Abstract
A bag sleeving mechanism of a valve port woven bag belongs to the technical field of powder packaging, and replaces manual bag taking and bag sleeving. As shown in fig. 1, the vertical electric sliding table 3 receives a command, carries the suction cup 6 to descend, the suction cup 6 sucks the woven bag 9, ascends and delivers the woven bag to the bag clamping plate groups 11 and 12 of the woven bag opening mechanism 13, and then descends to the original position to wait for the next command. The opening mechanism 13 of the woven bag is arranged on the sliding block 2 of the horizontal electric sliding table 1, the woven bag 9 is clamped by the clamp and is conveyed to the ash outlet 10 to complete bag covering after opening is completed, and then the woven bag returns to the original position to wait for a next bag covering instruction. The automatic packaging device is applied to automatic packaging equipment of powder.

The packaging of powder such as cement is mostly carried out by using cheap soft valve port woven bags, the bagging can only be completed manually, corresponding automatic equipment is not available, and the soft valve port woven bags cannot be automatically bagged, so that the wide automation of powder packaging is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the opening method of the valve port woven bag, the inventor designs a bag sleeving mechanism of the valve port woven bag, as shown in the attached drawing 1: 1 and 2 are horizontal electric sliding tables and sliding blocks thereof, and 15 is a stepping motor thereof; 3 is vertical electric sliding table, 16 is stepping motor, 4 is cross section of sliding block, it can be seen that in the horizontal through hole is installed rotary air suction pipe 5, air suction pipe 5 is fixed and communicated with suction disc 6, and connected with external vacuum hose, suction can be performed to suction disc 6 through air suction pipe 5, 7 is gear fixed on air suction pipe 5, 8 is fixed rack, 9 is valve port, 10 is ash outlet of filling machine, 11 and 12 are two pairs of bag clamping plate set, 13 is matched bag mechanism, opening mechanism of valve port woven bag, 14 is touch pressure sensor, 17 is position sensor.
As shown in figure 1, the initial state of the bagging mechanism is that a bagging process is started when a stepping motor 16 of a PLC instruction sliding table 3 is started to enable a suction cup 6 to descend from an initial position to reach a stacked woven bag 9, a sensor 14 touches the woven bag 9 and transmits an electric signal back to the PLC under the action of pressure, the PLC instruction stepping motor 16 stops (as shown in figure 2) to trigger an air suction electromagnetic valve to open, the suction cup 6 sucks the woven bag 9, the stepping motor 16 is triggered to reversely rotate to enable the suction cup 6 to ascend, the sensor 17 is met at the vertex to trigger the stepping motor 16 to stop, meanwhile, the gear 7 is in contact with a rack 8 to enable the suction cup 6 to turn over by 90 degrees, so that the woven bag 9 is vertical, the trigger bag clamping plate groups 11 and 12 respectively clamp the upper end and the lower end (as shown in figure 3) of a valve port of the woven bag, the air suction electromagnetic valve is triggered to close, the stepping motor 16 is triggered to reversely rotate to enable the suction cup 6 to stop when the gear 7 is in contact with the rack 8, the next instruction (as shown in figure 4), the valve port of the woven bag 9 is triggered to open, and the trigger stepping motor 15, the bag clamping plate groups 11 and 12 clamp the opened woven bag 9 to move towards the ash outlet 10, complete bag sleeving, and then return to the starting position to wait for the next bag sleeving instruction (as shown in fig. 1).

As shown in figure 1, the electric sliding table 3 is vertically arranged, the sucking disc 6 is arranged on a sliding block of the sliding table 3 and can be moved up and down under the instruction of a controller, the electric sliding table 1 is horizontally arranged, a valve port woven bag opening mechanism 13 with two pairs of bag clamping plate groups 11 and 12 is arranged on the sliding block 2, and the sliding table can sleeve a valve port woven bag which is clamped and is opened on the ash outlet nozzle 10 under the instruction of the controller.

As shown in fig. 2, a touch sensor 14 is provided to send a signal to the controller when the suction cup 6 touches the woven bag, so that the controller instructs the sliding table carrying the suction cup 6 to stop. The gear 7 and the rack 8 are arranged, so that the sucking disc sucking up the woven bag can be turned over by 90 degrees, and the woven bag is vertical.
