Abstract
The invention provides a cooling and moisturizing spray and a preparation method thereof. The spray prepared by the invention is fresh and cool in texture, not greasy, uniform and fine in fog, good in atomization effect, quick in volatilization and obvious in skin cooling feeling when in use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of A61Q19/00, and particularly relates to cooling and moisturizing spray and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The spray product has a large proportion in cosmetics and skin care products, and liquid is sprayed out in the form of ultrafine liquid drops under the action of high-pressure gas so as to achieve various effects of cooling, moisturizing, cleaning and the like. However, the spray products commonly used in the market for cooling contain a certain amount of ethanol, for example, Chinese patent CN108186398B discloses an aerosol, the raw material of the product contains 1-10% by mass of ethanol, the ethanol easily causes irritation to the skin, and the sensitive skin has the risks of allergy and acne.
Based on the above, the application provides the cooling and moisturizing spray and the preparation method thereof, the raw materials do not contain ethanol, and the cooling and moisturizing spray is suitable for various skins.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cooling and moisturizing spray, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by volume (7-12): 3.
in a preferred embodiment, the volume ratio of the booster to the liquid material is 7: 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the boosting agent is selected from at least one of propane, butane, propane and butane, nitrogen and dimethyl ether.
In a preferred embodiment, the boosting agent is propane-butane.
In a preferred embodiment, the liquid material is prepared from 5-20% of liquid polyol, 0.05-0.5% of emulsifier, 0.5-5% of emollient, 0.05-0.8% of preservative, and the balance deionized water.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation raw materials comprise, by mass, 5-15% of liquid polyol, 0.05-0.2% of emulsifier, 0.5-2% of emollient, 0.05-0.5% of preservative, and the balance deionized water.
In a preferred embodiment, the liquid polyol is selected from at least one of butylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 6-hexanediol, dipropylene glycol, and ethylhexylglycerin.
In a preferred embodiment, the butanediol is selected from at least one of 1, 2-butanediol, 1, 3-butanediol, 1, 4-butanediol.
In a preferred embodiment, the butanediol is a combination of 1, 2-butanediol and 1, 3-butanediol.
In a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of 1, 2-butanediol and 1, 3-butanediol is (0.1-0.5): (3-6).
In a preferred embodiment, the emollient is selected from at least one of isoparaffin, alkyl alcohol, fatty acid ester, and glyceride.
In a preferred embodiment, the isoparaffin is selected from at least one of the isomeric hexadecanes, isomeric dodecanes, isomeric tridecanes, isomeric tetradecanes, and isomeric eicosanes.
In a preferred embodiment, the alkyl alcohol is selected from at least one of octyldodecanol, lauryl alcohol, hexyldecanol, and isomeric tridecanols.
In a preferred embodiment, the emollient is the isomeric hexadecanes.
In a preferred embodiment, the emulsifier is selected from at least one of propylene glycol fatty acid ester, alkyl glycoside, glyceryl monostearate, hydrogenated lecithin, polysorbate, and sorbitan fatty acid ester.
In a preferred embodiment, the emulsifier is a sorbitan fatty acid ester.
In a preferred embodiment, the sorbitan fatty acid ester has a hydroxyl value of 190-220 mgKOH/g.
In a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the liquid polyol to the emulsifier to the emollient is (2.5-5): (0.05-0.2): 1.
in a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the liquid polyol to the emulsifier to the emollient is (4-5): (0.05-0.1): 1.
in a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the liquid polyol to the emulsifier to the emollient is 5:0.1: 1.
In the present application, the applicant found that the preparation of a spray by using a specific liquid polyol, emulsifier and emollient in a mass ratio of 5:0.1:1 can improve the stability of the spray and the uniformity of the spray particles. The applicant finds that when other emulsifiers such as Tween series products are selected, the emulsifying capacity is not matched with the system, so that the foaming phenomenon of the spray during use is caused, and the use feeling is influenced. In addition, the applicant also found that changing the mass ratio of the liquid polyol, the emulsifier and the emollient, and increasing the content of the emulsifier and the emollient, results in a decrease in the spray angle of the spray, resulting in a decrease in the uniformity of the particles.
In addition, the applicant also found in the experimental process that the mist sprayed on the skin surface brings about the feeling of foam breaking and increases the feeling of temperature reduction in the mist volatilization and temperature reduction process, and supposedly, the applicant probably causes that tiny liquid drops in the form of oil-in-water are formed in the system, and when the mist is sprayed on the skin surface, the liquid drops break due to the difference of the internal and external volatilization capacities of the liquid drops, so that the feeling of temperature reduction is increased.
In a preferred embodiment, the liquid material further comprises 0-5% by mass of a humectant.
In a preferred embodiment, the humectant accounts for 1.5% of the total mass of the liquid material.
In a preferred embodiment, the humectant is selected from at least one of trehalose, mannose, glycerol, betaine.
In a preferred embodiment, the humectant is mannose.
In a preferred embodiment, the preservative is selected from at least one of methyl paraben, propyl paraben, phenoxyethanol, menthol, sorbic acid and its sodium salt.
In a preferred embodiment, the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of cooling and moisturizing spray, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the preparation raw materials to obtain a liquid material;
(2) and filling the liquid material into a container, and filling a boosting agent to obtain the spray product.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding butanediol, isomeric hexadecane and sorbitan fatty acid ester into a stirring container, stirring uniformly to a transparent state, adding phenoxyethanol and deionized water, and homogenizing at a rotation speed of 2000r/min for 3-5min to obtain a liquid material;
(2) and filling the liquid material into a container, sealing and filling propane and butane to obtain the spray product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the spray prepared by the invention is mild and non-irritating after the raw materials contact the skin, does not contain ethanol, and is suitable for various skin types.
2. According to the spray prepared by the invention, the liquid polyol, the emollient and the emulsifier which are in a specific proportion and a specific type are added, the micro oil-in-water droplets are formed in the system through homogenization, and as the booster is sprayed on the surface of the skin, substances in the droplets are volatilized quickly, the water layer on the outer layer of the booster is broken, so that the feeling of foam breakage is generated on the surface of the skin, and the use feeling and the cooling feeling are enhanced; the added emollient forms a moisturizing film layer on the surface of the skin after the spray volatilization, so that the water volatilization on the surface of the skin is reduced, and the skin drying condition after the spray volatilization is avoided.
3. The spray prepared by the invention is fresh and cool in texture, not greasy, uniform and fine in fog and good in atomization effect, avoids the condition that obvious and large-area foams are generated on the surface of the skin when the spray is sprayed out, is sprayed on the surface of the skin, is quick in volatilization, has obvious skin cooling feeling when being used, and is particularly suitable for being used in high-temperature days.
