The drug taking mechanism comprises driving motors 2-1 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a drug cabinet 2, steel cables 2-2 are wound on a rotating shaft of the driving motor 2-1, the steel cables 2-2 extend downwards, drug receiving boxes 2-3 are arranged at the lower ends of the two steel cables 2-2, the drug taking mechanism has the main function of receiving toxic anesthetic falling from a transmission belt 2-8 and stably sending the toxic anesthetic to drug taking ports 2-5 correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the front side of the drug cabinet 2 for a receiver to take out, and sponge pads 2-4 are paved in the drug taking mechanism and mainly play a role of buffering to prevent the toxic anesthetic from being collided and damaged when falling from the transmission belt 2-8. The rotating shaft of the driving motor 2-1 rotates to control the winding turns of the steel cable 2-2 on the rotating shaft, so that the lifting of the medicine receiving box 2-3 is controlled, and the rotating direction and the rotating turns of the driving motor 2-1 are controlled by the main control board 1-1. The type and the quantity of the toxic anesthetics used by a toxic anesthetic person are selected on the main control operation panel 1-4 by the person using the toxic anesthetics, the main control panel 1-1 judges that the toxic anesthetics used are arranged on the medicine racks 2-6 of the layers according to the selection of the person using the toxic anesthetics, then the rotating direction (lifting is determined) and the rotating number of turns (lifting height is determined) of the driving motor 2-1 are calculated, and the driving motor 2-1 is controlled to rotate, so that the steel cable 2-2 is driven to rotate, and the medicine receiving box 2-3 is driven to lift to a required position. The transmission belt 2-8 is made of rubber materials and is provided with a series of small grooves, namely the medicine bottle holes 2-10, toxic and anesthetic are placed in the medicine bottle holes 2-10, stability can be guaranteed, and the toxic and anesthetic cannot be poured out due to vibration generated by movement of the transmission belt 2-8 or starting of the transmission motor 2-7. The medicine bottle hole 2-10 is generally slightly larger than the diameter of the toxic anesthetic container, so that the toxic anesthetic container is prevented from being too tightly clamped and cannot fall into the medicine receiving box 2-3. The medicine in the medicine cabinet 2 is stored and taken by a main control system which comprises a main control cabinet 1, a main control board 1-1, a main control camera 1-2, a main control code scanner 1-3, a main control operation panel 1-4, a main control cabinet door 1-5, a main control door lock 1-6, a main control switch 1-7 and a cabinet door camera 1-10.
The main control cabinet 1 is arranged above the right side of the cabinet body of the medicine cabinet 2, a main control operation panel 1-4 is arranged on the cabinet body, the inner side of the main control operation panel 1-4 is connected with the main control panel 1-1, and a main control camera 1-2 and a main control code scanner 1-3 are arranged on the main control operation panel 1-4;
the main control board 1-1 is a control system of the medical narcotic intelligent management device and method, controls the work of each part of the medical narcotic intelligent management device and method, and has the functions of generating, storing and exporting the medical narcotic ledger; the main control camera 1-2 is used for identifying the identity of a medical poison anesthetic administrator and a receiver when the receiver is used for receiving poison anesthetics and recovering poison anesthetic containers by the receiver. The main control camera 1-2 collects and transmits face information of a medical poison and anesthetic administrator and a lead to the main control board 1-1, and the main control board 1-1 verifies the identity of the poison and anesthetic administrator and the lead through face identification and confirms whether the lead has a qualification or not. If the claimant has the qualification of claiming, the next step of claiming operation can be carried out, and the claimant, the claimant information and the operation information are recorded into the standing book; if the user does not have the qualification for reception, the user is prompted on the main control operation panel 1-4 that the user does not have the qualification for reception and is not allowed to receive the information.
Similarly, the main control camera 1-2 collects and transmits facial information of a medical drug administrator and an anesthetic container returning person to the main control board 1-1, and the main control board 1-1 verifies the identities of the drug administrator and the anesthetic container returning person through facial recognition and confirms whether the anesthetic container returning person is matched with a leader or not. If the matching is carried out, the next step of recovery operation can be carried out, and the returning person and the returning information thereof are recorded into a standing book; if not, the prompt is prompted on the main control operation panel 1-4.
The master control code scanner 1-3 is a bar code scanner, and is used for scanning and verifying the information of the toxic and anesthetic container when the toxic and anesthetic container is recycled. Each toxic anesthetic placed in the medical toxic anesthetic intelligent management device and method has a unique bar code identification. When a medical toxic and anesthetic administrator puts toxic and anesthetic in storage, the barcode identification of each toxic and anesthetic is scanned and recorded, and toxic and anesthetic information and a storage position are recorded. The main control operation panel 1-4 is a touch screen and has the functions of displaying, operating, prompting, alarming and the like. The display function is mainly used for displaying the medicine information in the medicine cabinet 2, the toxic and anesthetic administrator, the personnel identification verification information of the receiver, the verification information of the toxic and anesthetic container, the return information and the like. The operation functions are used for relevant operations of identity verification, toxic anesthetic receiving and toxic anesthetic container recycling, such as selection of the name and the number of the received toxic anesthetic, selection of manual selection of a recycling box 3-1 needing to be opened and the like. But also prompt and alarm functions such as prompting, alarm operation improper, system error, identity verification incorrect, etc.
The main control cabinet door 1-5 is positioned on the back of the intelligent management device and method for the toxic and anesthetic for medical use, and is provided with a main control door lock 1-6. When the master control system needs to be upgraded and maintained, the master control cabinet doors 1-5 are opened, so that the operation of a maintenance worker can be facilitated. Only toxic narcotic administrators and administrators with higher authorities can open the main control cabinet doors 1-5.
The main control door lock 1-6 is positioned on the main control cabinet door 1-5 and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the main control cabinet door 1-5. The opening and closing of the main control door locks 1-6 are controlled by the main control switches 1-7 and the cabinet door cameras 1-10 together, and only a poison and anesthetic administrator and an administrator with higher authority can open the main control door locks 1-6. A toxic and anesthetic administrator and an administrator with higher authority perform facial recognition through the cabinet door cameras 1-10 to verify identity information, if the identity is verified correctly, the toxic and anesthetic administrator and the administrator with higher authority press the cabinet door switch buttons, the main control door locks 1-6 are opened, and the main control cabinet doors 1-5 can be opened; if the identity verification is wrong, the main control switch 1-7 button is invalid, the main control door lock 1-6 and the main control cabinet door 1-5 are always in a closed state, and the main control door lock 1-6 is automatically locked after the main control cabinet door 1-5 is closed.
The main control switch 1-7, the medicine cabinet switch 1-8 and the recovery cabinet 3 switch 1-9 are respectively used for controlling the opening of the main control cabinet door 1-5, the medicine cabinet door 2-11 and the recovery cabinet door 3-4. The method comprises the following steps that a poison and anesthetic administrator and an administrator with higher authority carry out facial recognition through a cabinet door camera 1-10, the cabinet door camera 1-10 collects facial information of the poison and anesthetic administrator and the administrator with higher authority and transmits the facial information to a main control board 1-1, the main control board 1-1 verifies identities of the poison and anesthetic administrator with higher authority through the facial recognition, and whether the authority has the qualification of opening a main control cabinet door 1-5, a medicine cabinet door 2-11 and a recovery cabinet door 3-4 is confirmed. Verifying identity information, if the identity is verified correctly, the toxic and anesthetic administrator and the administrator with higher authority press the corresponding main control switch 1-7 buttons, so that the main control door lock 1-6 is opened, and the main control cabinet door 1-5 can be opened; and if the identity verification is wrong, all the switch buttons are invalid, and all the door locks and the cabinet door are always in a closed state.
The recovery cabinet 3 is arranged below the main control cabinet 1, and the recovery cabinet 3 comprises a recovery box 3-1, a stepping motor 3-2, a sliding table 3-3, a recovery cabinet door 3-4 and a recovery door lock 3-5. The recycling box 3-1 is a cuboid box made of steel or hard plastic, the bottom and the periphery of the recycling box are sealed, and the top of the recycling box is open; the lower part of the recovery box 3-1 is arranged on a sliding table 3-3, and the sliding table 3-3 comprises a sliding block, a sliding rail and a lead screw and is driven to move.
The stepping motor 3-2 is arranged on the rear wall of the box body, the stepping motor 3-2 is provided with a lead screw through a coupler, the lead screw is penetrated with a slide block, and the slide block moves forwards or backwards in the slide rail through the lead screw in a thread or ball way. The sliding block is arranged at the bottom of the recycling bin 3-1 and slides to drive the recycling bin 3-1 to move.
The intelligent management device and method for the medical drugs and narcotics can be provided with a plurality of recycling boxes 3-1 which respectively correspond to different types of drugs and narcotics. When a person returns a toxic anesthetic container in the toxic anesthetic field, the returning person selects the returned type of the toxic anesthetic on the main control operation panel 1-4 after the returning person verifies the identity of the returning person is correct, the returning person needs to manually select the returned toxic anesthetic on the main control operation panel 1-4 as the returning person can be used for many times, the main control panel 1-1 judges which recovery box 3-1 the returning person should return after receiving the information, and controls the stepping motor 3-2 of the corresponding recovery box 3-1 to rotate and the sliding table 3-3 to move, and drives the recovery box 3-1 to extend out of the recovery cabinet 3, so that the returning person can place the returned toxic anesthetic container in the recovery box; after the placement is finished, the returning person clicks 'returned' on the main control operation panel 1-4, and then the main control panel 1-1 controls the stepping motor 3-2 of the recovery box 3-1 to rotate and the sliding table 3-3 to move, and drives the recovery box 3-1 to retract into the recovery cabinet 3.
The recovery cabinet 3 door is positioned at the back of the recovery cabinet 3 and is provided with a recovery door lock 3-5. When the toxic and anesthetic containers needing to be recycled need to be processed in a unified mode, or when the internal components of the recycling cabinet 3 need to be upgraded and maintained, the recycling cabinet doors 3-4 are opened, so that toxic and anesthetic managers and managers with higher authorities can take out the toxic and anesthetic containers for processing, or maintenance personnel can upgrade and maintain. The opening and closing of the recovery door locks 3-5 are controlled by the switches 1-9 of the recovery cabinet 3 and the cameras 1-10 of the cabinet door together, the control principle is the same as that of the door locks, and only a poison and anesthetic administrator and an administrator with higher authority can recover the door locks 3-5.
The warehousing system 4 comprises a warehousing operation panel 4-1, a warehousing camera 4-2, a warehousing code scanner 4-3 and a warehousing control panel 4-4. The warehousing operation panel 4-1 is a touch screen and has the functions of displaying, operating, prompting, alarming and the like. The display function is mainly used for displaying the information of the medicines in the medicine cabinet 2, the information of a toxic and anesthetic administrator and administrators with higher authority, the warehousing information of the toxic and anesthetic, and the like. The operation function is used for the related operations of warehousing of the toxic anesthetics, such as the names, the number, the warehousing positions and the like of the warehoused toxic anesthetics. Prompting and alarming functions such as prompting, alarming improper operation, system error and the like. The warehousing operation panel 4-1 is electrically connected with the warehousing control board 4-4 and is controlled by the warehousing control board 4-4.
The warehousing camera 4-2 is used for identity recognition of drug administrators and warehousing administrators with higher authority. The warehousing camera 4-2 collects and transmits facial information of warehousing managers to the main control board 1-1, the main control board 1-1 verifies the identities of the warehousing managers through facial recognition, and whether the warehousing managers are matched with the personnel opening the medicine cabinet doors 2-11 and have warehousing qualification is confirmed. If the identities of the warehousing personnel are matched and have warehousing qualification, then the next warehousing operation can be carried out, and the information of the warehousing personnel and the operation information thereof are recorded into the ledger; if the identity is not matched or does not have the warehousing qualification, the warehousing operation panel 4-1 prompts that the warehousing qualification is not met, and an alarm is given.
The warehousing bar code scanner 4-3 is a bar code scanner and is used for scanning the information of the toxic anesthetic when the toxic anesthetic is warehoused. When warehousing management personnel warehouses the toxic and anesthetic, scanning the bar code identity of each toxic and anesthetic, verifying the information of the toxic and anesthetic on the warehousing operation panel 4-1, selecting a storage position of the toxic and anesthetic, and then putting the toxic and anesthetic into the medicine bottle holes 2-10 of the selected medicine racks 2-6. After warehousing is finished, warehousing personnel click 'warehousing is finished' on the warehousing operation panel 4-1, and warehousing personnel information and warehousing operation information are recorded into the ledger by the main control panel 1-1.
4 universal wheels 5 are arranged at the bottoms of the medicine cabinet 2 and the recovery cabinet 3 and used for integrally moving the device and the method. The device and the method can be moved freely by means of the universal wheels 5. The universal wheel 5 is provided with a buckle which can fix the universal wheel 5 and prevent the device and the method from moving randomly.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
1. put in storage
(1) And opening the medicine cabinet door 2-11. (2) Warehousing personnel scan the identity of each toxic anesthetic bar code through a warehousing code scanner 4-3, verify the information of the toxic anesthetics on a warehousing operation panel 4-1, select positions of a medicine rack 2-6, a transmission belt 2-8 and a medicine bottle hole 2-10 for storing the toxic anesthetics, and then place the toxic anesthetics on the selected positions of the medicine rack 2-6, the transmission belt 2-8 and the medicine bottle hole 2-10.
(3) And (3) repeating the step (2) until all the toxic and narcotic drugs are put in the warehouse completely, clicking 'putting in the warehouse completely' on the warehousing operation panel 4-1 by warehousing personnel, and inputting information of the warehousing personnel and warehousing operation information into the ledger by the main control panel 1-1.
(4) And closing the medicine cabinet door 2-11, automatically locking the warehouse entry door lock, receiving information by the main control board 1-1, and updating the operation account.
2. Collar use

(3) After the medicine receiving box 2-3 reaches the position 2-6 of the medicine rack, the main control board 1-1 controls the conveying motor 2-7 to rotate according to the calculated number of rotation turns of the conveying motor 2-7, and drives the conveying belt 2-8 to rotate, so that the toxic anesthetic with the used quantity falls into the medicine receiving box 2-3 from the medicine bottle hole 2-10.
(4) After the conveying motor 2-7 and the conveying belt 2-8 stop rotating, the main control board 1-1 continues to control the driving motor 2-1 to rotate, and the medicine receiving box 2-3 is lowered to the height of the medicine taking opening 2-5.
(5) After the medicine receiving box 2-3 is lowered to the height of the medicine taking opening 2-5, the medicine taking opening 2-5 is opened, the receiver takes out the toxic and anesthetic used, the medicine taking opening 2-5 is closed, the main control board 1-1 receives information, and the operation ledger is updated.
3. Recovering
(1) When returning the toxic and anesthetic container, the returning person and the toxic and anesthetic administrator respectively perform facial recognition through the main control camera 1-2, facial information is collected and transmitted to the main control board 1-1, the main control board 1-1 verifies identity information through the facial recognition, the identities of the two parties are verified to be correct, namely the identity of the toxic and anesthetic administrator is verified to be correct, the returning person is matched with the identity of the claimant, then the recovery operation can be performed, and the returning person, the returning information such as date, time and the like and the operation information thereof are recorded into the desk account.
(2) Because the return person can be used for multiple times, the return person needs to select the returned toxic anesthetic types and batches on the main control operation panel 1-4, and the main control panel 1-1 receives the information and judges the return recovery box 3-1.
(3) The main control board 1-1 controls a stepping motor 3-2 of the recovery box 3-1 to rotate, the stepping motor 3-2 is connected with a lead screw through a coupler to rotate, the lead screw drives a sliding table 3-3 to move forward in a threaded or ball manner, and the sliding table 3-3 further drives the recovery box 3-1 to move forward, so that the recovery box 3-1 extends out of the recovery cabinet 3.
(4) The returning person places the toxic anesthetic container to be returned into the recovery box 3-1, and after the toxic anesthetic container is placed, the returning person clicks 'returned' on the main control operation panel 1-4.
(5) The main control board 1-1 controls the stepping motor 3-2 of the recycling bin 3-1 to rotate, so that the recycling bin 3-1 retracts into the recycling cabinet 3, and the main control board 1-1 receives information and updates the operation ledger.
4. Maintenance, upgrade and centralized disposal of toxic anesthetic container

(4) After the operation is finished, the recovery cabinet door 3-4 is closed, the recovery door lock 3-5 is automatically locked, the main control board 1-1 receives information, and the operation ledger is updated.
The main control system, the medicine cabinet 2 and the recovery cabinet 3 have the same maintenance and upgrading steps. The difference of the maintenance and upgrading steps of the main control system, the recovery cabinet 3 and the medicine cabinet 2 is as follows:
firstly, opening a main control cabinet 1, pressing a main control switch 1-7, opening a main control door lock 1-6, opening a medicine cabinet door 2-11, pressing a cabinet door switch, and opening the main control door lock 1-6;
and secondly, the step (3) is to open the medicine cabinet doors 2-11 or the main control cabinet 1 door to complete the maintenance and the upgrade of the main control system and the medicine cabinet 2.

The intelligent management device for the medical drugs and narcotics according to claim 1, characterized in that the master control system comprises a master control board (1-1), a master control camera (1-2), a master control code scanner (1-3), a master control operation panel (1-4), a master control door lock (1-6), a switch and a cabinet door camera (1-10); the main control operation panel (1-4) is installed on the front side wall of the main control cabinet (1), the main control camera (1-2) and the main control code scanner (1-3) are installed on the main control operation panel (1-4), and the main control panel (1-1) is connected to the inner side of the main control operation panel (1-4); the main control door lock (1-6), the switch and the cabinet door camera (1-10) are installed on the rear side of the main control cabinet (1).

The intelligent management device for the medical narcotic drugs according to claim 2, characterized in that the drug cabinet (2), the main control cabinet (1) and the recovery cabinet (3) are respectively provided with a cabinet door and a door lock, and the door locks are controlled by a switch on the main control cabinet (1), a cabinet door camera (1-10) and the main control board (1-1) together.

The intelligent management device for the medical narcotic drugs according to claim 1, wherein the drug taking mechanism comprises driving motors (2-1) symmetrically arranged at two sides of the drug cabinet (2), a steel cable (2-2) vertically extending downwards is wound on a rotating shaft of the driving motor (2-1), and a drug receiving box (2-3) is connected to the lower end of the steel cable (2-2); the medicine taking mechanism is used for receiving the toxic and anesthetic dropped on the conveying belt (2-8) and stably conveying the toxic and anesthetic to the medicine taking opening (2-5) at the bottom of the front side of the medicine cabinet (2).

The intelligent management device for the toxic and anesthetic drugs for medical use according to claim 1, wherein the recovery cabinet (3) comprises more than one recovery box (3-1) with an open top, the lower part of the recovery box (3-1) is installed on a sliding table (3-3), the sliding table (3-3) comprises a sliding block, a sliding rail and a lead screw, the upper part of the sliding block is installed at the bottom of the recovery box (3-1), the lower part of the sliding block is arranged in the sliding rail, the lead screw penetrates through the sliding block, one end of the lead screw is installed on a stepping motor (3-2) through a coupler, and the stepping motor (3-2) is installed on the rear wall of the recovery cabinet (3).
8. The method for operating the intelligent management device for the medical narcotic drugs according to claim 1, comprising the following steps:

repeating the scanning and warehousing step until all toxic and narcotic drugs are warehoused completely, clicking 'warehousing completion' on a warehousing operation panel (4-1) by warehousing personnel, and inputting warehousing personnel information and warehousing operation information into the machine account by a main control panel (1-1) 1-1;
closing the medicine cabinet doors (2-11), and automatically locking the warehouse door lock;
s3 drug application: the face recognition of a person to be picked up is carried out through the main control camera (1-2), the main control panel (1-1) checks the identity of the person to be picked up, and if the person to be picked up is qualified, the type and the number of the toxic and anesthetic to be picked up can be selected on the main control operation panel (1-4);
the main control board (1-1) judges the position of the toxic anesthetic according to the selection, calculates the rotation direction and the rotation number of the driving motor (2-1), controls the driving motor (2-1) to rotate, and lifts the medicine receiving box (2-3) to the position of the medicine rack (2-6); then the main control board (1-1) controls the conveying motor (2-7) to drive the conveying belt (2-8) to rotate according to the calculated number of rotation turns of the conveying motor (2-7), so that toxic anesthetic with the collar quantity falls into the medicine receiving box (2-3) from the medicine bottle holes (2-10), and the conveying motor (2-7) stops rotating;
the main control board (1-1) continues to control the driving motor (2-1) to rotate, and the medicine receiving box (2-3) is lowered to the height of the medicine taking opening (2-5);
the medicine taking port (2-5) is opened, the medicine taking port (2-5) is closed after the collator takes out the adopted toxic anesthetic, the main control board (1-1) receives information, and the operation ledger is updated;
s4 recovery of drug: the face recognition of a return person is carried out through the main control camera (1-2), the main control board (1-1) verifies the identity of the return person, if the identity of the return person is matched with the identity of a receiving person, the recovery operation can be carried out, and return information and operation information are recorded into a standing book;
the returning person selects the returned toxic anesthetic type and batch on the main control operation panel (1-4), the main control panel (1-1) receives the information and judges the returned recycling bin (3-1);
the main control panel (1-1) controls a stepping motor (3-2) of the recovery box (3-1) to rotate, the recovery box (3-1) is driven to move outwards on the sliding rail, a returning person places a toxic anesthetic container in the recovery box (3-1), and the returned toxic anesthetic container is clicked on the main control operation panel (1-4);
