本发明涉及一种面膜,尤其涉及一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体的重要组成部分,覆盖于人体表面。皮肤是外界环境和机体之间的一道天然屏障,保护机体中的器官免受温度和湿度变化的影响。皮肤的最外层为角质层,由于角质层本身的吸水、屏障功能,以及角质层中所含有的天然保湿因子即氨基酸类、乳酸盐及糖类等的作用,使角质层保持一定的含水量,维持皮肤的湿润。但是随着年龄的增长,空气污染、自由基侵害、血液循环不畅导致皮肤代谢活力减退,会造成皮肤水合能力降低,进而使角质层含水量降低,皮肤出现干燥、暗黄、失去光泽。
在对皮肤问题的快速修复中,面膜作为功能性护肤品较为常用,在护肤品领域占有很大的市场,面膜的原理就是利用面膜贴覆盖在脸部一段时间,暂时隔离外界的空气和污染,提高肌肤温度,使得皮肤毛孔扩张,促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢,使肌肤的含氧量上升,有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质,面膜中的水分渗入到表皮的角质层,起到补水的效果。
但是,现有面膜产品,往往是短时间内提高皮肤含水量,效果不持久,不能从根本上提高皮肤代谢能力,过度频繁的使用面膜补水还会造成角质层变薄,进而加剧降低皮肤的水合能力。因此,有必要提供一种面膜产品,通过提高皮肤的代谢能力,解决皮肤暗黄、干燥的问题。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,解决了皮肤因代谢能力差造成的暗黄、干燥等问题,有效提高皮肤的代谢能力。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种祛黄保湿护肤面膜的制备方法。

一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,包括面膜液和面膜液载体,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物8-12份、芒果核提取物5-10份、加纳籽提取物1-5份、透明质酸钠5-10份、甘草酸二钾0.5-1份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.3-0.5份、生育酚0.1-0.5份、皮肤调理剂0.1-0.3份、去离子水55-65份。
进一步地,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物10份、芒果核提取物8份、加纳籽提取物3份、透明质酸钠7份、甘草酸二钾0.8份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.4份、生育酚0.3份、皮肤调理剂0.2份、去离子水60份。
进一步地,所述皮肤调理剂由红没药醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇以1:0.5-1的重量份比组成。

所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在搅拌状态下向去离子水中加入加纳籽提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾,加热至55-65℃,搅拌至均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物降温至40-45℃,加入小花柳叶菜提取物份、芒果核提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚、皮肤调理剂,继续搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物降至室温,检验合格后即得面膜液;
(4)将步骤(3)的面膜液灌装至面膜液载体,包装,即得面膜成品。
进一步地,步骤(1)中在500-800r/min条件下搅拌20-30min。
进一步地,步骤(2)中在1200-1500r/min条件下搅拌40-60min。

(1)在搅拌状态下向去离子水中加入加纳籽提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾,加热至55℃,在500r/min条件下搅拌30min;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物降温至40℃,加入小花柳叶菜提取物份、芒果核提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚、皮肤调理剂,在1200r/min条件下搅拌40min至混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物降至室温,检验合格后即得面膜液;
(4)将步骤(3)的面膜液灌装至面膜液载体,包装,即得面膜成品。
实施例2
一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,包括面膜液和面膜液载体,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物8份、芒果核提取物5份、加纳籽提取物1份、透明质酸钠5份、甘草酸二钾0.5份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.3份、生育酚0.1份、皮肤调理剂0.1份、去离子水55份;皮肤调理剂由红没药醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇以1:0.5-1的重量份比组成;面膜液载体为桑蚕丝面膜布。
一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在搅拌状态下向去离子水中加入加纳籽提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾,加热至60℃,在600r/min条件下搅拌25min;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物降温至43℃,加入小花柳叶菜提取物份、芒果核提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚、皮肤调理剂,在1400r/min条件下搅拌50min至混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物降至室温,检验合格后即得面膜液;
(4)将步骤(3)的面膜液灌装至面膜液载体,包装,即得面膜成品。
实施例3
一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,包括面膜液和面膜液载体,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物12份、芒果核提取物10份、加纳籽提取物5份、透明质酸钠10份、甘草酸二钾1份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.5份、生育酚0.5份、皮肤调理剂0.3份、去离子水65份;皮肤调理剂由红没药醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇以1:0.8的重量份比组成;面膜液载体为桑蚕丝面膜布。
一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在搅拌状态下向去离子水中加入加纳籽提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾,加热至65℃,在800r/min条件下搅拌20min;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物降温至45℃,加入小花柳叶菜提取物份、芒果核提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚、皮肤调理剂,在1500r/min条件下搅拌40min至混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物降至室温,检验合格后即得面膜液;
(4)将步骤(3)的面膜液灌装至面膜液载体,包装,即得面膜成品。
对比例1
对比例1提供一种祛黄保湿护肤面膜,和实施例1的区别为:省去小花柳叶菜提取物,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例2
对比例2提供一种祛黄保湿护肤面膜,和实施例1的区别为:省去芒果核提取物,将加纳籽提取物的用量调整为11份,其余均和实施例1相同。
对比例3
对比例3提供一种祛黄保湿护肤面膜,和实施例1的区别为:省去加纳籽提取物,将芒果核提取物的用量调整为11份,其余均和实施例1相同。
取对数生长期的人角质形成细胞接种在96孔板中,培养基为DMEM培养基,培养基中细胞浓度为2×104个/mL,在37℃,5%CO2的培养箱中培养24h,然后更换为分别添加以下浓度小花柳叶菜提取物的培养基:2.5μg/mL(试验组1)、5.5μg/mL(试验组2)、10μg/mL(试验组3)以及阴性对照组(不添加小花柳叶菜提取物),培养48h后,采用MTT法检测细胞在570nm下的吸光度值,计算细胞的增殖率,细胞增殖率=(添加小花柳叶菜提取物的试验组吸光度值-阴性对照组吸光度值)/阴性对照组吸光度值×100%,结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出添加不同浓度的小花柳叶菜提取物均能促进人角质形成细胞的增殖,其中浓度在2.5-5.5μg/mL范围内效果较好。由此说明小花柳叶菜提取物能提高角质形成细胞的活性,促进细胞增殖,为角质层的细胞更新提供保障,提高皮肤的代谢能力和水合能力。
选取被皮肤干燥、暗黄、无光泽等问题困扰的女性志愿者40人,年龄在25-35岁之间,随机分为4组,每组10人,在受试前不使用任何护肤产品,在洁面后2h进入温度22±1℃,湿度50±5%的恒温房间内静坐30min,再分别试用实施例1,对比例1至3的面膜,贴敷15分钟后去除,分别在面膜使用前(0h)、面膜使用后的2h、5h、10h采用德国CK公司的多功能皮肤测试仪检测皮肤含水量。每两天使用一次面膜,在第28天不使用面膜的情况下检测皮肤的含水量(距离上次使用面膜24h),结果如表2所示。分别在产品使用前和使用后第28天测试皮肤亮白度,结果如表3所示。

由表2可以看出实施例1的产品在短时保湿效果、长效保湿效果以及提高皮肤亮白度上均优于对比例1至3,在面膜使用12h后皮肤中的含水量依然很高,使用28天后显著提高皮肤的含水量和亮白度,改善皮肤暗黄和干燥。对比例1至3中分别省去了小花柳叶菜提取物、芒果核提取物、加纳籽提取物中的一种后,保湿效果以及祛黄提亮效果不及实施例1。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,其特征在于,包括面膜液和面膜液载体,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物8-12份、芒果核提取物5-10份、加纳籽提取物1-5份、透明质酸钠5-10份、甘草酸二钾0.5-1份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.3-0.5份、生育酚0.1-0.5份、皮肤调理剂0.1-0.3份、去离子水55-65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜液由以下重量份的原料组成:小花柳叶菜提取物10份、芒果核提取物8份、加纳籽提取物3份、透明质酸钠7份、甘草酸二钾0.8份、视黄醇棕榈酸酯0.4份、生育酚0.3份、皮肤调理剂0.2份、去离子水60份。
3.根据权利要求1所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂由红没药醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇以1:0.5-1的重量份比组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜,其特征在于,所述面膜液载体为桑蚕丝面膜布。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在搅拌状态下向去离子水中加入加纳籽提取物、透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾,加热至55-65℃,搅拌至均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物降温至40-45℃,加入小花柳叶菜提取物份、芒果核提取物、视黄醇棕榈酸酯、生育酚、皮肤调理剂,继续搅拌至混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物降至室温,检验合格后即得面膜液。
6.(4)将步骤(3)的面膜液灌装至面膜液载体,包装,即得面膜成品。
7.根据权利要求5所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中在500-800r/min条件下搅拌20-30min。
8.根据权利要求5所述祛黄保湿的护肤面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中在1200-1500r/min条件下搅拌40-60min。
