The clinical overall treatment effect test and research of the invention
1. The general data selects 208 cases of patients with bone joint pain, and the patients are randomly divided into 106 cases of test groups, including 50 cases of men, 56 cases of women and ages 55-70 years old, wherein the cervical vertebra pain is 12 cases, the lumbar vertebra pain is 48 cases and the knee joint pain is 46 cases; 52 cases of control 1 group, including 24 cases of men, 28 cases of women, ages 53-65 years, wherein 6 cases of cervical pain, 24 cases of lumbar pain, 22 cases of knee joint pain; the control group 2 had 50 cases, including 23 men, 27 women, and ages 55-70, with 6 cases of cervical pain, 22 cases of lumbar pain, and 22 cases of knee joint pain.
2. Treatment methods test group and control group 1 were respectively given the external ointment (appropriate amount of the ointment is filled into the medicinal ointment patch and applied to the affected part, one patch each day) of the invention example 6 and comparative example, and the musk rheumatalgia-relieving ointment is given to control group 2, one patch each day, and each group is continuously treated for 7 days.
3. Curative effect standard cure: the local pain is completely eliminated, and the exercise function is recovered to be normal; the effect is shown: the local pain is obviously relieved, the swelling disappears, and the exercise function is basically recovered; the method is effective: the local pain is relieved, the swelling is relieved, and the exercise function is limited; invalidation: symptoms are the same as before.
4. The therapeutic effect is shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 statistics of overall therapeutic effect
The results show that the total effective rates of the test group, the control 1 group and the control 2 group are 100%, 92.31% and 82.00%, respectively, and the test group is obviously better than the other groups, namely, the plaster adopting the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment 5 of the invention has obviously better treatment effect than the plaster adopting the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment 5 without yam rhizome, and has outstanding advantages compared with the commercial products, which indicates that the embodiment 5 of the invention has scientific raw material compatibility, reasonable proportion, can obviously relieve pain of patients with osteoarthropathy, and has the characteristics of quick response and obvious curative effect.
The invention can effectively relieve bone joint pain, has better treatment effect on pain caused by traumatic injury and the like, and is a representative specific case.
