Description

羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊 技术领域
本发明属于空心胶囊技术领域,特别是涉及一种羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊。
背景技术
用胶囊装的药物,一般都是对食道和胃粘膜有刺激性的粉末或颗粒,或口感不好、易于挥发、在口腔中易被唾液分解,以及易吸入气管的药。这些药装入胶囊,既保护了药物药性不被破坏,也保护了消化器官和呼吸道。羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊是一种胶囊剂,其在医药方面多用于风湿性关节炎的配药中,属于药用辅料。
技术问题
空心胶囊包括两个外壳和内部的药物,而两个外壳大多是直接通过摩擦力卡在一起,而这样设置,时间久了外壳容易松动,从而可能导致药物溢出,影响药物的存放时间和药效。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊,通过在通孔和限位槽的内部设置的空心限位柱,使空心限位柱可以将第一外壳与第二外壳固定更加牢固,降低了空心胶囊因闭合不稳导致的药物散出的情况发生,通过在第一外壳的进药口处设置的倒角,可以起到一定的防止药物因晃动散出的情况,从而提高了胶囊的严密性,解决了现有的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊,包括第一外壳,第一外壳的上侧套接有第二外壳,第一外壳的上侧设置有倒角,第一外壳的表面安装有固定环,固定环的内部开设有第一卡槽,第二外壳的下端与第一卡槽卡接;
固定环的内部开设有通孔,通孔的上下两侧均开设有第二卡槽,第二外壳伸入第一卡槽的外表面开设有限位槽,限位槽和通孔的内部设置有空心限位柱,空心限位柱的两侧安装有三角卡块,三角卡块与第二卡槽卡接。
可选的,第一卡槽的底部安装有环状锥形块,环状锥形块卡接在第一外壳与第二外壳之间。
可选的,第二外壳内壁的顶部安装有垫板,第一外壳的进药口配合在垫板上。
可选的,第一外壳的表面安装有多个环形斜面卡块,第二外壳的内壁开设有多个环形槽,环形斜面卡块卡接在环形槽内。
可选的,固定环的边角处均设置有圆角。
可选的,多个环形槽均布在第二外壳的内壁上。
有益效果
本发明的一个实施例通过在通孔和限位槽的内部设置的空心限位柱,使空心限位柱可以将第一外壳与第二外壳固定更加牢固,降低了空心胶囊因闭合不稳导致的药物散出的情况发生,通过在第一外壳的进药口处设置的倒角,可以起到一定的防止药物因晃动散出的情况,从而提高了胶囊的严密性。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1-4所示,在本实施例中提供了一种羟丙甲纤维素空心胶囊,包括第一外壳2,第一外壳2的上侧套接有第二外壳1,第一外壳2的上侧设置有倒角3,第一外壳2的表面安装有固定环4,固定环4的内部开设有第一卡槽5,第二外壳1的下端与第一卡槽5卡接;
固定环4的内部开设有通孔6,通孔6的上下两侧均开设有第二卡槽10,第二外壳1伸入第一卡槽的外表面开设有限位槽7,限位槽7和通孔6的内部设置有空心限位柱8,空心限位柱8的两侧安装有三角卡块9,三角卡块9与第二卡槽10卡接。
本实施例一个方面的应用为:把药物装入第一外壳2后,将第二外壳1套接在第一外壳2上侧,使第二外壳1的下端卡接在第一卡槽5内,然后将空心限位柱8插入通孔6内,使空心限位柱8的一端卡接在限位槽7内,从而带动三角卡块9卡入第二卡槽10内,从而完成了对第一外壳2和第二外壳1的安装。
通过在通孔6和限位槽7的内部设置的空心限位柱8,使空心限位柱8可以将第一外壳2与第二外壳1固定更加牢固,降低了空心胶囊因闭合不稳导致的药物散出的情况发生,通过在第一外壳2的进药口处设置的倒角3,可以起到一定的防止药物因晃动散出的情况,从而提高了胶囊的严密性。
在本实施例的一个方面中,第一卡槽5的底部安装有环状锥形块11,环状锥形块11卡接在第一外壳2与第二外壳1之间,设置的环状锥形块11,可以减少药物由第一外壳2和第二外壳1之间洒出的情况发生。
在本实施例的一个方面中,第二外壳1内壁的顶部安装有垫板14,第一外壳2的进药口配合在垫板14上,设置的垫板14与第二外壳设置的倒角相配合,可以增加第一外壳2与第二外壳1闭合的严密性,从而使第一外壳2内的药物更不容易散出。
在本实施例的一个方面中,第一外壳2的表面安装有多个环形斜面卡块13,第二外壳1的内壁开设有多个环形槽12,环形斜面卡块13卡接在环形槽12内。
在本实施例的一个方面中,固定环4的边角处均设置有圆角。
在本实施例的一个方面中,多个环形槽12均布在第二外壳1的内壁上。
