The moving frame mechanism 3 moves to drive the base 22 to be close to the feeding mechanism 4, the first rotating rod 42 and the second rotating rod 43 rotate, the pistachio nuts are gradually transversely pushed by the rotation of the first rotating rod 42 and the second rotating rod 43, the outline of the pistachio nuts is located at the symmetrical axis of the first rotating rod 42 and the second rotating rod 43, the ejector rod 442 moves under the driving of the feeding and ejecting driving device 441, the ejector rod 442 is opposite to the base 22, the ejector rod 442 can push the material parts 20 on the first rotating rod 42 and the second rotating rod 43 onto the base 22 through movement, the floating pressure head 23 is driven to descend by the lifting device 21, when the pistachio nuts are transversely input from the previous process, due to the swinging of the pressure head body 232, when the pressure head body 232 moves downwards, the pressure head body 232 can firstly contact with the tails of the pistachio nuts and press towards the tail sides of the pistachio nuts, the pressure head body 232 can swing in a self-adapting way, the acting point B acts on the fruit point of the pistachio nut 20, (the turning direction of the pressure head body 232 is the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 11), along with the continuous pressing of the pressure head body 232, the pressure head body 232 can press to the fruit point side of the pistachio nut facing upwards, so that the fruit point side of the pistachio nut is opened through pressing, after the opening is finished, the pushing and discharging mechanism 5 pushes the material piece 20 on the base 22 and enables the material piece to slide into the discharging opening 6 by means of the movement of the base 22, the material piece 20 after the opening is borne on the base 22, the pushing and discharging mechanism 5 is in a static state, the movement of the base 22 enables the pushing and discharging mechanism 5 to move relative to the base 22 and pushes the material piece 20 on the base 22 into the discharging opening 6 on the other side, and the purpose of discharging and recycling is achieved.

1. An automatic nut opening device is characterized by comprising a rack, an opening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, an intermediate butt joint mechanism, a moving frame mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a pushing and discharging mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism, the intermediate butt joint mechanism, the moving frame mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the pushing and discharging mechanism are mounted on the rack; the shedding mechanism comprises a base and a floating pressure head, the base is installed on the movable frame mechanism, the base is driven by the movable frame mechanism to move, the base is opposite to the frame, the feeding mechanism is used for conveying the material to the base, the floating pressure head is located above the base, the floating pressure head is used for pressing the material on the base, the pushing blanking mechanism is located on one side of the base, a blanking opening is formed in the other side of the base, and the pushing blanking mechanism pushes the material on the base and slides the material into the blanking opening by the aid of the movement of the base.

The automated nut opening device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a tray, a lifting driving device, a bottom step, an upper step, a pushing plate and a pushing column, the tray is mounted on the frame, the bottom step is located above the tray, the upper step is located above the bottom step, the pushing plate is disposed between the bottom step and the tray, the pushing plate is mounted at an output end of the lifting driving device, the pushing plate is driven by the lifting driving device to lift and push the material pieces in the tray to the bottom step, the pushing column is disposed between the upper step and the bottom step, the pushing column is mounted at an output end of the lifting driving device, the pushing column is driven by the lifting driving device to lift and push the material pieces at the bottom step to the upper step one by one, the upper step at the topmost end is butted with the middle butting mechanism.

The automated nut opening apparatus of claim 2 wherein the upper step is provided with a divider guide on a side facing the tray, the divider guide for guiding the material to the pushing post, the divider guide being spaced apart along the length of the upper step, and a pushing post being provided between adjacent divider guides.

The automated nut splitting apparatus of claim 3, wherein the top end face of the upper step comprises stop faces and clearance grooves, the stop faces and clearance grooves are arranged alternately along the length direction of the upper step, the stop faces are higher than the groove bottoms of the clearance grooves, and the clearance grooves are in one-to-one correspondence with the pushing posts; the partition guide piece is fixed on the upper ladder, the partition guide piece comprises a first guide inclined plane and a second guide inclined plane, the first guide inclined plane is connected with the second guide inclined plane, the first guide inclined plane faces one side of the pushing column, and the second guide inclined plane faces the other side of the pushing column.

The automated nut opening apparatus of claim 1, wherein the floating ram is elevatably disposed above the base, the floating ram comprising a base and a ram body pivotally connected to the base such that the ram body is pivotable relative to the base, whereby pivoting of the ram body causes the ram body to adaptively pivot and compress the opening along with an outer profile of the workpiece as the ram body is pressed against the base.

The automated nut opening apparatus of claim 1, wherein the base comprises a base body, a first protrusion and a second protrusion, the base body is mounted to the moving frame mechanism, the first protrusion and the second protrusion are both formed by the base body extending outward, the first protrusion and the second protrusion are oppositely disposed, and the first protrusion, the base body and the second protrusion together enclose a trough structure for carrying and surrounding the member to be opened.
9. The automated nut opening apparatus of claim 8 wherein the base further comprises a flexible brush, the flexible brush being disposed on a side of the first protrusion facing the second protrusion, the flexible brush being disposed on a side of the second protrusion facing the second protrusion.
10. The automated nut opening device of claim 8, wherein a silicone layer is disposed at a bottom of the trough structure of the base body.
