,显著增加毛囊中黑色素生成,在3天内能够显著增加16.2-18.5%的黑色素生成。相比较之下,对比例1-3中对应产品对离体白发中黑色素生成的效用也显著性下降。
由以上结果可知本发明中产品能够刺激毛囊,重新激活灰/白头发中黑色素生成同时刺激头发色素沉着的恢复。此外,本发明的产品还具有促进凸起部位中的干细胞增殖、通过激活抗氧化放于来减少ROS对黑色素细胞的损害等作用功效。
最后应当说明的是,以上内容仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案进行的简单修改或者等同替换,均不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种精华液,其特征在于:原料包括EDTA二钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、乙酰酪氨酸、小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、异戊二醇、茶叶提取物、甘氨酸、细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:按重量份数计,原料包括:0.05-0.1份EDTA二钠、0.1-0.8份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.0025-0.02份焦亚硫酸钠、0.0005-0.004份欧洲落叶松木提取物、0.1-0.8份乙酰酪氨酸、0.3-2份小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、1-4份异戊二醇、0.00005-0.0004份茶叶提取物、0.0005-0.004份甘氨酸、0.1-0.8份细胞磷脂水溶液、0.1-0.5份乳清蛋白、0.033-0.165份苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、0.033-0.165份野草莓果提取物、0.034-0.17份野大豆提取物、0.03-0.09份何首乌提取物、0.03-0.09份黑灵芝提取物、0.03-0.09份黑桑果提取物、0.01-0.03份芝麻籽提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述原料还包括氢化蓖麻油、香精、辛甘醇、防腐剂和pH调节剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂包括精氨酸,所述防腐剂包括辛甘醇和/或苯甲醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物以及乙酰酪氨酸的重量比为0.002-0.01:0.0005-0.003:0.2-0.6。
6.根据权利要求1所述的精华液,其特征在于:所述小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、茶叶提取物以及甘氨酸的重量比为0.4-1:0.0001-0.0002:0.001-0.002。
7.根据权利要求3所述的精华液,其特征在于:按重量份数计,所述精华液包括:按重量份数计,原料包括:0.05-0.1份EDTA二钠、0.1-0.8份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.0025-0.02份焦亚硫酸钠、0.0005-0.0004份欧洲落叶松木提取物、0.1-0.8份乙酰酪氨酸、0.3-2份小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、1-4份异戊二醇、0.00005-0.0004份茶叶提取物、0.0005-0.004份甘氨酸、0.1-0.8份细胞磷脂水溶液、0.1-0.5份乳清蛋白、0.033-0.165份苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、0.033-0.165份野草莓果提取物、0.034-0.17份野大豆提取物、0.03-0.09份何首乌提取物、0.03-0.09份黑灵芝提取物、0.03-0.09份黑桑果提取物、0.01-0.03份芝麻籽提取物、0.1-0.2份氢化蓖麻油、0.03-0.05份香精、0.05-0.1份辛甘醇、0.2-0.3份防腐剂和0.05-0.09份pH调节剂。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将EDTA二钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌,加热溶解、保温后降温,得到物料A;
(2)将焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、茶叶提取物、乙酰酪氨酸、甘氨酸、小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、异戊二醇混合后,加入至物料A中,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
(3)将物料B冷却,加入细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物,搅拌溶解后,即得。
9.如权利要求7所述的精华液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将EDTA二钠和羟丙基甲基纤维素加入水中搅拌,加热溶解、保温后降温,得到物料A;
S2:将焦亚硫酸钠、欧洲落叶松木提取物、茶叶提取物、乙酰酪氨酸、甘氨酸、小球藻/白羽扇豆蛋白发酵产物、异戊二醇混合后,加入至物料A中,搅拌均匀,得到物料B;
S3:将物料B冷却,加入细胞磷脂水溶液、乳清蛋白、苹果果实细胞培养物提取物、野草莓果提取物、野大豆提取物、何首乌提取物、黑灵芝提取物、黑桑果提取物、芝麻籽提取物、氢化蓖麻油、香精、辛甘醇、苯甲醇,搅拌溶解后,加入pH调节剂调节pH,即得。
10.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的精华液在乳液、香波、发膜、复黑乳、喷雾以及凝胶中的应用。
