Background
The existing production modes of the hung toilet stool commonly used comprise bonding forming and integrated forming, gypsum molds are adopted for online production, and the problems of high requirement on the operating skills of workers, high working strength and poor environment exist due to manual operation. In addition, the gypsum mold is soft, and the mold is easy to deform in the changing and washing process in the production process, so that the size of the product is influenced. The bonded and formed excrement hanging device has three structures, namely a panel, a liner bag and a shell, and all the structures are bonded after being formed independently, so that the structure of a mold is simplified, and the mold and the blank are taken conveniently. But the bonding position at the water inlet of the panel is a plane, the bonding surface is small, and the bonding position is easy to crack and deform after being fired, so that the forming quality is influenced; the blow-off pipe is bonded with the shell, so that the cracking risk is increased.
The integrally formed hanging toilet stool has good integrity, no problems of bonding gaps, dislocation and the like, but has complex mold structure, more small pieces, complex operation of staff and high working strength.
The existing hanging toilet bowl flushing hole is punched by a standard puncher, the size accuracy can be guaranteed, but the direction and the angle of the hole cannot be quantized, and the consistency is not high. And part of products containing the straight holes are punched and then cut, so that the error is large.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a grouting formed bonded toilet stool according to a specific embodiment of the present invention includes a grouting formed panel 1, a bladder package 2 and a casing 3, wherein a protrusion 4 is disposed on a lower surface of the panel 1 corresponding to two sides of a water inlet portion 21 of the bladder package 2, the casing 3 is provided with a bearing positioning portion 31 matching with an outer contour of the water inlet portion 21, and a beam body portion 32 for bonding with a back edge of the panel 1, and the bearing positioning portion 31 and the beam body portion 32 are connected by an inner concave portion 33; one side of the convex block 4 is abutted in the inner concave part 33, and the other side is abutted with the water inlet part 21.

Referring to fig. 2, as a second embodiment of the above-mentioned protrusion 4, a vertical cross section 41 of the protrusion 4 is an arc shape, and a surface of the concave portion 33 is an arc surface. The inner concave part 33 accommodates about half of the lug 4, and the stress of the bladder 2 and the shell 3 is distributed along the arc-shaped surface of the lug 4, so that the stress is dispersed to the maximum extent, and the possibility of generating cracks in the sintering process or the later use process is reduced.
In order to further expand the design concept, the edges of the water inlet portion 21 and the concave portion 33 are provided with smoothly-transitional auxiliary arc surfaces 22, and the concave portion 33 and the auxiliary arc surfaces 22 form a receiving space for receiving the bump 4. In order to form the auxiliary arc surface 22, the outer surface of the water inlet portion 21 has a vertical surface, and the auxiliary arc surface 22 is disposed on the top of the vertical surface and gradually connected to the original circular outer contour. Since the water inlet portion 21 is used to connect with a water inlet, its outline should be circular, and due to the existence of the concave portion 33, if the water inlet portion 21 adopts a conventional circular tube design, the junction of the concave portion 33 and the outline of the water inlet portion 21 is not smooth, stress will concentrate at the junction of the concave portion 33 and the outline of the water inlet portion 21, and even if the junction is the thickest place of the bump 4, cracks may still be generated during firing or daily use, which affects product quality. Therefore, the outer contour of the water inlet portion 21 of the present application is additionally added with an auxiliary arc surface 22, the vertical cross section of which is similar to a portion of a circle tangent to the water inlet 212 of the water inlet portion 21, so that a smooth bonding surface is formed between the protrusion 4 and the water inlet portion 21 and the inner concave portion 33.
In order to improve the bonding efficiency, the hanging toilet bowl can adopt a reverse bonding mode, namely a bonding process that the panel 1 faces downwards, and then the liner bag 2 and the shell 3 are sequentially placed and bonded on the surface. The side face 42 of the projection 4, the upper surface 321 of the beam body 32, the concave part 33 and the auxiliary arc face 22 are all bonding planes, and the panel 1, the bag 2 and the shell 3 in a blank state are bonded together. The bonding plane forms the main stress structure of the toilet and the wall body. The upper surfaces of the bladder 2 and the shell 3, and the corresponding positions of the lower surface of the panel 1 are provided with bonding areas 5. The adhesive area 5 securely adheres and fixes the panel 1, the bladder 2 and the outer shell 3.
Preferably, the bladder 2 is further provided with a sewage discharge connecting end 23, the outer shell 3 is provided with a sewage discharge connecting hole 34, and the sewage discharge connecting end 23 and the sewage discharge connecting hole 34 are horizontally staggered. It should be noted that the waste connection hole 34 is used for a waste pipe to pass through, so that the waste pipe is connected with the waste connection end 23. The sewage discharge connecting end 23 and the sewage discharge connecting hole 34 are horizontally staggered, so that a sewage discharge pipeline can be shortened, water is effectively saved, and sewage discharge is facilitated; and meanwhile, the pollution discharge connection is not bonded with the shell 3, so that the cracking risk can be reduced.
More preferably, the horizontal distance between the sewage connecting end 23 and the sewage connecting hole 34 is 5-10 mm. By horizontally staggering the sewage connecting end 23 and the sewage connecting hole 34 by 5-10mm, the situation that the sewage connecting end 23 is contacted with the sewage connecting hole 34 when the blank of the gallbladder bag 2 is slightly deformed (mainly deformed in the vertical direction) in the bonding process, and the blank is cracked due to the large difference between the deformation of the roundabout sewage channel and the deformation of the sewage connecting hole 34 with a compact structure in the firing process can be avoided.
As shown in figure 4, the shape and orientation of the flushing holes affect the flushing quality, in the scheme, the liner bag 2 is provided with the flushing holes 24, and the flushing holes 24 are formed by a non-slurry-absorbing process. In the non-pulp-absorbing process, namely in the place where the flushing hole 24 needs to be arranged, the water content of the slurry at the flushing hole 24 is not outwards sucked in the grouting forming process, so that the slurry in the liquid state is outwards discharged after the green body is formed, and the flushing hole 24 is formed in the corresponding position of the green body. By utilizing the mode, the forming of the flushing holes 24 can be completed in the blank forming process, the forming precision is ensured by the mold, the efficiency is high, and the precision is good.
Finally, in order to achieve the hanging function of the hanging toilet, a fixing portion 35 for connecting with a wall body may be provided at the back of the housing 3, and the water inlet portion 21 and the drain connecting end 23 are both directed toward the back of the housing 3. The toilet is fixed on the wall through the fixing part 35 by a bracket or other connecting structures.
