本发明公开了一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杠、螺母、滚珠和反向器,所述螺母螺纹连接在丝杠上,若干滚珠并列设置并形成滚珠单元,所述滚珠单元设于丝杠与螺母之间,反向器固定于螺母的外壁上,滚珠单元通过反向器实现在丝杠与螺母之间的循环运动,其特征在于:在滚珠单元中相邻的两个滚珠之间设置一个隔离球,隔离球采用吸音材料制成,且其表面设有蜂窝孔。本发明通过蜂窝陶瓷制造的隔离球与防尘圈可以减少噪声,结构简单,使用效果好。

背景技术:
滚珠丝杠副工作过程中产生的噪音一直是影响滚珠丝杠副性能的一个重要指标,为了降低噪音,提高滚珠丝杠副质量,本专利提出了一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:
一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杠、螺母、滚珠和反向器,所述螺母螺纹连接在丝杠上,若干滚珠并列设置并形成滚珠单元,所述滚珠单元设于丝杠与螺母之间,反向器固定于螺母的外壁上,滚珠单元通过反向器实现在丝杠与螺母之间的循环运动,其特征在于:在滚珠单元中相邻的两个滚珠之间设置一个隔离球,隔离球采用吸音材料制成,且其表面设有蜂窝孔。
进一步地,所述吸音材料为蜂窝陶瓷。
进一步地,所述螺母的两端设有防尘圈,防尘圈通过螺钉固定于螺母上,所述防尘圈的内表面为蜂窝状。
进一步地,所述防尘圈采用蜂窝陶瓷制成。
进一步地,所述隔离球的直径为滚珠直径的90-95%。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杠1、螺母2、滚珠3和反向器4,螺母2螺纹连接在丝杠1上,若干滚珠3并列设置并形成滚珠单元,滚珠单元设于丝杠1与螺母之间,反向器4固定于螺母2的外壁上,滚珠单元通过反向器4实现在丝杠1与螺母2之间的循环运动,在滚珠单元中相邻的两个滚珠3之间设置一个隔离球5,隔离球5的直径为滚珠3直径的90-95%。隔离球5采用吸音材料制成,且其表面设有蜂窝孔,吸音材料为蜂窝陶瓷。
本发明在是每两颗相邻的滚珠之间加入一颗吸音材料做成的隔离球,隔离球的直径比滚珠略小。隔离球可用蜂窝陶瓷制造,蜂窝陶瓷是一种结构似蜂窝状的陶瓷产品,滚珠丝杠副工作时,滚珠运动和摩擦会产生噪音,当声波入射到材料表面时,绝大部分的声波会沿着迷宫式的小孔隧道进入蜂窝陶瓷球内部。声波在蜂窝陶瓷球内部传播引起孔隙中的空气振动,同形成孔隙的表面十分粗糙的陶瓷筋络发生摩擦,一部分声能被转变为热能,一部分声能到达刚性壁后,被反射回蜂窝陶瓷球,声波又会象初次入射声一样重新回到迷宫式的小孔遂道中,带动空气与陶瓷筋络发生摩擦,声能继续被转化、消耗。这两种效应相互作用,使蜂窝陶瓷球有效地消耗入射声能,使滚珠运行过程中产生的各种噪音有效的降低。
在螺母2的两端设有防尘圈6,防尘圈6通过螺钉7固定于螺母2上,为进一步减少噪音,防尘圈6的内表面为蜂窝状,且同样采用蜂窝陶瓷制成。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,包括丝杠(1)、螺母(2)、滚珠(3)和反向器(4),所述螺母(2)螺纹连接在丝杠(1)上,若干滚珠(3)并列设置并形成滚珠单元,所述滚珠单元设于丝杠(1)与螺母之间,反向器(4)固定于螺母(2)的外壁上,滚珠单元通过反向器(4)实现在丝杠(1)与螺母(2)之间的循环运动,其特征在于:在滚珠单元中相邻的两个滚珠(3)之间设置一个隔离球(5),隔离球(5)采用吸音材料制成,且其表面设有蜂窝孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,其特征在于:所述吸音材料为蜂窝陶瓷。
3.如权利要求1所述的低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,其特征在于:所述螺母(2)的两端设有防尘圈(6),防尘圈(6)通过螺钉(7)固定于螺母(2)上,所述防尘圈(6)的内表面为蜂窝状。
4.如权利要求1所述的低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,其特征在于:所述防尘圈(6)采用蜂窝陶瓷制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的低噪音的滚珠丝杠副,其特征在于:所述隔离球(5)的直径为滚珠(3)直径的90-95%。
