As shown in fig. 1-6, a high pressure formed toilet includes three parts, namely, an integrally formed panel 10, an integrally formed flushing component 20, and an integrally formed housing 30;
the flushing part 20 comprises a urinal 21, an elbow 22 and a rib plate 23, wherein the urinal 21 is communicated with the elbow 22, and the rib plate 23 is arranged between the urinal 21 and the elbow 22; the panel 10 is bonded with the urinal 21; the flushing component 20 is integrally arranged in the shell 30, and the bottom of the elbow 22 is bonded with the shell 30;
the top end of the housing 30 is bonded to the bottom of the panel 10.
In this embodiment, the rib plate 23 can further improve the strength of the integral structure of the urinal 21 and the elbow 22, and the rib plate 23 is located on the central axis of the urinal 21 and the elbow 22, so that the stress of the urinal 21 and the elbow 22 is more uniform, and the strength of the toilet is higher.
The panel 10, the flushing component 20 and the shell 30 of the closestool can be respectively molded by grouting, and the closestool is formed by bonding the panel 10, the flushing component 20 and the shell 30.
Further, the urinal 21 includes a urinal body 211 and a urinal upper periphery 212, a panel combining portion 14 is provided on a side of the panel 10 facing the flushing component 20, a top end of the urinal upper periphery 212 is bonded to the panel combining portion 14, and the urinal body 211 is communicated with the elbow 22. In this embodiment, the outer dimension of the upper urinal periphery 212 is slightly larger than the outer dimension of the top of the urinal body 211, so that the size of the urinal 21 tends to decrease downward.
Further, the shell 30 includes a shell base 35 and a shell side wall 36 disposed on the shell base 35, a panel outer edge 13 is disposed on a side of the panel 10 facing the shell 30, a shell upper edge 32 is disposed on a top end of the shell side wall 36, and the shell upper edge 32 is bonded to the panel outer edge 13. The panel outer edge 13 is of a stepped configuration. In this embodiment, when the panel 10 and the housing 30 need to be bonded together, the panel 10 can be firstly placed on the housing upper edge 32 through the panel outer edge 13 having the stepped structure, and the panel outer edge 13 has the stepped structure so that the panel outer edge 13 and the housing upper edge 32 can be positioned in a matching manner, so that the positioning effect is good and the bonding efficiency is high when the panel 10 and the housing 30 are bonded.
Further, be equipped with shell mounting disc 31 in the shell base 35, the tip of return bend 22 is equipped with return bend connecting portion 25, and return bend connecting portion 25 and shell mounting disc 31 bonding and intercommunication. In this embodiment, the above structure is provided, so that the bent pipe 22 can be better positioned and connected with the housing mounting plate 31, and then the bonding process is performed.
Furthermore, a shell upper edge concave part 34 is arranged on one side of the shell upper edge 32, an outer edge part convex part 15 is arranged on one side of the panel outer edge part 13, and the size and the position of the shell upper edge concave part 34 are matched with those of the outer edge part convex part 15. In this embodiment, the positioning effect is good and the bonding efficiency is high when the panel 10 and the housing 30 are bonded by mutually positioning the housing upper edge concave portion 34 and the outer edge portion convex portion 15.
Further, the panel 10 further includes a seat 11, a combining portion protrusion 16 is disposed on one side of the panel combining portion 14, an upper surrounding protrusion 213 corresponding to the combining portion protrusion 16 in size and position is disposed on one side of the urinal upper surrounding 212, and a water outlet of the toilet is disposed at the above protrusion.
Furthermore, a reinforcing rib 37 is arranged at the joint of the housing base 35 and the housing side wall 36. The urinal body 211 is also provided with a lower flushing port 24. The housing sidewall 36 is also provided with a housing through hole 33. In this embodiment, the reinforcing ribs 37 can further enhance the strength and stability of the housing 30. The lower flushing opening 24 can be connected with components such as a water pump through a pipeline to play a role of assisting flushing, so that the flushing effect is cleaner and more sanitary when the closestool is used. The housing through hole 33 facilitates assembly of some toilet components.
The panel 10, the flushing component 20 and the shell 30 of the closestool can be respectively molded by grouting, and the closestool is formed by bonding the panel 10, the flushing component 20 and the shell 30.
The manufacturing process flow is approximately as follows:
first, the panel 10, the flush water member 20, and the housing 30 are simultaneously molded by injection molding. Then the flushing component 20 and the panel 10 are bonded, the shell 30 is sleeved outside the flushing component 20, the elbow connecting part 25 is bonded with the shell mounting plate 31 to bond the flushing component 20 and the shell 30 together, and the panel 10 and the shell 30 are bonded again.
The panel 10 and the flushing part 20 of the invention are separately formed for convenient high pressure forming, and the bend 22 is not divided into small dies, the intensity of the closestool is high, the manufacturing time is short, and the whole manufacturing process efficiency is high.
