本发明属于一种快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂,本发明涉及这种多酶清洗剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前医院医疗器械以及手术器械的污染物清洗,主要使用含酶的清洗剂,并且产品质量参错不齐,因此给高品质清洗剂生产企业很大发展空间。
医用多酶清洗剂生产技术要求高,要同时兼顾以下几个方面的问题:1)快速高效的去污力;2)低泡易漂洗;3)材料兼容性强,面对精密医疗器械;4)原材料生物可降解。目前市面上在售多酶清洗剂要么去污能力不理想,要么不能同时兼顾这几个问题。有些企业提供的多酶清洗剂,由于多酶活力低或者没有找到与多酶匹配的表面活性剂导致生产的多酶清洗剂去污能力低下,血渍污染物或脂肪污染物清洗不干净。有些企业提供的多酶清洗剂虽然表现比较好的去污能力,但是无法解决表面活性剂乳化能力与泡沫之间的矛盾,即乳化能力强,就不能完全抑制泡沫。泡沫会影响机器喷淋启动工作以及后续漂洗。因此,这个行业需要一款可以同时解决以上四个问题的快速多酶清洗剂,特别是前两个问题。
本发明目的就是针对上述问题,发明人通过改性表面活性剂,改善清洗剂配方成功开发了一款快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂,清洗效率超过在售品牌的清洗剂,并且很好的兼顾了以上 3)和4)的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
去离子水中加入硼酸和甲酸钠搅拌至完全溶解;
在1)溶液中加入甘油,三乙醇胺,聚乙二醇搅拌至完全溶解;
在2)溶液中加入微量元素盐搅拌至完全溶解;
在3)溶液中加入公司自主改性表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
在4)溶液中加入公司自主改性的中性蛋白酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶,果胶酶和纤维素酶,搅拌至完全溶解;
在5)溶液中加入螯合剂和抑菌剂至完全溶解;
将6)溶液加去离子水定容后调色得到快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂。
优选步骤1)中,硼酸添加量在10-15%,甲酸钠3-5%;
优选步骤2)中,甘油添加量在10-15%,三乙醇胺5-10%,聚乙二醇5-10%;
优选步骤3)中,微量元素包括氯化锰,氯化钠,氯化镁以及氯化钴,添加量在1-2%;
优选步骤4)中,改性表面活性剂,用量在5-10%;
优选步骤5)中,改性中性蛋白酶用量1-5%,脂肪酶1-3%,淀粉酶1-3%,果胶酶1-2,纤维素酶1-2%;
优选步骤6)中,螯合剂是EDTA-4Na,添加量1-5%,抑菌剂为卡松,添加量1-3%;
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优点在于:

(4)本发明完美解决了快速去除污渍与泡沫之间的矛盾,产品为快速高效低泡多酶清洗剂,材料兼容性高,并且可生物降解。

下面结合实施例、对比例和应用例对本发明技术方案做进一步详细、完整地说明。
实施例1
1)配制500mL快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂,首先烧杯量取250mL去离子水,添加10%硼酸和3%甲酸钠至去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
2)在1)溶液中加入10%甘油,5%三乙醇胺,5%聚乙二醇搅拌至完全溶解;
3)在2)溶液中加入1%氯化钴搅拌至完全溶解;
4)在3)溶液中按照5%加入公司自主改性表面活性剂1,搅拌至完全溶解;
5)在4)溶液中加入公司自主改性的5%中性蛋白酶,2%脂肪酶,1%淀粉酶,1%果胶酶和1%纤维素酶,搅拌至完全溶解;
6)在5)溶液中加入3%EDTA-4Na和1%抑菌剂卡松至完全溶解;
7)将6)溶液加去离子水定容后调色得到快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂。
实施例2

6)在5)溶液中加入2%EDTA-4Na和5%抑菌剂卡松至完全溶解;
7)将6)溶液加去离子水定容后调色得到快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂。
实施例4
1)配制500mL快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂,首先烧杯量取250mL去离子水,添加15%硼酸和5%甲酸钠至去离子水中,搅拌至完全溶解;
2)在1)溶液中加入15%甘油,10%三乙醇胺,15%聚乙二醇搅拌至完全溶解;
3)在2)溶液中加入3%氯化钠搅拌至完全溶解;
4)在3)溶液中按照10%加入公司自主改性表面活性剂4,搅拌至完全溶解;
5)在4)溶液中加入公司自主改性的3%中性蛋白酶,2%脂肪酶,1%淀粉酶,2%果胶酶和2%纤维素酶,搅拌至完全溶解;
6)在5)溶液中加入3%EDTA-4Na和1%抑菌剂卡松至完全溶解;
7)将6)溶液加去离子水定容后调色得到快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂。
快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂测试:
以上实施例制备的清洗剂,按照1:200加水稀释后,放入英国STF标准清洗测试卡片,卡片上为模拟污染物,在40℃下水浴锅中静止浸泡20分钟,取出后目检STF卡表面的污染物去除效果均优于对照清洗剂产品,对照清洗剂包括了国外主流清洗剂品牌。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于医疗器械清洗的快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于制备步骤如下:
1)去离子水中加入硼酸和甲酸钠搅拌至完全溶解;
2)在1)溶液中加入甘油,三乙醇胺,聚乙二醇搅拌至完全溶解;
3)在2)溶液中加入微量元素盐搅拌至完全溶解;
4)在3)溶液中加入公司自主改性表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
5)在4)溶液中加入公司自主改性的中性蛋白酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶,果胶酶和纤维素酶,搅拌至完全溶解;
6)在5)溶液中加入螯合剂和抑菌剂至完全溶解;
7)将6)溶液加去离子水定容后调色得到快速全效低泡多酶清洗剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤1)中,硼酸添加量在10-15%,甲酸钠3-5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤2)中,甘油添加量在10-15%,三乙醇胺5-10%,聚乙二醇5-10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤3)中,微量元素包括氯化锰,氯化钠,氯化镁以及氯化钴,添加量在1-2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤4)中,改性表面活性剂,用量在5-10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤5)中,改性中性蛋白酶用量1-5%,脂肪酶1-3%,淀粉酶1-3%,果胶酶1-2,纤维素酶1-2%。
7.根据权利要求1所述,优选步骤6)中,螯合剂是EDTA-4Na,添加量1-5%,抑菌剂为卡松,添加量1-3%。
