Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food, and particularly relates to a food additive for promoting defecation.
Background
Constipation means dry and hard stools, difficulty in defecation and a symptom of reduced defecation, and usually insufficient peristalsis of the large intestine delays passage of stools through the large intestine or discharge of stools from the rectum. If the feces stay in the rectum for too long, the decomposition practice is that bacteria ferment in the large intestine for a long time, and toxin or harmful gas and the like are easily generated; if not discharged on time, the body will reabsorb these harmful substances, further into the blood, causing harm to the body and many chronic or metabolic diseases.
Most over-the-counter medications for constipation, such as: laxatives or stool softeners, but these conventional agents have side effects after administration, are dependent on long-term administration, and are extremely harmful to the body.
Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a composition which is safe and can be taken for a long period of time and promotes defecation.

the experimental tests of the examples and comparative food additive efficacy were carried out in which the food additive was added to tea leaves which were daily drunk and tested, 220 persons with constipation aged 20-40 years, half of men and women, were randomly divided into 11 groups of 20 persons (half of men and women), and the tea leaves to which the food additives of examples 1-9 and comparative examples 1-2 were added were respectively used as drinking water, wherein the amount of the food additive was 5% by weight of the tea leaves, and it was ensured that the drinking amount of tea water per day was 1500ml, four days of continuous drinking, and other food intake was substantially the same. Every person was recorded daily defecation, and the drinkers were observed for diarrhea. And (4) judging the standard: quick effect: on the first day, 1-2 times of defecation are averagely performed every day; intermediate effect: the average defecation time is 1-2 times per day from the next day; low efficiency: starting on the third day or the fourth day, defecation is averagely performed for 1-2 times per day; and (4) invalidation: no significant improvement or no defecation occurred in the first to fourth days relative to the previous days. The test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1

Comparative example 2 | 20 | 5 | 8 | 5 | 2 | 90% | No diarrhea |
As can be seen from the experimental data of Table 1, the food additive for promoting defecation prepared by the invention has good effect and quick response to constipation, and the experimental data of examples 1-9 show that the food additive can generate effect after being taken on the same day basically, can relieve constipation on the second day which is refractory, has good effect, does not have diarrhea and has no side effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of the experimental data of comparative example 1 and the examples, the defecation promoting food additive prepared by the invention has more remarkable effect compared with the digestion promoting food additive in the prior art.
As can be seen from comparison of experimental data of comparative example 2 and examples, the preparation method of the present invention comprises mixing radix Angelicae sinensis powder, fructus Hordei vulgaris powder, inulin, fructus Cannabis powder, and semen Cassiae powder. The food additive prepared by the lotus leaf powder and the radish seed powder and other raw material powder after being fried has quicker and more obvious effect on treating constipation.
Experimental example 2:
the experimental example was used for truly acting the food additive, wherein the food additive prepared in example 1 was added to cooked porridge and cookies, respectively, in an amount of 1% by weight of the food.
Selecting 50 people with constipation at 20-40 years old, and half of male and female, randomly dividing into 2 groups, wherein each group comprises 25 people, and eating porridge and cookies added with food additive respectively as breakfast and supper; the biscuit is snack, and is eaten for four days continuously. The defecation condition of each person every day is recorded, and the condition that whether the drinkers have diarrhea or not is observed. The test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 2 in combination with experimental example 1, the defecation-promoting food additive prepared by the invention can be eaten in combination with various foods, can achieve good treatment effect, and is wide in application range and convenient to eat.
