Description

Moisturizing gel containing aloe and rose hydrosol
Technical Field
The invention relates to cosmetics, in particular to application of a moisturizing gel containing natural aloe and rose hydrosol in xerosis cutis and skin moisturizing.
Background
The skin has isolation and protection effects, and the skin is dark and dull, yellow, poor in skin elasticity and other skin aging bad symptoms formed by insufficient sleep due to work fatigue; skin aging phenomena such as skin relaxation, sagging, wrinkles, dryness, etc. due to age, solar radiation factors; because abnormal melanin in the body is secreted vigorously and is deposited on the surface of the skin in a large amount, the skin cannot metabolize abnormal melanin in time, and various color spots such as color spots, chloasma, freckle, early senile plaque and the like are formed; the skin is damaged due to improper maintenance of the skin during long-term outdoor activities, and adverse symptoms such as dry skin, desquamation, red swelling, large pores and the like occur prematurely. Due to endocrine dysfunction, the skin has poor skin quality, skin is oily and dark, and is easy to develop color marks, pigmentation and the like left by acne; due to irregular life, smoking and other factors, the problems of dark circles, eye bags and the like are caused; long-term work beside a computer, and the problem of alopecia and endocrine disturbance caused by computer radiation. Rough skin, xerosis is a group of symptoms of clinically common skin disorders, with dry stratum corneum, peeling, disordered skin texture, dry skin, and skin conditions covered with fine white debris, and other external features. Heavy persons cause chapping, bleeding and secondary infections. Also, chronic dry and rough skin is considered to be one of the main causes of skin aging promotion.
Aloe is an ancient plant, has great use value and economic value, and has long application history in Chinese medicine. Modern Chinese medicine research shows that aloe has very high cell penetrating capacity and hypoallergenic medicine effect, so that aloe gel is one natural penetrating agent for human skin, surface cell promoter and cell growth stimulator.
The rose hydrosol is also called as rose water essential oil, and is a 100% saturated distilled stock solution separated from rose when extracting essential oil, and the rose hydrosol is dissolved in water and has the functions of supplementing water, preserving moisture and the like.
Retinol also has regulating effect on the growth process of epidermal cells, can thicken skin, and has effect in relieving natural aging wrinkles; in addition, it can inhibit the enzyme of the complex amino acid, reduce melanin formation, and improve skin color. However, retinol is highly acidic and is too irritating to the skin. In addition, the class A has the disadvantages of poor stability and light sensitivity. Ultraviolet light, air, heat, water, and peroxidation all cause them to lose biological activity.

Example 4: related experiments for cyclodextrin inclusion of retinol:
quantitative retinol detection method
Taking 50mg of retinol standard substance, dissolving in absolute ethanol, and then fixing the volume to 10mL, using the standard solution to prepare 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1, 0.05, 0.03 and 0.01g/L retinol solution, measuring at 326nmThe light absorption (the absorption peak of retinol included by cyclodextrin is basically free from transformation and is near 325-326nm after the preliminary measurement) is fixed, and the regression equation is calculated as A= -0.0445+17.24p (p is the mass concentration, R) 2 =0.997)。
Basic inclusion method of retinol
Adding 20 times of purified water into the required retinol and optional thickener, heating to 70 ℃ and stirring for 1 hour for dissolution; adding 60 times of cyclodextrin into water, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 20 minutes to dissolve; mixing the retinol (and optional thickener) solution with the cyclodextrin solution, stirring at 50 degrees celsius for 2 hours; filtering to obtain clathrate retinol solution.
Evaluation of stability of retinol solution
100mL of retinol or retinol clathrate solution (converted to retinol concentration 0.4 g/L) was placed in a transparent beaker; adding three layers of preservative films for sealing (the sealing films are opened for 1 hour every day when the simulated open preservation is carried out); placing under the fluorescent lamp illumination condition of room temperature and 500lux illuminance; the retinol content was measured at the desired time.
Different inclusion formulations
For ease of illustration and comparison, all formulations referred to in this application are listed in a single table, on the one hand, these formulations are merely representative formulations (some of the effective proportions or amounts have been selected) and a large number of groped conditions and formulations of ratios have not been illustrated; on the other hand, testing of these formulations is not done at once.

9 1 part of retinol, 2 parts of gamma-cyclodextrin, 3 parts of beta-cyclodextrin and 0.3 part of xanthan gum
10 1 part of retinol, 2 parts of gamma-cyclodextrin, 3 parts of beta-cyclodextrin and 0.5 part of acacia
2. Testing of inclusion Properties of different Cyclodextrins
The inventors have tried to clathrate retinol with three different common cyclodextrins, and preliminary experiments have shown that α -cyclodextrin cannot exert a significant clathrating effect regardless of the proportions and conditions, which may be related to its spatial structure and size.
The separate use of gamma-cyclodextrin and beta-cyclodextrin with better space can improve the stability of retinol to a certain extent, and the combination effect of the two is better, especially the long-time sealed preservation effect, because the cyclodextrin inclusion is single-molecule inclusion, the cyclodextrin inclusion compound is presumed to be possibly related to a certain amount of gamma-cyclodextrin inclusion compound which can provide better solubility for proper amount of retinol so as to resist the influence of illumination in certain ways (the sealed preservation effect of the formulas 1-4 is shown in figure 1).
However, the results of formulas 1-4 under simulated open storage conditions were all not ideal (the open storage effect of formulas 1-4 is shown in FIG. 2), and although the storage performance of the inclusion compound is still significantly better than that of the non-inclusion product, the retinol content of all three formulas including the combination of gamma-cyclodextrin and beta-cyclodextrin was reduced to a level of less than 30% at 30 days. Considering that the conditions of sealing and light shielding after the product is actually unsealed and used are often not added, and the consumer sense of the essence product using the light shielding packaging bottle is obviously inferior to that of a light-colored or light-transmitting bottle. Formulation 4 still leaves room for further improvement.
3. Inclusion performance test of different thickeners
I have attempted to add thickeners to further improve the antioxidant and light stability of the retinol inclusion compound. The partial results are shown in FIG. 3.
Experimental results show that the effect of preserving retinol can be effectively improved by adding a small amount of thickener which does not form gel or viscous state into the inclusion compound, especially the effect of flaxseed gum is most prominent, and more than half of retinol is still preserved until 40 days after simulated open preservation. Under the condition of matching with proper package (certain light-shielding property under the condition of good appearance) and shorter opening time (the opening time per day in actual use is generally shorter than 1 hour under the simulated condition), the effect of the product after being unsealed for about 1 month can be completely ensured not to be obviously reduced.
