The support block driving cylinder 63 then drives the support block 62 down to the bottom end, and the electric drill 64 starts drilling holes while moving vertically.
The expansion screw pushing mechanism 7 comprises a placing disc 71, the placing disc 71 is sleeved on the grabbing cylinder 51, a plurality of placing cylinders 72 are arranged on the placing disc 71 at equal intervals in the circumference, two ends of each placing cylinder 72 are opened, when the expansion screw pushing mechanism is used, expansion screws are placed in the placing cylinders 72 in advance, and a horn-shaped opening is formed in the top end of each placing cylinder 72 for convenient placement.
The inner wall of the placement cylinder 72 is fitted with the expansion screw (fitted with the nut of the expansion screw), so that the inclination of the expansion screw can be avoided. The placement tray 71 is provided with openings at positions corresponding to the placement barrels 72 so that expansion screws can be passed out from the bottom end of the placement tray 71. The bottom end of the grabbing cylinder 51 is provided with an annular baffle plate 73, and the annular baffle plate 73 is provided with a discharge hole 731 corresponding to a fixed hole at the bottom end of the warning column 9; each discharge hole 731 corresponds to three fixing holes on the warning post 9. When the placing cylinder 72 is positioned above the discharge port 731, the opening corresponds to the discharge port 731, and at this time, the expansion screw positioned in the placing cylinder 72 is threaded out from the bottom end of the annular barrier 73.
The gripping cylinder 51 is provided with a setting tray driving mechanism 74 which drives the setting tray 71 to rotate; the placing tray driving mechanism 74 comprises a rack 741, a main gear 742 and a main gear driving motor 743, the rack 741 is fixed on the outer ring of the placing tray 71 in a ring shape, the main gear driving motor 743 is fixed on the grabbing cylinder 51, the main gear 742 is in driving connection with the main gear driving motor 743, and the main gear 742 is meshed with the rack 741. In use, the main gear drive motor 743 drives the main gear 742 to rotate, so that the rotation angle of the placement tray 71 is the angle between the adjacent two placement cylinders 72 and the axis of the placement tray 71. The gripping cylinder 51 is provided with a plurality of pushing cylinders 75 corresponding to the discharge ports 731. Each time the placement disc 71 is rotated, an expansion screw is threaded out of the annular barrier 73. And then pushed out by the pushing cylinder 75, and a push rod 751 is fixed on a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 75. Finally, the expansion screw is pushed to the drilling position, the diameter of the drilling hole is slightly smaller than the diameter of the lower side of the expansion screw, so that after the expansion screw is pushed to the bottom end, the grabbing cylinder 51 can fix the warning post 9 when rising, and then the nut of the expansion screw can be manually screwed.
In use, a controller 13 may be disposed on the pushing handle 12, where the controller 13 is in control connection with the sprocket drive motor, the carrier drive motor 33, the second sensor 34, the alignment disk drive motor 43, the first sensor 44, the gripping cylinder drive cylinder 52, the mechanical arm drive motor 54, the support rod drive cylinder 65, the support block drive cylinder 63, the electric drill 64, the main gear drive motor 743, and the pushing cylinder 75, and a plurality of control buttons 131 are disposed on the controller 13, and the mounting operation is completed by the control buttons 131.
The application method of the invention comprises the following steps:
first, the warning post 9 is placed on the conveyor 2, the expansion screw is placed in the placement cylinder 72, and then the vehicle body 1 is moved to the installation position.
Secondly, pressing a control button 131, controlling a chain wheel driving motor to transmit the warning column 9 to the position of the carrying cylinder 32 by the controller 13, and then controlling the chain wheel driving motor to stop acting by the controller 13, and simultaneously controlling a carrying disc driving motor 33 to move by one station to enable the warning column 9 to move to the alignment disc 41; then the controller 13 controls the alignment disk drive motor 43 to operate, and when none of the three first sensors 44 detects a signal, the controller 13 controls the alignment disk drive motor 43 to stop operating; then the controller 13 supports the rod driving cylinder 65, the supporting block driving cylinder 63 and the electric drill 64 to act, so that drilling is realized, and resetting is carried out after the drilling is completed; then the controller 13 controls the grabbing cylinder driving cylinder 52 to act, firstly controls the grabbing cylinder 51 to descend, grabs the warning post 9, then ascends (avoids touching an electric drill when the mechanical arm 53 rotates), then the controller 13 controls the mechanical arm driving motor 54 to act, rotates the warning post 9 to the position above the installation position, then the grabbing cylinder driving cylinder 52 controls the grabbing cylinder 51 to descend, and then the main gear driving motor 743 acts, so that the expansion screw extends out of the discharge hole 731; then the controller 13 controls the pushing cylinder 75 to push the expansion screw into the drill hole, and then the controller 13 controls the pushing cylinder 75 and the mechanical arm driving motor 54 to act so as to reset the grabbing cylinder 51. In use, the installation operation can be completed sequentially through one total control button 131, or a plurality of control buttons 131 can be arranged, and each control button 131 controls one operation respectively.

the alignment mechanism comprises an alignment disc made of transparent materials, the alignment disc is positioned below the carrying cylinder, a supporting plate is arranged below the alignment disc, and an alignment disc driving motor is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting plate; the supporting plate is provided with a plurality of first sensors for detecting whether the warning posts are aligned or not; an arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged between the carrying mechanism and the alignment mechanism;
the grabbing mechanism comprises grabbing cylinders, a plurality of clamping heads are hinged in the grabbing cylinders, a first torsion spring which is in an initial state and enables the top ends of the clamping heads to incline towards the axis of the grabbing cylinders is arranged at the hinged connection position, the top ends of the grabbing cylinders are connected with a grabbing cylinder driving cylinder, and a mechanical arm capable of driving the grabbing cylinders to rotate is arranged on one side of each grabbing cylinder;
the drilling mechanism comprises two support rods, one end of each support rod is hinged with the vehicle body, the bottom of the other end of each support rod is provided with a support block, and the support rods are provided with support block driving cylinders; two electric drills are arranged on one supporting block, and one electric drill is arranged on the other supporting block; when the two supporting rods are closed, each electric drill corresponds to the fixing hole at the bottom end of the warning post one by one; each supporting rod is hinged with the vehicle body and is connected with a supporting rod driving cylinder;
the expansion screw pushing mechanism comprises a placing disc, wherein a plurality of placing cylinders are arranged on the placing disc at equal intervals along the circumference; an opening is arranged on the placing disc at a position corresponding to the placing cylinder; the bottom end of the grabbing cylinder is provided with an annular baffle plate, and the annular baffle plate is provided with a discharge hole corresponding to a fixed hole at the bottom end of the warning column; a placing disc driving mechanism is arranged on the grabbing cylinder; the grabbing cylinder is provided with a plurality of pushing cylinders corresponding to the discharge holes.
