Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a cooling aerosol composition and an aerosol product.
Background
The prior art contains preparations for medical treatment for rapidly reducing the temperature of human skin, which can be carried by carriers of various forms so as to be conveniently used for reducing the temperature of human skin and relieving the pain of a patient with fever. For example, chinese patent application CN205181579U discloses an antipyretic cooling patch, which comprises a backing layer, a gel layer and an isolation protective layer, wherein the gel layer is made of cataplasm as a base material, and medical alcohol and menthol are added. These products are inconvenient to use and are limited to medical cooling. In daily life, the people need to cool down in many cases, for example, in hot seasons and in hot days, people want to cool down by using ice, so that the purpose of personal care is achieved. However, ice is difficult to obtain and carry in hot outdoor areas. In order to improve the quality of life, many people want to carry out personal care by reducing the skin temperature freely in summer, so that a product which is convenient to carry and use and can quickly reduce the skin temperature of a human body is needed.
Chinese patent application CN103083197A discloses a human body cooling agent, which comprises the following components by volume percent: 0.5-5% of d-limonene, 20-50% of ethanol, 45-79.5% of water, and the ethanol is medical grade ethanol; a human cooling spray, comprising: a human body cooling agent and a spray bottle, wherein the spray bottle consists of a spray can, an aerosol valve, a spray head, a suction pipe and a cover. The human body cooling spray has the fresh fragrance of sweet orange, good cooling effect and low cost. The invention is a spray, the temperature is reduced mainly by ethanol volatilization, the ethanol content is more than 20 percent, the skin is easy to be stimulated, simultaneously, the ethanol can absorb a large amount of moisture in the epidermis, and the invention has no moisture-preserving skin-care components and is easy to cause the skin dryness.
Chinese patent application CN102670421A discloses a cooling aerosol composition for personal care, comprising a propellant, water and ethanol; also comprises excipient, emollient, humectant, menthol and cyclic siloxane, and also discloses an aerosol product containing the composition. The invention can be cooled rapidly, can be used for personal care, and the aerosol product is convenient to carry and use, but the invention is a mixture of solid, liquid and gas, and the problems of solid silicon dioxide sedimentation, menthol precipitation and the like can occur.
In view of the above problems, there is a need for a cooling aerosol composition and an aerosol product, which can reduce the amount of ethanol, reduce the irritation to skin, moisturize and protect skin, have excellent stability, and uniformly distribute the content.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cool and refreshing cooling aerosol composition and an aerosol product. The aerosol composition provided by the invention is three-phase mixed, the components are uniformly distributed, the stability is good, the ethanol content is low, the irritation is small, and the moisturizing and skin moistening functions are realized; the aerosol product provided by the invention is convenient to carry and use, and can be rapidly cooled.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the cooling aerosol composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-90% of propellant, 3-40% of water and 0.1-10% of ethanol.
Further, the propellant is selected from at least one of dimethyl ether, liquefied petroleum gas, HFC-152a and HFC-134 a.
Still further, the aerosol composition also comprises an excipient, and the mass fraction of the excipient is 0.3-12%.
Further, the excipient consists of hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium caseinate and modified nano silicon dioxide in a weight ratio of (1-5) to (1-10).
Furthermore, the preparation method of the modified nano silicon dioxide comprises the following steps:
putting the nano silicon dioxide into ethanol, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 30min to obtain a system A; and (3) placing the system A in a reaction kettle, setting the temperature at 200 ℃ and the pressure at 15-30MPa, and reacting for 2-6h to obtain the modified nano silicon dioxide.
Further, the aerosol composition also comprises an emollient, and the mass fraction of the emollient is 0.01-11%; the emollient is selected from one or more of isopropyl myristate, glycerin and butylene glycol.
Still further, the aerosol composition also comprises menthol, and the mass fraction of the menthol is 0.01-0.5%.
Further, the aerosol composition also comprises cyclic siloxane, and the mass fraction of the cyclic siloxane is 0.1-6%.
In addition, the aerosol product with cooling function comprises the cooling aerosol composition and an aerosol can for canning the composition, wherein the aerosol can is provided with a nozzle.
Further, the preparation method of the aerosol product comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively preparing the oil phase and the water phase, and then mixing, stirring and homogenizing the oil phase and the water phase to form emulsion;
s2, filling the emulsion obtained in the step S1 into an aerosol can, filling a valve, sealing, filling propellant, carrying out water bath, filling a nozzle, filling an outer cover, and boxing.
Silica is a solid and is likely to settle in a mixture of an oil phase and an aqueous phase, which affects the stability of the composition. After the nano silicon dioxide with small particle size and large specific surface area is modified by ethanol, the surface energy of the particles is reduced, the particles have lipophilicity, more active substances can be loaded in an oil phase, the particles can be sprayed out together with a propellant, but the particles are small in particle size, easy to agglomerate, difficult to disperse in a mixture and capable of generating precipitates after being placed for a long time.
The sodium caseinate is a food additive, can make the ice cream-shaped composition formed after being sprayed out soft and fine, and can be tightly attached to skin or surface of article, at the same time, the applicant surprisingly found that the sodium caseinate can reduce agglomeration of modified nano silicon dioxide, and make it tend to disperse and stable state in the mixture. Experiments prove that after the aerosol is stored at the temperature of 50 +/-2 ℃ for 8 weeks, the odor, the appearance and the phase state of the aerosol are kept in good states, and the stability is good. Without the addition of sodium caseinate, a small amount of precipitate appeared at week 4 when stored under the same conditions. The sodium caseinate can stabilize and disperse the modified nano-silica, ensure that the menthol loaded on the sodium caseinate is not separated out, keep the fragrance and stabilize the content. Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a water-soluble emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer, has high water retention capacity and good flow regulation, and can uniformly mix components to form a stable suspension mixture.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention has the greatest characteristic that the ethanol content is reduced by more than 50 percent compared with the prior spray, the invention has small irritation to human body, and all components in the system can be uniformly mixed, the stability is high,
(2) the invention sprays the content on the surface of the body for cooling and moisturizing, and can also spray the content on the surface of the body (such as a towel or a paper towel) to freeze the water in the content to form an ice cream shape, so that the ice-containing towel for cooling can be obtained at any time and any place, and is easy to carry and convenient to use.
