The ravioli overlap processing mechanism of claim 1 wherein edge stops are disposed on opposite sides of the internal stop, the edge stops move up and down relative to the processing surface, when the folder is in the initial position, the edge stops move above the processing surface and the semi-formed ravioli abuts against a contact side of the edge stops, and when the folder is in the folded position, the edge stops move below the processing surface.
5. The ravioli overlap processing mechanism of claim 4 wherein a back side of the internal stop forms a contact surface against which the semi-formed ravioli abuts, the internal stop can compress the semi-formed ravioli to an overlap position, the overlap position being rearward of the contact side.
6. The ravioli folded edge processing mechanism of claim 1 wherein the fold includes a first fold and a second fold, the second fold having an abutment extending outwardly of the receiving space, wherein when the fold is in the folded position, an end of the first fold abuts against the abutment.
7. The ravioli overlap processing mechanism of claim 1 further comprising a moving rack disposed above and moving up and down relative to the base, the folder mounted to the moving rack.
8. The ravioli overlap processing mechanism of claim 1 wherein said internal stop comprises a central overlap region and two arcuate non-overlap regions, said overlap regions being between said overlap regions and said folds.
9. The ravioli crimping processing mechanism of claim 1 wherein the folding member is an arcuate plate and a crimping area is between an arcuate surface on an inner side of the arcuate plate and the internal stop.
10. A wonton edge folding processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: the wonton stuffing is placed in the central area of the wrapper, the wrapper on one side of the wonton stuffing is folded towards the rear side of the wonton stuffing to form semi-formed wonton, so that the semi-formed wonton is provided with an opening side and a wonton belly;
and 2, step: providing an inner stop block and two folding claws, wherein the inner stop block is positioned between the two folding claws, and the semi-formed wonton is placed between the two folding claws, so that the wonton belly faces to the inner stop block;
and step 3: moving the inner block towards the direction of the wonton belly according to the set path, and enabling the inner block to be abutted against the wonton belly;
and 4, step 4: two folding claws are inwards rotated and drawn close, the two folding claws drive the wrappers on the two sides of the wonton stomach to rotate and wrap the wonton stomach, so that the inner stop block of the wrappers on the two sides of the wonton stomach deviates from the overlapping of the wonton stomach, the inner stop block surface is kneaded by the edges of the folding claws, and the formed wonton is obtained.
And 5, after the folding claw drives the formed wonton to move upwards for a certain distance, the folding claw is separated from the formed wonton, rotates outwards and opens, and the inner stop block contracts.
