本实用新型公开了一种大型高速转盘轴承保持架,其为分体式结构,主要由左、右两个由钢板冲压而成的碗状保持架钢板构成,两个碗状保持架钢板通过铆钉(2)联接为一体,两个保持架钢板中间设置有一小钢球(1)。本实用新型适用于高转速、高运转性能场合,将钢球和保持架之间的滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,降低了钢球和保持架之间的摩擦力,提高轴承运转性能,减少卡滞现象,提高了轴承的转速和运转平稳性。

技术领域
  本实用新型属于四点接触球转盘轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种大型高速转盘轴承保持架。 
背景技术
目前,国内大型(外径φ400mm以上的)四点接触球转盘轴承分体保持架所用结构如附图1所示。由于大型四点接触球转盘轴承转速通常不高,运转精度要求也低,这种保持架可以满足一般应用,但在要求速度高、运转精度高的场合,这种保持架为滑动摩擦,钢球与保持架摩擦面6摩擦大且运转不平稳,容易造成轴承卡滞,轴承运转不稳定。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种大型高速转盘轴承保持架,用于解决轴承运转时容易出现的卡滞问题,可有效降低钢球和保持架之间的摩擦力,提高轴承的转速和运转平稳性。 
本实用新型的目可采用如下技术方案来实现:其为分体式结构,由左、右两个由钢板冲压而成的碗状保持架钢板构成,两个碗状保持架钢板通过铆钉联接为一体,两个保持架钢板中间设置有一小钢球。 
所述左、右保持架钢板中间连接部位一周对称设置有将小钢球卡在其内的圆弧形卡板,使钢球可以自由旋转但不从保持架内脱出。 
所述保持架钢板与承载钢球接触部位的形状为适应承载钢球的弧形,承载钢球与左、右两个保持架钢板之间的小钢球接触。 
从上结构可以看出,轴承工作时钢球主要与小钢球接触,将前进方向的推力产生的滑动摩擦力改为了滚动摩擦力,保持架钢板与承载钢球接触部位形状为适应承载钢球的弧状,且仅起扶正作用,不再承受主要推力,这种结构尤其适用于轴承的弧形滚道,由于小钢球可以自由旋转,和承载钢球的接触非常好,轴承不会出现卡滞现象。 
综上所述,本实用新型适用于高转速、高运转性能场合,将钢球和保持架之间的滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,降低了钢球和保持架之间的摩擦力,提高轴承运转性能,减少卡滞现象,提高了轴承的转速和运转平稳性。

如图2所示,所述保持架为分体式结构,由左保持架钢板3和右保持架钢板4构成,两个保持架由钢板冲压而成,形状为碗状,两个碗状保持架钢板通过铆钉2联接为一体,两个保持架钢板中间设置有一小钢球1。左、右保持架钢板中间连接部位一周对称设置有将小钢球1卡在其内的圆弧形卡板,此种结构使钢球可以自由旋转但不从保持架内脱出。左、右保持架钢板与承载钢球5接触部位的形状为适应承载钢球5的弧形,承载钢球5与左、右两个保持架钢板之间的小钢球1接触。小钢球1在两承载钢球5之间,轴承工作时承载钢球5推动小钢球1旋转,二者的摩擦为滚动摩擦,摩擦力小,承载钢球的推力通过限位在钢板保持架内的小钢球1传递。保持架钢板对承载钢球起扶正作用,不承受主要推力,且接触部位形状为适应承载钢球的弧状,承载钢球在轴承滚道内可以灵活运转,不会出现卡滞现象。

1.一种大型高速转盘轴承保持架,其为分体式结构,其特征是:主要由左、右两个由钢板冲压而成的碗状保持架钢板构成,两个碗状保持架钢板通过铆钉(2)联接为一体,两个保持架钢板中间设置有一小钢球(1)。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的大型高速转盘轴承保持架,其特征是:所述左、右保持架钢板中间连接部位一周对称设置有将小钢球(1)卡在其内的圆弧形卡板。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的大型高速转盘轴承保持架,其特征是:所述左、右保持架钢板与承载钢球接触部位的形状为适应承载钢球的弧形,承载钢球(5)与左、右两个保持架钢板之间的小钢球(1)接触。
