Prepared cigarette samples 1 and 2 (comparative example 1) were placed in an open container for 24 hours for evaluation. Sensory evaluation is carried out by an absorption evaluation group of 5 members, wherein evaluation indexes comprise five indexes of characteristic aroma (coffee aroma and peppermint aroma) intensity, characteristic aroma release stability, coordination, miscellaneous qi and irritation of the granular essence, each index is fully divided into 10 points, and the average score is obtained as a final score. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.

The result shows that the gel-vesuvianite composite fragrance-carrying particles are used, the release strength of the characteristic fragrance in cigarettes is obviously superior to that of the pure vesuvianite fragrance-carrying particles, and the fragrance-carrying particles are improved in the aspects of miscellaneous gases and irritation.
Test example 2
Prepared cigarette samples 3 and 4, sample 5 (comparative example 2, comparative example 3) were placed in an open container for 24 hours for evaluation. Sensory evaluation is carried out by an evaluation group of 5 members, wherein evaluation indexes comprise five indexes of characteristic fragrance (sweet orange fragrance and peppermint fragrance) intensity, characteristic fragrance release stability, coordination, miscellaneous gases and irritation of the granular essence, each index is fully divided into 10 points, and the average score is obtained as a final score. The evaluation results are shown in the following table:

The result shows that the gel-vesuvianite composite fragrance-carrying particles are used, the release strength of the characteristic fragrance in the heated non-combustible cigarette is superior to that of the pure vesuvianite fragrance-carrying particles, and meanwhile, the fragrance is released stably and the nasal cavity irritation is reduced. Instead of using volcanic rock as a skeleton, increasing the proportion of porous starch, the fragrance is not released as much as sample 3, although slightly stronger than sample 4, due to the embedding benefit.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a sustained-release gel material, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein volcanic stones are soaked in a heated aromatic-carrying gel liquid, then the volcanic stones carrying the gel liquid are cooled until the gel liquid is solidified to obtain a volcanic stone adsorbing material, and the volcanic stone adsorbing material is directly crushed to achieve the granulation purpose. Has the following advantages:
(1) The porous structure of the volcanic rock well disperses the aroma-carrying gel material, so that smoke gas can be more fully contacted with the gel material when the cigarette is burnt and smoked, and the stable release of the odor-absorbing substances is facilitated.
(2) The adhesion of the hot melting glue solution to the solid surface is utilized, other adhesives are not needed, and the odor absorption of the tobacco particles is improved; meanwhile, a granulator and baking equipment required by wet granulation are not needed, the manufacturing process is simple, and the production cost is low.

Claims (15)

1. The preparation method of the slow release gel material for the cigarette filter stick is characterized by comprising the following steps of: placing the volcanic rock into a gel liquid in a heating state for dipping treatment, then cooling the volcanic rock loaded with the gel liquid until the gel liquid is solidified to obtain a volcanic rock adsorbing material, and crushing the volcanic rock adsorbing material;
wherein the gel liquid used for carrying out the dipping treatment is a fragrance-carrying gel liquid;
the preparation process of the gel solution comprises the following steps: mixing gel raw materials, heating and melting at 80-100deg.C, cooling to 60-70deg.C, mixing gel liquid at 60-70deg.C with perfume, and perfuming; the temperature of the gel solution is controlled to be 60-70 ℃ in the soaking treatment process;
the gel comprises, by mass, 70-80 parts of polyethylene glycol, 15-25 parts of porous corn starch, 0.5-3 parts of chitosan, 0.1-2 parts of strawberry acid and 2-5 parts of water;
the dipping treatment process comprises the following steps: soaking the volcanic rock in the gel liquid in a heating state, submerging the volcanic rock by the gel liquid, and stirring for 1-5min to enable the gel liquid to fully permeate;
and after the dipping treatment, placing the volcanic rock carrying the gel solution on a screen in a room temperature environment, and completely solidifying the gel solution on the volcanic rock to obtain the volcanic rock adsorbing material.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the polyethylene glycol is at least one selected from the group consisting of PEG800, PEG1000, PEG1500, PEG2000, PEG4000, PEG8000, PEG10000, and PEG 20000.
3. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the gel raw materials comprise, by mass, 72-78 parts of polyethylene glycol, 18-23 parts of porous corn starch, 0.8-1.5 parts of chitosan, 0.3-0.8 part of strawberry acid and 3-4 parts of water.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the perfume to the gel solution during the perfuming treatment is 0.1-30:100.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the perfume to the gel liquid is 5-20:100 during the perfuming treatment.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the perfume is at least one selected from the group consisting of natural plant material powder, natural plant extract and synthetic perfume.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the stirring time is controlled to be 1.5 to 3 minutes during the dipping treatment.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the particle size of the vesuvianite for impregnation treatment is 0.5cm to 1.0cm.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the mesh has a pore size of 0.3-0.7cm.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising screening the crushed vesuvianite adsorption material to obtain a sieve intermediate having a particle size of 30-60 mesh and a sieve intermediate having a particle size of 15-30 mesh.
11. A sustained-release gel material characterized by being prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The use of the extended release gel material of claim 11 in the preparation of a cigarette filter rod;
filling the slow-release gel material with the particle size of 30-60 meshes into acetate fiber bundles to form a fragrance-carrying composite section, and performing binary composite on the fragrance-carrying composite section and the acetate fiber bundles to obtain the cigarette filter stick.
13. The use according to claim 12, wherein the filling density of the slow release gel material in the fragrance-carrying composite section is 0.5-1.5mg/mm.
14. The use according to claim 12, wherein the slow release gel material with the particle size of 15-30 meshes is filled into a cavity to prepare a cavity section, and the cavity section is used as a cigarette filter rod after ternary cavity compounding with acetate fiber bundles at two ends.
15. Use according to claim 14, wherein the filling density of the slow release gel material in the cavity section is 5-30mg/mm.
