Abstract
本发明涉及一种熔喷料(熔体流动速率在1200g/10min~2500g/10min)料条定型冷却装置。包括水箱,所述水箱的一面制成坡面(坡度30°~45°),该坡面用于承接从机头挤出的熔喷料条,该坡面的高端位于挤塑机模头的下方,坡面的低端位于水槽内。在水箱侧壁有进水口,在水箱的顶部有出水口,水从出水口排出后经由坡面流入水槽内,流水对受牵引作用的料条起到润滑和冷却作用。本发明水箱起到过渡支撑作用,可以有效防止熔喷料料条因熔体强度低而导致料条拉伸受力过大,引起料条断条的情况发生,保证生产的连续性,实现稳定高效生产。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料加工技术领域,尤其是一种熔喷料料条定型冷却装置。
背景技术
塑料熔喷料是生产熔喷布和无纺布的主要材料,塑料熔喷料的主要特征是很高的熔体流动速率,通常高达1200g/10min~2500g/10min。正常塑料料条熔体强度高,料条挤出口模后可缓慢进入水槽冷却,但由于熔喷料熔体流动速率非常高,所以熔体强度低,料条流出口模后,几乎贴着模头垂直进入水槽,极易断条和黏连。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种有效防止料条黏连和断条的熔喷料料条定型冷却装置。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种熔喷料料条定型冷却装置,包括水箱,所述水箱的一面制成坡面,该坡面用于承接熔喷料条,该坡面的高端位于挤塑机模头的下方,坡面的低端位于水槽内,在水箱侧壁有进水口,在水箱的顶部有出水口,水从出水口排出后经由坡面流入水槽内。
而且,所述水箱为类三角形,由顶板、前侧板、后侧板、右侧板、底板围成,其中前、后侧板均为三角形板且平行间隔设置,在前、后两侧板之间右侧直角边连接右侧板,下侧直角边连接底板,斜边连接顶板,顶板的高端略低于右侧板的顶端,并且与右侧板的顶端之间留有空隙,该空隙为出水口,在水箱的前侧板或者后侧板上有一进水口。
而且,所述的顶板制成弧面。
而且,顶板与前、后侧板的焊接点与前、后侧板的外缘留有一定距离。
而且,水箱通过支撑架搭接到水槽上。
而且,所述坡面的坡度为30°~45°。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明水箱起到过渡支撑作用,可以有效防止熔喷料料条因熔体强度低而导致料条拉伸过大,进而断条的情况发生,提高生产的连续性。
2、本发明水箱具有冷却定型作用,使料条尽快定型,防止料条间相互黏连。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种熔喷料料条定型冷却装置,包括水箱4、进水管3,所述水箱为类三角形,由顶板1、前侧板、后侧板、右侧板、底板围成,其中前、后侧板均为三角形板且平行间隔设置,在前、后两侧板之间右侧直角边连接右侧板,下侧直角边连接底板,斜边连接顶板,顶板的高端略低于右侧板的顶端,并且与右侧板的顶端之间留有空隙,该空隙为出水口2。在水箱的前侧板或者后侧板上制有一进水口3,该进水口通过水泵连接水源。水从进水口进入水箱,水箱盛满后经过出水口流出并沿着顶板流到水槽内。
所述的顶板制成剖面,所述坡面的坡度为30°~45°。顶板与前、后侧板的焊接点与前、后侧板的外缘留有一定距离,避免水从前、后侧板溢出。
在水箱的前、后侧板上对称固装支撑架5,水箱通过支撑架搭接到水槽8上。
本装置的使用方法为:
使用时,将水箱两侧的支撑架搭在水槽的两侧壁上,移动水箱,使水箱置于料条挤出口模7的下方,连接进水管并通水,当水箱内的水满时,水从进水口进入水箱,水箱盛满后经过出水口流出并沿着顶板流到水槽内。当熔喷料料条6流出口模后到达水箱的顶板与水接触,快速冷却定型,从而防止料条黏连和断条的情况发生。

1.一种熔喷料料条定型冷却装置,其特征在于:包括水箱,所述水箱的一面制成坡面,该坡面用于承接熔喷料条,该坡面的高端位于挤塑机模头的下方,坡面的低端位于水槽内,在水箱侧壁制有进水口,在水箱的顶部有出水口,水从出水口排出后经由坡面流入水槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熔喷料料条定型冷却装置,其特征在于:所述水箱为类三角形,由顶板、前侧板、后侧板、右侧板、底板围成,其中前、后侧板均为三角形板且平行间隔设置,在前、后两侧板之间右侧直角边连接右侧板,下侧直角边连接底板,斜边连接顶板,顶板的高端略低于右侧板的顶端,并且与右侧板的顶端之间留有空隙,该空隙为出水口,在水箱的前侧板或者后侧板上制有一进水口。
