技术领域
本申请涉及中药技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种祛疤中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
疤痕,又称瘢痕,是各种创伤后所引起的正常皮肤组织的外观形态和组织病理学的改变的统称。它是人体创伤后,在伤口或创面自然愈合过程中的一种正常的、必然的生理反应,也是创伤愈合过程的必然结果。疤痕的本质是一种不具备正常皮肤组织结构及生理功能的,失去正常组织活力的、异常的、不健全的组织。疤痕生长超过一定的限度时还会引发各种并发症,例如外形的破坏及功能活动障碍等,会带来巨大的肉体痛苦和精神痛苦,尤其是烧伤、烫伤、严重外伤后遗留的疤痕。
目前治疗疤痕方法主要有一下几种:1、皮损内注射糖皮质激素,这是目前应用最广泛的一个治疗办法,可以软化疤痕,使皮疹变小,需多次注射;2、冷冻治疗,冷冻治疗适合比较小的瘢痕,如果过度使用,可能造成创面的愈合的延迟,或者出现色素沉着等;3、手术治疗,例如切除手术和植皮手术,其手术成本高,创口不能遇水,影响患者的正常生活,且疤痕容易复发,需配合其他的治疗,例如在手术以后,采用浅层X线,或者直线加速器的电子束照射,预防瘢痕的复发;4、激光治疗,激光可缓解疤痕增生,但效果不佳,难以完全恢复;5、化学药品涂抹:通过在皮肤上涂抹化学药品以防止疤痕增生,但其中常常添加有重金属和激素等对人体有副作用的成分,且涂抹后不易吸收,且遇水后容易失效,对疤痕色素沉着、妊娠纹等效果不佳。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种祛疤中药组合物,其能够有效祛除疤痕及色素沉着,起效快,无副作用,安全性高,无刺激,零疼痛,涂抹在皮肤上后可正常水洗、化妆,不会对患者的皮肤造成二次损伤,且治疗成本低。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其提取效率高,适用性强。
本申请解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种祛疤中药组合物,按重量份数计,其包括:茯苓15-20份、蒲公英10-15份、蛤粉5-10份、白附子0.5-1份、人参15-20份、桃仁5-10份、硫磺0.5-1份、蜗牛0.5-1份、冰片0.5-1份、白藤5-10份、五倍子12-18份和蜈蚣0.5-1份。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种祛疤中药组合物,其包括:
步骤S1,将茯苓粉碎后采用酶解法和热水进浸提法提取,得到茯苓提取物;
步骤S2,将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取3-4h,温度70-80℃,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
步骤S3,将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3-4h,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
步骤S4,将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1-1.5h后进行超声提取,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;
步骤S5,将步骤S1制得的茯苓提取物、步骤S2制得的桃仁提取物、步骤S3制得的蒲公英提取物以及步骤S4制得的混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤膏剂或祛疤液。
相对于现有技术,本申请的实施例至少具有如下优点或有益效果:
1、本申请提供一种祛疤中药组合物,其采用中草药成分,不添加重金属和激素。通过茯苓、蒲公英、蛤粉、白附子、人参、桃仁、硫磺、蜗牛、冰片、白藤、五倍子和蜈蚣等的合理配伍,可抑菌抗炎、活血化瘀、防腐生肌,能有效减少色素沉着,高效修复瘢痕。能有高效修复疤痕,无副作用,安全性高,且涂抹后可以遇水,不影响人们的正常生活,不会对患者造成二次伤害。此外,该中药组合物成本低,在保证疗效的基础上,又能减轻患者的经济负担。
2、本申请还提供一种祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其对原料中有效成分的提取效率高,提取纯度高。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考具体实施例来详细说明本申请。

茯苓,为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。将鲜茯苓按不同部位切制,阴干,即制得“茯苓块”或“茯苓片”。其味甘、淡,性平。具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。用于治疗水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。茯苓的化学成分主要是多糖类、三萜类、甾醇类等,多糖作为茯苓中的主要成分之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、保肝、调节免疫功能等药理活性,还能在一定程度上抗抑郁、抑菌和降血糖。伤口愈合后的皮肤通常较为脆弱,受外界病原体侵染容易二次感染、发炎,在本配方中,茯苓主要起到抗菌、抗炎以及抗病毒的作用,避免以及愈合的伤口受到二次伤害。
蒲公英,为菊科蒲公英属多年生草本植物。性味甘,微苦,寒。归肝、胃经。有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆、清热解毒等功效。治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,牙痛,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。蒲公英是天然的抗生素,对于细菌、病痛有抑制作用。研究表明,蒲公英对于金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌有较强的杀菌作用,对肺炎双球菌、脑膜炎球菌、白喉杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、幽门螺旋杆菌等都有一定是抑制作用。蒲公英多糖还具有抗氧化、降血糖作用。在本配方中,蒲公英可抑菌、抗病毒,防止出现伤口流脓过多无法愈合的现象。
蛤粉为帘蛤科动物文蛤、青蛤等贝壳经煅制粉碎后的灰白色粉末。其味咸,性寒。具有软坚散结,抑酸止痛,活血化瘀的功效,外用可治疗烫伤,效果明显。与药物共制可增强疗效。
白附子,为天南星科植物独角莲的干燥块茎。其味辛,性温。具有祛风痰,定惊搐,解毒散结,止痛的功效。用于中风痰壅,口眼唱斜,语言謇涩,惊风癫痫,破伤风,痰厥头痛,偏正头痛,瘰疬痰核,毒蛇咬伤。研究表明,白附子乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶活性和黑色素生成量呈剂量依赖抑制性。可以消除黑色素、美白、改善色斑、粉刺、瘢痕疙瘩,还具有防腐、消炎和保湿作用。
人参,是五加科、人参属多年生草本植物。人参的汁、叶、粉末可促使伤口及溃疡迅速愈合。外用具有消炎、消肿作用,还具有美容养肤之效。
桃仁,为蔷薇科植物桃或山桃的干燥成熟种子。其味苦、甘,性平。具有活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘的功效。用于经闭痛经,症瘕痞块,肺痈肠痈,跌扑损伤,肠燥便秘,咳嗽气喘。伤口处通常会有淤血,桃仁可清泄瘀滞的血液,促进血液循环和疤痕愈合。
硫磺,是天然的硫黄矿或者含有硫黄矿的物品经过提炼之后的加工品。外用解毒杀虫疗疮,内服补火助阳通便。现代药理研究,硫磺有杀疥虫,抗细菌,抗真菌,祛痰,促进肠蠕动的作用。
蜗牛,为巴蜗牛科巴蜗牛属动物同型巴蜗牛、华蜗牛属动物华蜗牛及其同科近缘种的全体。具有清热解毒,镇惊,消肿之功效。主治风热惊痫,小儿脐风,消渴,喉痹,痄腮,瘰疬,痈肿丹毒,痔疮,脱肛,蜈蚣咬伤。
冰片,是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得。冰片具有以下功效:1、开窍醒神,宜用治热病神昏、痰热内闭、暑热卒厥、小儿惊风等热闭。2、有清热止痛、消肿之功。用于疮疡肿痛,溃后不敛。3、有清热解毒、防腐生肌作用。以本品与银朱、香油制成红褐色药膏外用,可治烫火伤;与象皮、血竭、乳香等同用,治疗疮疡溃后不敛,如生肌散。在本配方中,可清热止痛,减少伤口处的痛感,还可防腐生肌。
白藤,是棕榈科省藤属攀援藤本植物。具有消肿止痛,活筋舒络,止血生肌、活血祛瘀的功效。用于治疗风寒感冒,类风湿关节炎,跌打损伤,闭经,外伤出血。
五倍子,为漆树科植物盐肤木青麸杨或红麸杨叶上的虫瘿,主要由五倍子蚜寄生而形成。可促使蛋白质沉淀,抑制血管出血,加快血液凝集,还可以让皮肤黏膜变得干燥,起到保护创面、局部麻醉和抗菌消炎的作用。
蜈蚣,为蜈蚣科动物少棘巨蜈蚣的干燥体。春、夏二季捕捉,用竹片插入头尾,绷直,干燥。具有息风镇痉,通络止痛,攻毒散结的功效。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述祛疤中药组合物,按重量份数计,还可以包括:黑芝麻10-15份、栝蒌实12-18份和蜂蜜5-10份。
黑芝麻,是胡麻科胡麻属植物,入药部位为芝麻的黑色种子。其味甘,性平。有滋补肝肾,益血润肠,通便,通乳的功能。黑芝麻中含有芝麻素,芝麻素具有优良的抗氧化作用,可抗衰老、调节血脂、保护肝脏、降低血压、抗癌、调节免疫力、使头发黑亮等诸多生理功效。在人体试验中,证明芝麻素可运送至肝脏,在肝中代谢成抗氧化物质,抗氧化效果比维生素E更强。黑芝麻中喊含有丰富的维生素E,可以让皮肤更加光滑柔嫩,白皙细腻,起到美容护肤的作用。
栝蒌实,为葫芦科栝楼属植物栝楼双边栝楼的干燥种子。其味甘、微苦,微寒,入手太阴肺经。清心润肺,洗垢除烦,开胸膈之痹结,涤涎沫之胶黏,最洗瘀浊,善解懊憹。在本配方中,其主要起到消肿排脓的作用。
蜂蜜,为蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂等所酿的蜜糖。其味甘,性平。补中,润燥,止痛,解毒。治肺燥咳嗽,肠燥便秘,胃院疼病,鼻渊,口疮,汤火烫伤,解乌头毒。
在本申请的一些实施例中,按重量份数计,包括:茯苓15份、蒲公英10份、蛤粉6份、白附子0.6份、人参16份、桃仁6份、硫磺0.6份、蜗牛0.6份、冰片0.6份、白藤6份、五倍子16份、蜈蚣0.6份、黑芝麻10份、栝蒌实16份和蜂蜜6份。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述祛疤中药组合物还包括醋酸氯己定0.27-0.33%。醋酸氯己定具有除菌消毒的作用,可以杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌,可延祛疤中药组合物的保质期。
另一方面,本申请提供一种祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其包括:
步骤S1,将茯苓粉碎后采用酶解法和热水进浸提法提取,得到茯苓提取物;
步骤S2,将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取3-4h,温度70-80℃,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
步骤S3,将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3-4h,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
步骤S4,将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1-1.5h后进行超声提取,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;各原料的提取效率较高。此外,白附子20%的乙醇粗提物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用最强。
步骤S5,将步骤S1制得的茯苓提取物、步骤S2制得的桃仁提取物、步骤S3制得的蒲公英提取物以及步骤S4制得的混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤膏剂或祛疤液。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S1中,酶解法和热水浸提法的步骤为:将茯苓粉碎得到茯苓粉,在茯苓粉中加入45-50℃热水中浸泡30-40min,再加入复合酶继续浸提80-90min,随后将水温升高至70-80℃继续浸提80-90min,进行乙醇醇沉;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤,得到茯苓粗品;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤后,还包括:经去蛋白质大孔树脂吸附纯化、洗脱液浓缩、透析、冷冻干燥,制得茯苓提取物。酶解法与热水浸提法结合,浸提时间短,提取条件温和,所得到地茯苓提取物活性高。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S2中,桃仁与水的比例为1:10-1:40。料液比在该范围内,桃仁多糖的提取效率较高。若料液比过大,桃仁提取物的取得率会降低,杂质也会增多。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S3中,热水提取的温度为70-80℃。该温度下,蒲公英提取物的得率较高。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S3中,蒲公英与水的比例为1:30-1:40。在该料液比小,蒲公英提取物的得率较高。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S4中,超声提取的时间为30-40min,如此,其余原料的提取效率较高。
以下结合实施例对本申请的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例
根据表1中的成分准备原料。

实施例1-2中祛疤中药组合物的制备方法为:
将茯苓粉碎得到茯苓粉,在茯苓粉中加入50℃热水中浸泡40min,再加入复合酶继续浸提90min,随后将水温升高至80℃继续浸提90min,进行乙醇醇沉;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤,得到茯苓粗品;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤后,再经去蛋白质大孔树脂吸附纯化、洗脱液浓缩、透析、冷冻干燥,制得茯苓提取物。
将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取4h,温度80℃,桃仁与水的比例为1:10,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3h,蒲公英与水的比例为1:30,在70℃下热水提取2次,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1h后,超声提取30min,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;
将茯苓提取物、桃仁提取物、蒲公英提取物以及混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤膏剂。
实施例3-4中祛疤中药组合物的制备方法为:
将茯苓粉碎得到茯苓粉,在茯苓粉中加入45℃热水中浸泡30min,再加入复合酶继续浸提80min,随后将水温升高至70℃继续浸提80min,进行乙醇醇沉;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤,得到茯苓粗品;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤后,再经去蛋白质大孔树脂吸附纯化、洗脱液浓缩、透析、冷冻干燥,制得茯苓提取物。
将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取3h,温度80℃,桃仁与水的比例为1:40,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3h,蒲公英与水的比例为1:40,在80℃下热水提取2次,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1h后,超声提取40min,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;
将茯苓提取物、桃仁提取物、蒲公英提取物以及混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤膏剂。
其中,实施例3还包括0.3%的醋酸氯己定,实施例4还包括0.27%的醋酸氯己定。
实施例5中祛疤中药组合物的制备方法为:
将茯苓粉碎得到茯苓粉,在茯苓粉中加入50℃热水中浸泡35min,再加入复合酶继续浸提85min,随后将水温升高至75℃继续浸提85min,进行乙醇醇沉;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤,得到茯苓粗品;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤后,再经去蛋白质大孔树脂吸附纯化、洗脱液浓缩、透析、冷冻干燥,制得茯苓提取物。
将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取3.5h,温度75℃,桃仁与水的比例为1:30,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3.5h,蒲公英与水的比例为1:20,在75℃下热水提取1次,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1h后,超声提取35min,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;
将茯苓提取物、桃仁提取物、蒲公英提取物以及混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤液。
试验例
1.材料和方法
1.1试验动物:选取7-8周的健康雄性小鼠40只,饲养在无菌、恒温的清洁级环境中,可自由饮食以及进行日常活动。小鼠的喂养严格遵循《实验动物管理条例》中的相关规定。观察小鼠一周,无死亡和精神异常状况后可进行后续试验。
1.2试验方法:采用动物增生性疤痕,建立小鼠背部创伤模型。采用5%的水合氯醛(0.7mL/10g)将小鼠麻醉,用5%苦味酸乙醇溶液标记毛发不同部位以进行组内和组件小鼠区分。剃去小鼠背部手术区域的毛发,采用75%的酒精进行消毒处理,制备1.0cm×1.0cm大小的全层皮肤缺损,采用3M辅料覆盖创面1d后暴露创面,小鼠背部创伤模型建立完成。将40只已构建疤痕模型的小鼠随机分为5组,每组8只小鼠,每组小鼠背部涂抹100μl相应药物,对比例涂抹100μl生理盐水。每组的用法用量均为:每天早晚涂抹两次,连续涂抹30天。
1.3观察指标:①伤口愈合情况:分别于治疗前、治疗后3d、5d及7d观察并统计两组小鼠的创面愈合情况。具体方法为:将透明坐标纸置于伤口上方,描绘伤口结痂边缘,计算伤口愈合率。②瘢痕情况:治疗后30d,观察并记录两组小鼠的瘢痕横截面积、瘢痕抬高指数情况,并采用温哥华瘢痕测量表对大鼠背部瘢痕情况进行评分,共计0-15分,得分越高,则说明瘢痕增生越严重。
2.结果
不同实验组对小鼠背部创面愈合情况的结果如表2。结果显示,实施例1-实施例4中的祛疤组合物处理下,小鼠在3d、7d、14d的伤口愈合率均远高于对比例,表明实施例1-实施例4中的祛疤组合物祛疤效果较好。

不同实验组对小鼠背部瘢痕的对比结果如表3。如表3所示,实施例1-4处理后的小鼠瘢痕横截面积、瘢痕抬高指数和瘢痕增生评分明显低于对比例,表明实施例1-实施例4的祛疤组合物能促进小鼠背部疤痕愈合。
效果例
患者一:患者膝盖处摔伤留疤,如图1所示,图1上侧照片为治疗前,瘢痕色泽较深,肤色呈紫色,厚度2-4mm,瘢痕较硬。每天涂抹实施例1提供的祛疤组合物两次,涂抹30天后复诊,如图1下侧照片为治疗后,瘢痕色泽变浅,肤色偏粉红,瘢痕厚度在0-1mm,明显得到好转。
患者二:如图2所示,图片左侧为治疗前,左侧为治疗后。患者左侧脖颈处留疤,瘢痕呈现混合色泽,瘢痕厚度0-1m。每天涂抹实施例1提供的祛疤组合物两次,涂抹60天后复诊,患者的瘢痕处肤色正常,与身体其他部分相近,瘢痕几乎恢复。
患者三:如图3所示,图片左侧为治疗前,左侧为治疗后。患者脸部留疤,瘢痕色泽较深,厚度0-1mm,每天涂抹实施例1提供的祛疤组合物两次,涂抹30天后复诊,瘢痕处肤色正常,与脸部其他皮肤肤色相近,瘢痕恢复情况好。
患者四:如图4所示,图片左侧为治疗前,左侧为治疗后。患者摔伤,左侧脸部右边大面积新疤,瘢痕色泽较深,厚度0-1mm,每天涂抹实施例1提供的祛疤组合物两次,涂抹30天后复诊,瘢痕处肤色正常,与脸部其他皮肤肤色相近,瘢痕已完全恢复。
患者五:患者腹部有大面积妊娠纹,瘢痕颜色较深。每天涂抹实施例1提供的祛疤组合物两次,涂抹60天后复诊,瘢痕颜色较浅,瘢痕处肤色已解决正常肤色,妊娠纹恢复情况好。
需要说明的是,由于患者疤痕的严重情况以及患者自身的修复情况不同,患者疤痕恢复的时间和恢复情况也不相同。大量临床病例表明,本申请提供的一种祛疤中药组合物祛疤效果好,起效快,无副作用,可应用于绝大部分瘢痕的治疗,例如烧伤、烫伤、摔伤、手术疤、痘痘、痘印、妊娠纹、肥胖纹、激光后色沉、微整疤、增生疤、凹陷疤、挛缩疤、疤痕疙瘩、瘢痕体、血管瘤等。
综上,本申请实施例提供一种祛疤中药组合物,
本申请提供一种祛疤中药组合物,通过茯苓、蒲公英、蛤粉、白附子、人参、桃仁、硫磺、蜗牛、冰片份、白藤、五倍子份和蜈蚣等和合理配伍,可抑菌抗炎、活血化瘀、防腐生肌,能有效减少色素沉着,高效修复瘢痕。茯苓、硫磺抗炎抗菌,蒲公英、蜗牛、冰片清热解毒、抑菌抗病毒,蛤粉、桃仁、白藤、冰片、蜈蚣和五倍子活血化瘀、消肿止痛,白附子、可消除黑色素、美白,人参可以促使伤口愈合。本申请的祛疤中药组合物还可以包括黑芝麻、栝蒌实和蜂蜜,黑芝麻含有丰富的维生素E,可以美容养肤,蜂蜜解毒,栝蒌实消肿排脓。该药物成本低,无副作用,安全性高,涂抹后可以正常洗脸、洗手等,不会造成患者伤口处的二次感染。
本申请还申请一种祛疤中药组合物的制备方法其提取效率高,提取物纯度较高。

1.一种祛疤中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其包括:茯苓15-20份、蒲公英10-15份、蛤粉5-10份、白附子0.5-1份、人参15-20份、桃仁5-10份、硫磺0.5-1份、蜗牛0.5-1份、冰片0.5-1份、白藤5-10份、五倍子12-18份和蜈蚣0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛疤中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,还包括:黑芝麻10-15份、栝蒌实12-18份和蜂蜜5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛疤中药组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:茯苓15份、蒲公英10份、蛤粉6份、白附子0.6份、人参16份、桃仁6份、硫磺0.6份、蜗牛0.6份、冰片0.6份、白藤6份、五倍子16份、蜈蚣0.6份、黑芝麻10份、栝蒌实16份和蜂蜜6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的祛疤中药组合物,其特征在于,还包括:醋酸氯己定0.27-0.33%。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括:
步骤S1,将茯苓粉碎后采用酶解法和热水进浸提法提取,得到茯苓提取物;
步骤S2,将桃仁粉碎后进行水浴提取3-4h,温度70-80℃,离心得上清液,将上清液浓缩、乙醇醇沉、干燥,制得桃仁提取物;
步骤S3,将蒲公英粉碎后,热水提取3-4h,得到提取液,将提取液浓缩后采用Sevage法去除蛋白,随后经大孔吸附树脂进行脱色、95%乙醇进行沉淀、低温干燥,得蒲公英提取物;
步骤S4,将其余原料分别粉碎、过筛,加入8倍量的20%乙醇,浸泡1-1.5h后进行超声提取,固液分离得到滤液,将各种原料的滤液混合,得到混合滤液;
步骤S5,将步骤S1制得的茯苓提取物、步骤S2制得的桃仁提取物、步骤S3制得的蒲公英提取物以及步骤S4制得的混合滤液混合后,加入蜂蜜,制成祛疤膏剂或祛疤液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,所述酶解法和热水浸提法的步骤为:将茯苓粉碎得到茯苓粉,在茯苓粉中加入45-50℃热水中浸泡30-40min,再加入复合酶继续浸提80-90min,随后将水温升高至70-80℃继续浸提80-90min,进行乙醇醇沉;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤,得到茯苓粗品;采用无水乙醇、丙酮、乙醚依次洗涤后,再经去蛋白质大孔树脂吸附纯化、洗脱液浓缩、透析、冷冻干燥,制得茯苓提取物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述桃仁与水的比例为1:10-1:40。
8.根据权利要求5所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,所述热水提取的温度为70-80℃。
9.根据权利要求5所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,所述蒲公英与水的比例为1:30-1:40。
10.根据权利要求5所述的祛疤中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,所述超声提取的时间为30-40min。
