Abstract
本发明公开一种药和食品的空囊,它可实现连续的机械化生产。在往囊中装药之前,将商标、药品的内容以及诸如此类的内容印刷在囊的外壁上。在通常形状囊帽的凸出部分形成许多相隔一定距离的更深地向内凸出的功能性突起。功能性突起的结构简单,因此,模具的设计简单且能精确地制造出来。此外,可防止在预连接期间发生半锁紧和最后的锁紧,还防止了在最终连接之后无意中打开囊,解决了装药时打不开囊的问题,和最终连接后无意中打开囊的问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种药或食品的空囊,这种空囊可实现连续的机械化生产,在往囊中装药之前,将商标、药品的成份以及诸如此类的内容印刷在囊的外壁上。
通常,用来装口服的药的药囊有特殊的外形,以满足药囊生产工艺过程和装填药的工艺过程的各种各样的需要。
举例来说,在授权给本申请人的韩国实用新型No.640,111和美国专利No.4,972,451中,囊帽均有防止变形的突起,因此,当在处于预连接状态的囊上印刷商标时,可防止其变形,所以印刷在囊帽上的字母和囊身上的字母不会错开。这样,可以清楚地知道囊中所装的是什么物品。
所以,尽管囊的基本结构很简单,但在囊上增加的上述附加结构却使得它的结构变得很复杂,而且这种趋势还在继续。
一般地说,装药或食品的囊的帽部和囊身都预先连接,预先连接的方式多种多样,但主要特点是形成一凸部和一凹部。然而,有时由于机械状态,印刷工艺,分类工艺和空气传输过程的影响,不能形成正确的预连接。结果,制成的异常的囊是半锁紧或者完全锁紧的。因此,当装药时,囊帽和囊身互相分不开,从而形成不合格的囊。
本发明试图克服传统技术中的上述缺点。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种有环形凹槽、环形凸出部分,预先连接用的突起,防止变形的凹陷和排出空气的凹陷的药或食品的硬质空囊。
为达到上述目的,本发明中的药或食品的囊包括:带有环形凸出部分的囊帽;在帽的环形凸出部分中形成的许多三角形功能性突起;带有环形凹槽的囊身、在囊帽上形成的防止变形的凹陷,以及在囊身上形成的排出空气的凹陷;从而,帽上的功能性突起和囊身上的环形凹槽相结合,形成可靠而有效的预连接状态。并且,这样也防止了由于在印刷过程、分类过程和空气传输过程中受到外力而可能导致的半锁紧和最终的锁紧。
因此,防止了在装药过程中打不开囊,而且囊帽和囊身可容易地分开以便高效率地装填药品。装完药后,使囊身的环形凹槽和囊帽的环形凸出部分紧密接合,不仅如此,功能性突起也和瓶身的环形凹槽紧密结合,结果,可防止装药的机器和包装机器因为囊被打开洒出药来而弄脏。这样,即可提供一种高质量的空药囊。
通过结合附图详细阐述本发明的优选实施例,能更清楚地了解本发明的上述目的和其它优点。附图中:

本发明的药或食品的硬质空囊和通常的一样包括一囊帽2和一囊身1。囊身1在其上部有一环形凹槽3和一排出空气的凹陷6。囊帽2在其中部有一环形凸出部分3′,以便和囊身1的环形凹槽3联结。囊帽2在其下部还有一预连接用的突起4和防止变形的突起5。以上各部分和传统的囊一样。
除此之外,囊帽2在环形凸起部分3′上还有许多功能性突起7,该功能性突起7的形状为三角形。此外,功能性突起7比环形凸出部分3′更深地向内凸出。这样,功能性突起7和囊身1的环形凹槽3相接合,便形成了预联结或最后的连接。
在由上述结构组成的本发明的装置中,许多囊可采用拉深的方法以高速、连续、机械化工艺过程制造出来。制成后,囊身1和囊帽2和通常一样预连接在一起。
如图3、4和5所示,当囊身1和囊帽2预连接在一起时,囊帽2的环形凸出部分3′的下部和囊身1的敞口部分的上部相结合,从而形成预连接状态。而且,在环形凸出部分3′上形成的功能性突起7的下部支承着囊身1的敞口部分的上部,结果形成了可靠的预连接。
因此,一旦囊身1和囊帽2重新接合时,诸如印刷、分类、空气传输过程中的外力就不会使预连接状态转变成半锁紧或最终锁紧状态。这样,就不会在无意中分开囊身和囊帽,而能用高速装填机器以有效的方式把它们分开以便装填药品。因此,几乎没有由于未打开囊而造成的废品。
同时,如图6、7和8所示,当囊身1和囊帽2在装完药后处于最终连接状态时,囊身1更深地插入囊帽2,结果,囊帽2的环形凸出部分3′和囊身2上的环形凹槽结合,从而形成锁紧状态。此外在环形凸出部分3′上形成的功能性突起7更深地向内凸出,形成一三角形横断面。因此,在环形凸出部分3′和环形凹槽3联结在一起时,功能性突起7更明显更有力地挤压囊身1上的环形凹槽3的内部。因此,囊的锁紧状态大大地加固了,使得囊帽和囊身之间的联结能可靠地保持住。因此,一旦装好药,形成最终锁紧,囊身和囊帽不会被无意中分开,结果,药就不会因为洒出而弄脏。这样,即可提供高质量的干净的药或食品囊。
根据上面描述的本发明,在通常形状的凸出部分形成许多相隔一定距离的功能性突起,以便功能性突起更深地向内凸出。功能性突起的结构简单,因此,模具的设计简单而且能精确地制造出来。因而,就能制造出精确的囊。不仅如此,还可防止在预连接期间发生半锁紧和最后的锁紧,同时,也防止了在最终连接后无意中打开囊。这样,既解决了在装药时打不开瓶的问题,也解决了最终连接后无意中打开瓶的问题。因此,即可获得一种高质量的药或食品的硬质囊。
Claims (4)
1.一种药或食品的硬质空囊,它包括:
带有一环形凹槽(3)和一排出空气的凹陷(6)的囊身(1);
带有一环形凸出部分(3′),一预连接用突起(4)和防止变形的突起(5)的囊帽(2);
其特征在于,上述囊帽(2)还具有:
在上述环形凸出部分上形成的许多相隔一定距离,从而使得上述囊帽和囊身更可靠地连接的突起(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的药或食品的硬质空囊,其特征在于,所述的功能性突起(7)有一三角形横断面。
3.如权利要求1所述的药或食品的硬质空囊,其特征在于,所述功能性突起(7)比所述囊帽(2)的环形凸出部分(3′)向内凸得更深。
4.如权利要求1所述的药或食品的硬质空囊,其特征在于,在预连接期间,所述功能性突起(7)和所述囊身(1)的开口部分相结合,在最终连接时,它和所述囊身的环形凹槽(3)相结合。
