Abstract
本发明属于轴向导向装置领域,具体公开了一种双循环式滚珠导向键,包括左端回珠器、钢球、导向键体、右端回珠器;在导向键体上部两侧加工有两条滚动圆弧槽,相应地,导向键体下部两侧加工有两个通孔,导向键体左端安装左端回珠器,右端安装右端回珠器,左右两端回珠器通过紧固螺钉紧固在导向键体上,钢球通过导向键体上滚动圆弧槽、左端回珠器、右端回珠器及导向键体下部通孔进行往复循环滚动。由于导向和传递扭矩时都是靠钢球的滚动来实现,所以摩擦阻力很小,发热很少,不易磨损,使用寿命长,造用于快速移动导向的场合。

技术领域
本发明属于轴向导向装置领域,具体涉及到一种双循环式滚珠结构的导向键。
背景技术
在目前常用的轴向导向装置,都采用平键在键槽内滑动来进行轴向导向,靠平键和键槽侧面的挤压来传递扭矩,摩擦阻力大,效率低,磨损快。而在一些要求速度很快的导向结构中,如一些高速电动推杆,快速电动缸,快移速度要求不小于1米/秒,这种结构中如果采用传统滑动平键来进行导向,发热很严重,磨损极快,寿命短,而且滑动摩擦噪声很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双循环式滚珠导向键,有效解决了现有滑动平键不适用于高速导向的问题。
本发明的技术方案是,一种双循环式滚珠导向键,包括钢球、导向键体;其特征是在导向键体上部两侧加工有两条滚动圆弧槽,相应地,导向键体下部两侧加工有两个通孔,导向键体左端安装左端回珠器,右端安装右端回珠器,左右两端回珠器通过紧固螺钉紧固在导向键体上,钢球通过导向键体上滚动圆弧槽、左端回珠器、右端回珠器及导向键体下部通孔进行往复循环滚动。
进一步地,导向键体上滚动圆弧槽中钢球装好后比导向键体高0.5mm,使上半部钢球露出来。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种双循环式滚珠导向键,由于导向和传递扭矩时都是靠钢球的滚动来实现,所以摩擦阻力很小,发热很少,不易磨损,使用寿命长,造用于快速移动导向的场合。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供的一种双循环式滚珠导向键,包括左端回珠器2,钢球3,导向键体4,右端回珠器6。在导向键体4上部两侧加工有两条滚动圆弧槽,相应地,导向键体4下部两侧加工有两个通孔,导向键体4左端安装左端回珠器2,右端安装右端回珠器6,左右两端回珠器通过紧固螺钉1紧固在导向键体4上,钢球3可以通过导向键体4上滚动圆弧槽、左端回珠器2、右端回珠器6及导向键体4下部通孔进行往复循环滚动,从而实现滚动导向和传递扭矩的功能。
使用时,双循环式滚珠导向键通过安装螺钉5固定在内滑套8相应的键槽内,外套管7加工相应的导向槽9,如图3所示,导向键体4上滚动圆弧槽中钢球装好后比导向键体高0.5mm,使上半部钢球露出来,导向键体滚动圆弧槽中的钢球3就在导向槽9内来回滚动时,导向键体4与导向槽9不接触。

1.一种双循环式滚珠导向键,包括钢球(3)、导向键体(4);其特征是在导向键体(4)上部两侧加工有两条滚动圆弧槽,导向键体(4)下部两侧加工有两个通孔,导向键体(4)左端安装左端回珠器(2),右端安装右端回珠器(6),左右两端回珠器通过紧固螺钉(1)紧固在导向键体(4)上,钢球(3)通过导向键体上滚动圆弧槽、左端回珠器(2)、右端回珠器(6)及导向键体下部通孔进行往复循环滚动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双循环式滚珠导向键,其特征是导向键体上滚动圆弧槽中钢球装好后比导向键体(4)高0.5mm,使上半部钢球(3)露出来。
