The twelfth mounting plate 501 is provided with a groove for placing a penicillin bottle.
In order to facilitate the discharging of the penicillin bottles, the penicillin bottles can be placed in parallel on the groove of the twelfth mounting plate 501 in advance, when the penicillin bottles need to be fed, the fifth electric slide rail 503 is controlled to be started to drive the fifth electric slide block 504 to move leftwards, the fifth electric slide block 504 drives the push plate 505 to move leftwards by the distance of one penicillin bottle, so that the leftmost penicillin bottle moves rightwards to the slide plate 506, and the penicillin bottle slides into the groove of the first tray 204 from the slide plate 506, and the penicillin bottles can be discharged one by one.

Claims (10)

1. A dustproof penicillin bottle protective cover opening device comprises a bottom foot (1) and a first mounting frame (2); the tops of the four bottom feet (1) are connected with a first mounting frame (2); the automatic turnover device is characterized by further comprising a bottom emptying unit, a turnover unit and a cover opening unit; the rear side in the first mounting rack (2) is connected with a material placing unit which is used for placing a penicillin bottle; the left side in the first mounting rack (2) is connected with a turnover unit which is used for fixing and turning over and inverting the penicillin bottle; the lower side is connected with the unit of uncapping in first mounting bracket (2), and the unit of uncapping is used for opening the visor of xiLin bottle.

The cover opening device for the protective cover of the dustproof penicillin bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emptying unit comprises a first mounting plate (201), a first transmission shaft (202), a first gear (203) and a first tray (204); a first mounting plate (201) is fixedly connected to the inner rear side of the first mounting frame (2); a first transmission shaft (202) is rotatably connected to the front part of the left side of the first mounting plate (201); the front part of the outer surface of the first transmission shaft (202) is fixedly connected with a first gear (203); the right part of the outer surface of the first transmission shaft (202) is fixedly connected with a first material tray (204).

5. The dustproof penicillin bottle protective cover opening device as claimed in claim 4, wherein an arc-shaped groove is formed between the opposite sides of the two clamping plates (3010) to facilitate clamping of the penicillin bottle.
6. The penicillin bottle protective cover uncovering device for dust prevention according to claim 4, wherein a groove is formed in the front of the second tray (3022) and used for placing the penicillin bottle.
