Du Huo is pungent and bitter in flavor and slightly warm in nature. Enter kidney and bladder meridians. Dispelling wind and removing dampness, and relieving arthralgia and pain. Safflower, pungent in flavor and warm in nature. It enters heart and liver meridians. Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and dredging channels. Can be used for treating amenorrhea due to blood stagnation, puerperal stagnation, abdominal mass, traumatic injury, and measles.
Speranskia herb, herba speranskiae tuberculatae, pungent in flavor and warm in nature. Enter the liver and kidney meridians. Dispelling wind and removing dampness, relaxing tendons and activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and detumescence, detoxication and relieving pain. Wind-damp arthralgia, contracture of tendons and bones, cold-dampness beriberi, lumbar sprain, paralysis, amenorrhea, eczema of scrotum, sore and furuncle.
Rhizoma Drynariae, bitter in taste and warm in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. For the purpose of: lumbago due to kidney deficiency, tinnitus, deafness, loose teeth, traumatic injury, sprain, and tendons and bones injury; it is used for treating alopecia areata and vitiligo.
Liu Tong is bitter in taste and neutral in nature. Liver and kidney meridians. Dispelling wind and activating collaterals, promoting diuresis and dredging channels. Can be used for treating arthralgia, numbness, spasm, edema, distention, hypogalactia, and amenorrhea.
Asarum, pungent in flavor and warm in nature. It enters heart, lung and kidney meridians. Relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving pain, inducing resuscitation, warming lung, and resolving fluid retention. Can be used for treating common cold due to wind-cold, headache, toothache, rheumatalgia, nasosinusitis, and cough due to lung cold.
Cibotium rhizome, rhizoma Cibotii, bitter in taste, sweet in flavor and warm in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Spatholobus stem, caulis Spatholobi, bitter in taste, slightly sweet in flavor and warm in nature. Enter liver meridian. Promoting blood circulation, replenishing blood, relaxing tendons, and activating collaterals. It can be used for treating menoxenia, amenorrhea due to blood deficiency, rheumatalgia, and apoplexy.
Lycopodium clavatum is bitter, slightly pungent and warm in nature. Dispelling wind and removing dampness, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. Can be used for treating joint pain and difficulty in flexing and extending.
Ramulus Mori, slightly bitter in taste and flat in nature. Enter liver meridian. Dispel wind-damp, promote articulation. Can be used for treating rheumatalgia, and soreness and numbness of shoulder and arm and joint.
Bai Zhi is pungent in flavor and warm in nature. Enter lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, dispelling pathogenic wind, relieving pain, relieving stuffy nose, eliminating dampness, stopping leukorrhagia, relieving swelling, expelling pus, dispelling pathogenic wind, and relieving itching. Can be used for treating common cold due to wind-cold, headache, toothache, rheumatalgia, nasosinusitis, leukorrhagia, sore, carbuncle, and toxic swelling.
Peach kernel, semen Persicae, bitter in taste, sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. It enters heart, liver and large intestine meridians. Promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, loosening bowel to relieve constipation, relieving cough and asthma. Can be used for treating amenorrhea dysmenorrhea, abdominal mass, pulmonary abscess, acute appendicitis, traumatic injury, constipation due to intestinal dryness, cough and asthma.
Dipsaci radix, bitter, sweet and pungent in flavor and slightly warm in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. For soreness and pain of waist and knees, weakness of feet and knees, dribbling urine, itching of yin, abortion, fetal movement, and hypertension.
Red peony root, radix Paeoniae Rubra, bitter in taste and slightly cold in nature. Enter liver meridian. Clear heat and cool blood, dissipate blood stasis and relieve pain. Can be used for treating heat-induced ying blood, toxic heat, speckle, hematemesis, epistaxis, conjunctival congestion, liver Yu Xie pain, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain, traumatic injury, carbuncle, swelling, and pyocutaneous disease.
Ai Ye is pungent and bitter in flavor and warm in nature. It enters liver, spleen and kidney meridians. Warming channels to stop bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain; for external use, it can dispel dampness and relieve itching. Can be used for treating hematemesis, epistaxis, metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, metrostaxis, lower abdomen cold pain, cold menstruation, infertility due to cold womb; it is used for treating skin pruritus. Vinegar Ai Tanwen is used for stopping bleeding due to deficiency-cold.
Achyranthes root, radix Achyranthis bidentatae, bitter, sweet, sour and neutral in nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Mu Xiang is pungent and bitter in flavor and warm in nature. It enters spleen, stomach, large intestine and gallbladder meridians. Promoting qi circulation, relieving pain, regulating middle energizer and dispersing stagnated food. Can be used for treating abdominal distention and pain, diarrhea, spleen deficiency, anorexia, hypochondriac pain, and jaundice.
Pine section, bitter taste and warm nature. It enters liver and kidney meridians. Can be used for treating traumatic injury, internal injury, blood stasis, traumatic hemorrhage, skin ulcer abscess, and chronic ulcer.
Borneol, pungent and bitter in flavor, slightly cold in nature. It enters heart, spleen and lung meridians. Inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind, and clearing heat and relieving pain. Can be used for treating fever, unconsciousness, convulsion, apoplexy, phlegm syncope, qi stagnation syncope, middle-jiao coma, chest pain, conjunctival congestion, aphtha, laryngopharynx swelling and pain, and ear canal purulence.
Lu Di is salty in taste and cold in nature. Enter liver, spleen and bladder meridians. Clear heat, calm wind, relieve dyspnea, dredge collaterals and induce diuresis. Can be used for treating rheumatism, numbness, contracture, apoplexy, hemiplegia, convulsion, tetanus, leprosy, scabies, scrofula, and malignant sore.
Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga is salty in taste and cold in nature. Breaking blood and removing stasis, and promoting reunion of fractured bones. Can be used for treating amenorrhea, abdominal mass, puerperal stagnation, fracture, and pain.
Leech is salty and bitter in taste and neutral in nature. Enter liver meridian. Break blood and promote menstruation, remove blood stasis and relieve symptoms. Can be used for treating amenorrhea due to blood stasis, addiction, abdominal mass, apoplexy, hemiplegia, and traumatic injury.
Scorpio, pungent in flavor and flat in nature. Is toxic. Enter liver meridian. Calm wind and stop spasm, detoxify and dissipate nodulation, dredge collaterals and relieve pain. Can be used for treating acute and chronic infantile convulsion, facial distortion, tetanus, sore, scrofula, tuberculosis, migraine, and rheumatalgia.
Scolopendra, pungent in flavor and warm in nature. Enter liver meridian. Wind-extinguishing and spasm-relieving, vein-relaxing and pain-relieving, toxin-eliminating and stagnation-dissipating. Can be used for treating internal movement of liver wind, convulsion, infantile convulsion, apoplexy, wry mouth, hemiplegia, tetanus, rheumatism, migraine, sore, scrofula, and snake and insect bite.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention can be prepared into external dosage forms suitable for medicines according to the conventional pharmaceutical technology by adding pharmaceutically conventional auxiliary materials or carriers, including but not limited to paste, tincture and powder. Preferably, the invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation taking the traditional Chinese medicine composition as a medicine active ingredient.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the external ointment taking the traditional Chinese medicine composition as an active ingredient, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing the raw materials respectively, drying and crushing the raw materials respectively to obtain fine powder of the raw materials, wherein the particle size of the fine powder of the raw materials is preferably 80-120 meshes, more preferably 100 meshes; uniformly mixing the raw material fine powder to obtain mixed medicinal powder;
(2) Adding Chinese liquor into the mixed powder, stirring, standing, adding melted Vaseline, and stirring to paste. Preferably, the white spirit is white spirit with the alcohol content of more than 60 degrees, the standing is carried out under a sealing condition, and the standing time is 5-9 days; the ratio of the mass of the mixed powder to the volume of the white spirit to the mass of the vaseline is preferably 1.5-2.5:1:0.3, more preferably 2:1:0.3.

The clinical overall treatment effect test and research of the invention
1. The general data selects 208 cases of patients with bone joint pain, and the patients are randomly divided into 106 cases of test groups, including 50 cases of men, 56 cases of women and ages 55-70 years old, wherein the cervical vertebra pain is 12 cases, the lumbar vertebra pain is 48 cases and the knee joint pain is 46 cases; 52 cases of control 1 group, including 24 cases of men, 28 cases of women, ages 53-65 years, wherein 6 cases of cervical pain, 24 cases of lumbar pain, 22 cases of knee joint pain; the control group 2 had 50 cases, including 23 men, 27 women, and ages 55-70, with 6 cases of cervical pain, 22 cases of lumbar pain, and 22 cases of knee joint pain.
2. Treatment methods test group and control group 1 were respectively given the external ointment (appropriate amount of the ointment is filled into the medicinal ointment patch and applied to the affected part, one patch each day) of the invention example 6 and comparative example, and the musk rheumatalgia-relieving ointment is given to control group 2, one patch each day, and each group is continuously treated for 7 days.

The results show that the total effective rates of the test group, the control 1 group and the control 2 group are 100%, 92.31% and 82.00%, respectively, and the test group is obviously better than the other groups, namely, the plaster adopting the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment 5 of the invention has obviously better treatment effect than the plaster adopting the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the embodiment 5 without yam rhizome, and has outstanding advantages compared with the commercial products, which indicates that the embodiment 5 of the invention has scientific raw material compatibility, reasonable proportion, can obviously relieve pain of patients with osteoarthropathy, and has the characteristics of quick response and obvious curative effect.
The invention can effectively relieve bone joint pain, has better treatment effect on pain caused by traumatic injury and the like, and is a representative specific case.
