Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the highway warning post mounting device which has high efficiency, can automatically drill holes, can automatically place warning posts and can automatically push and push expansion screws.

the grabbing mechanism comprises a grabbing barrel, a plurality of clamping heads are hinged in the grabbing barrel, a first torsion spring which enables the top ends of the clamping heads to incline to the axis position of the grabbing barrel in an initial state is arranged at the hinged joint, the top end of the grabbing barrel is connected with a grabbing barrel driving air cylinder, and a mechanical arm capable of driving the grabbing barrel to rotate is arranged on one side of the grabbing barrel;
the drilling mechanism comprises two support rods, one end of each support rod is hinged with the vehicle body, the bottom of the other end of each support rod is provided with a support block, and the support rods are provided with support block driving cylinders; two electric drills are arranged on one supporting block, and one electric drill is arranged on the other supporting block; when the two support rods are closed, each electric drill corresponds to a fixing hole at the bottom end of the warning post one by one; a supporting rod driving cylinder is hinged between each supporting rod and the vehicle body;
the expansion screw pushing mechanism comprises a placing disc, and a plurality of placing cylinders are circumferentially arranged on the placing disc at equal intervals; an opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the placing cylinder, of the placing disc; the bottom end of the grabbing barrel is provided with an annular baffle plate, and a discharge hole corresponding to the fixing hole at the bottom end of the warning column is formed in the annular baffle plate; a placing disc driving mechanism is arranged on the grabbing barrel; and the grabbing barrel is provided with a plurality of pushing cylinders corresponding to the discharge holes.
Furthermore, a plurality of groups of clamping mechanisms are further arranged on the carrying disc, each group of clamping mechanisms comprises two symmetrically arranged clamping rods, and each clamping rod is hinged with the carrying cylinder; the inner side end of each clamping rod is hinged with a connecting rod, the other ends of the two connecting rods are hinged with a pinion, the pinion is rotatably arranged on one side of the carrying cylinder, an incomplete gear is fixedly connected to the vehicle body, and the incomplete gear is meshed with the pinions respectively; and a second torsion spring which enables the clamping rods to be opened in an initial state is arranged at the rotatable connecting position of the pinion.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, embodiments thereof are explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The mounting device for the road warning post shown in the attached drawings 1 to 8 comprises a vehicle body 1, wherein four idler wheels 11 are arranged at the bottom end of the vehicle body 1, and the number of the idler wheels 11 is four. The rear end of the vehicle body 1 is provided with a push handle 12. When in use, the pushing handle 12 is pushed manually to move. Of course, the vehicle body 1 can be fixed on the head of the tractor or the roller 11 can be connected with a roller driving motor to drive the vehicle body 1 to move.
The vehicle body 1 is provided with a conveying mechanism 2, a carrying mechanism 3, an alignment mechanism 4, a grabbing mechanism 5, a drilling mechanism 6 and an expansion screw pushing mechanism 7.
The conveying mechanism 2 comprises a chain, connecting pieces 21, a chain wheel and a chain wheel driving motor, the chain comprises an inner side chain and an outer side chain, and a plurality of connecting pieces 21 are connected between the inner side chain and the outer side chain; the chain, the chain wheel and the chain wheel driving motor are not shown in the attached drawings, the chain is horizontally arranged on the vehicle body 1, the chain wheel is arranged at the corner position of the chain, and the chain wheel driving motor is arranged on the lower surface of the vehicle body 1. The structure of the conveying mechanism 2 can directly adopt a rotary conveying mechanism in a small rotary hot pot on the market, preferably, a chain is arranged in an S shape, so that a plurality of warning posts 9 can be placed at one time.
The conveying mechanism 3 is arranged on the left side of the conveying mechanism 2, the conveying mechanism 3 comprises a conveying tray 31, a plurality of vertical conveying cylinders 32 with side wall openings are arranged on the conveying tray 31, four conveying cylinders 32 are shown in fig. 6, in practical use, the length of each conveying cylinder 32 can be set to be long enough to avoid inclination of the conveying cylinder 32 when the conveying cylinder rotates, an arc-shaped baffle 45 is arranged between the conveying mechanism 3 and the aligning mechanism 4, the cross section of the baffle 45 is long, and preferably, the arc-shaped baffle 45 is arranged in a Z shape as shown in fig. 8.
The bottom end of the carrier tray 31 is connected to a carrier tray driving motor 33 for driving the carrier tray 31 to rotate, and in the specific implementation, a rotating shaft 311 is fixed at the bottom end of the carrier tray 31, and the rotating shaft 311 is in driving connection with the carrier tray driving motor 33 fixed on the vehicle body 1 (the rotating shaft 311 can be connected with an output shaft of the carrier tray driving motor 33 through a coupling). The warning post 9 is carried by the carrier tray 31 to the aligning tray 41 described later.
During the use, place a warning post 9 on every connection piece 21, transport mechanism 2 does not convey a station how warning post 9 moves a distance between two adjacent connection pieces 21. When the warning post 9 moves together with the connecting piece 21, the carrier tray 31 moves one station at a time, and the carrier cylinder 32 moves from the current position to the next position of the adjacent carrier cylinder 32. And the conveying cylinder 32 corresponds to the conveying mechanism 2 (the center of the conveying disc 31 and the center of the conveying cylinder 32 are connected in a straight line and are parallel to the movement direction of the warning post 9). when the inner wall of the warning post 9 is attached to the inner wall of the conveying cylinder 32, the warning post 9 is detected by the second sensor 34, the second sensor 34 can adopt a photoelectric sensor, when a signal is detected, the second sensor 34 sends the signal to the controller 13, and the controller 13 controls the chain wheel driving motor on the conveying mechanism 2 to stop rotating.
In order to prevent the warning post 9 from slipping out during the transportation process, preferably, the transportation tray 31 is further provided with a plurality of groups of clamping mechanisms 8, as shown in fig. 7, the clamping mechanisms 8 are provided with four groups, each group of clamping mechanisms 8 comprises two clamping rods 81 which are symmetrically arranged, the clamping rods 81 can be replaced by clamping plates, and each clamping rod 81 is respectively hinged with the transportation cylinder 32; when the clamping device is used, two hinged connecting shafts can be fixed at the upper end of the pinion 83, and the end parts of the connecting rods 82 are sleeved on the hinged connecting shafts. The pinion 83 is rotatably disposed on one side of the carrying cylinder 32, and a fixing seat is fixed on the side wall of the carrying cylinder 32 when in use, and the pinion 83 is rotatably disposed on the fixing seat. When the pinion 83 rotates, the clamping rods 81 are opened and closed under the action of the connecting rod 82, and in an initial state, the two clamping rods 81 on each group of clamping mechanisms 8 are in an opened state, and the clamping rods 81 are in a corner shape or other shapes. The state shown in fig. 7 is an open state, and when the pinion 83 continues to rotate, the pinion 83 is disengaged and is reset by the second torsion spring, and the two clamping rods 81 are closed by the connecting rod 82.
An incomplete gear 84 is fixedly connected to the vehicle body 1, the incomplete gear 84 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 311, and the bottom end of the incomplete gear is fixed with the vehicle body 1. A plurality of groups of incomplete gears 84 are arranged on the incomplete gear 84 and are respectively meshed with the pinions 83; the rotatable connection position of the pinion 83 is provided with a second torsion spring (not shown) for opening the clamping rod 81 in an initial state, and the second torsion spring is configured to be sleeved on the rotation shaft 311 of the pinion 83, one end of the second torsion spring is fixed to the pinion 83, and the other end of the second torsion spring is fixed to the fixing base or the conveying drum 32. The carrying tray 31 is driven by the carrying tray driving motor 33 to rotate, the pinion 83 also rotates around the incomplete gear 84, when the teeth on the incomplete gear 84 are met, the pinion 83 rotates along with the carrying tray 31 and also rotates to realize the opening of the two clamping rods 81, and when the pinion 83 is not in contact with the teeth on the incomplete gear 84, the pinion 83 is under the action of the second torsion spring. The pinion 83 moves to an initial position where the ends of the two clamping bars 81 are closed and in a clamped state. When the warning post 9 is carried onto the aligning tray 41, the two clamping bars 81 are closed.
The aligning mechanism 4 includes an aligning tray 41 made of transparent material, the aligning tray 41 is located below the conveying cylinder 32, a supporting plate 42 is disposed below the aligning tray 41, and as shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the supporting plate 42 is fixed at the bottom end of the vehicle body 1 through three vertical posts 421. The supporting plate 42 is fixedly connected with the vehicle body 1, and the bottom end of the supporting plate 42 is provided with an alignment disc driving motor 43 capable of driving the alignment disc 41 to rotate; the supporting plate 42 is provided with a plurality of first sensors 44 for detecting the alignment of the warning posts 9, the first sensors may be photoelectric first sensors, such as infrared first sensors, the bottom ends of the warning posts 9 are provided with three fixing holes, when the three fixing holes correspond to the three first sensors 44, the warning posts 9 are aligned, and no object is detected by any of the three first sensors.

A mechanical arm 53 capable of driving the grabbing barrel 51 to rotate is arranged on one side of the grabbing barrel 51, and the mechanical arm 53 is connected with a mechanical arm driving motor 54; the arm drive motor 54 is fixed to a bracket 55 provided on the vehicle body 1, and the bracket 55 includes four uprights 551 and a ceiling 552 provided at the top end of the upright 551. When the mechanical arm driving device is used, a fixed cylinder 5521 is arranged on the top plate 552, the end part of the mechanical arm 53 is sleeved on the fixed cylinder 5521, and the output shaft of the mechanical arm driving motor 54 penetrates through the fixed cylinder 5521 and then is fixedly connected with the mechanical arm 53. In use, the gripper cylinder 51 is swung to the left side of the vehicle body 1 by the arm drive motor 54. When the grab barrel 51 is swung to the left, the grab barrel 51 is located well above the mounting position.
The drilling mechanism 6 comprises two support rods 61, one end of each support rod 61 is hinged with the vehicle body 1, the bottom of the other end of each support rod 61 is provided with a support block 62, and the support rods 61 are provided with support block driving cylinders 63 capable of driving the support blocks 62 to vertically move; two electric drills 64 are arranged on one supporting block 62, and one electric drill 64 is arranged on the other supporting block 62; when the two support rods 61 are closed, each electric drill 64 corresponds to the fixing hole at the bottom end of the warning post 9 one by one; a supporting rod driving cylinder 65 is hinged between each supporting rod 61 and the vehicle body 1; during the use, bracing piece driving cylinder 65 drives the corresponding bracing piece 61 swing respectively, and the left end of two final bracing pieces 61 is drawn close, and after drawing close, supporting shoe 62 is located the top of warning post 9 mounted position, and later supporting shoe 62 descends, and three electric drill 64 drills. After drilling, the supporting block 62 is raised, and the supporting rod driving cylinder 65 drives the supporting rod 61 to move to the initial position. And then the grabbing cylinder driving air cylinder 52 drives the grabbing cylinder 51 to descend, the warning column 9 is placed at the installation position, and finally the expansion screw pushing mechanism 7 pushes the expansion screw to the drilling position. The support block driving cylinder 63 then drives the support block 62 to move down to the bottom end, and while moving vertically, the electric drill 64 starts drilling.

The inner wall of the placing cylinder 72 is attached to the expansion screw (attached to the nut of the expansion screw), so that the inclination of the expansion screw can be prevented. When placing a section of thick bamboo 72 and being located discharge gate 731 top, the opening corresponds with discharge gate 731, and the inflation screw that is located placing a section of thick bamboo 72 this moment passes out from the bottom of ring baffle 73.
The grabbing cylinder 51 is provided with a placing disc driving mechanism 74 capable of driving the placing disc 71 to rotate; the placing disk driving mechanism 74 includes a rack 741, a main gear 742 and a main gear driving motor 743, the rack 741 is annularly fixed to the outer ring of the placing disk 71, the main gear driving motor 743 is fixed to the grip cylinder 51, the main gear 742 is drivingly connected to the main gear driving motor 743, and the main gear 742 is meshed with the rack 741. When in use, the main gear driving motor 743 drives the main gear 742 to rotate, so that the rotation angle of the placing tray 71 is the included angle between the two adjacent placing cylinders 72 and the axis of the placing tray 71. The grasping cylinder 51 is provided with a plurality of pushing cylinders 75 corresponding to the discharge ports 731. One expansion screw is threaded out of the annular stop plate 73 for each rotation of the placing disc 71. And then pushed out by the pushing cylinder 75, and a push rod 751 is fixed on the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 75. Finally the expansion screw is pushed to the drilling position, the diameter of the drilling hole is slightly smaller than the diameter of the lower side of the expansion screw, so that after the expansion screw is pushed to the bottom end, the warning column 9 is fixed by the expansion screw when the grabbing barrel 51 is lifted, and then the nut of the expansion screw can be manually screwed.
When in use, a controller 13 can be arranged on the pushing handle 12, the controller 13 is in control connection with the chain wheel driving motor, the carrying disc driving motor 33, the second sensor 34, the alignment disc driving motor 43, the first sensor 44, the grabbing cylinder driving cylinder 52, the mechanical arm driving motor 54, the supporting rod driving cylinder 65, the supporting block driving cylinder 63, the electric drill 64, the main gear driving motor 743 and the pushing cylinder 75, a plurality of control buttons 131 are arranged on the controller 13, and the installation action is completed through the control buttons 131.
The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
in the first step, the warning post 9 is placed on the conveyance mechanism 2, the expansion screw is placed in the placing cylinder 72, and then the vehicle body 1 is moved to the mounting position.
Secondly, pressing the control button 131, the controller 13 controls the sprocket driving motor to transmit the warning post 9 to the position of the carrying cylinder 32, and then the controller 13 controls the sprocket driving motor to stop acting, and simultaneously controls the carrying disc driving motor 33 to move for one station, so that the warning post 9 moves to the alignment disc 41; then the controller 13 controls the alignment disk drive motor 43 to operate, and when none of the three first sensors 44 detect a signal, the controller 13 controls the alignment disk drive motor 43 to stop operating; then the controller 13 supports the rod driving cylinder 65, the supporting block driving cylinder 63 and the electric drill 64 to act to realize drilling, and the drill is reset after drilling is finished; then the controller 13 controls the grabbing cylinder driving cylinder 52 to act, firstly controls the grabbing cylinder 51 to descend, grabs the warning post 9, then ascends (avoids touching the electric drill when the mechanical arm 53 rotates), then the controller 13 controls the mechanical arm driving motor 54 to act, rotates the warning post 9 to the upper part of the installation position, then the grabbing cylinder driving cylinder 52 controls the grabbing cylinder 51 to descend, and then the main gear driving motor 743 acts to extend the expansion screw out of the discharge hole 731; then the controller 13 controls the pushing cylinder 75 to push the expansion screw into the drill hole, and then the controller 13 controls the pushing cylinder 75 and the mechanical arm driving motor 54 to act, so that the grabbing cylinder 51 is reset. When in use, the installation action can be completed sequentially through one general control button 131, or a plurality of control buttons 131 can be arranged, and each control button 131 controls one action.
