The present invention is further illustrated by, but is not limited to, the following examples.
Example 1
The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof are as follows:
(1) preparing raw materials: screening fructus Cannabis, semen Sesami Niger and herba Avenae Fatuae, removing impurities, physically removing shells of fructus Cannabis, and baking in oven at 130 deg.C for 30 min.
(2) Weighing and mixing: preparing 10kg of instant food, respectively weighing 3kg of fructus cannabis, 2kg of black sesame, 2kg of oat, 1kg of inulin, 1kg of honey powder and 1kg of maltodextrin, mixing the raw materials, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing.
(3) Crushing and sieving: and (3) crushing the mixture obtained in the step (2), and sieving the crushed mixture with a 50-mesh sieve.
(4) Sterilizing and subpackaging: sterilizing the pulverized mixture, and packaging 30g per bag.
Example 2
The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof are as follows:
(1) preparing raw materials: screening fructus Cannabis, semen Sesami Niger and herba Avenae Fatuae, removing impurities, physically removing shells of fructus Cannabis, and baking in oven at 150 deg.C for 30 min.
(2) Weighing and mixing: preparing 10kg of instant food, respectively weighing 2kg of fructus cannabis, 2kg of black sesame, 3kg of oat, 1kg of inulin, 1.5kg of honey powder and 0.5kg of maltodextrin, mixing the raw materials, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing.
(3) Crushing and sieving: and (3) crushing the mixture obtained in the step (2), and sieving the crushed mixture with a 50-mesh sieve.
(4) Sterilizing and subpackaging: sterilizing the pulverized mixture, and packaging 30g per bag.
Example 3
The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof are as follows:
(1) preparing raw materials: screening fructus Cannabis, semen Sesami Niger and herba Avenae Fatuae, removing impurities, physically removing shells of fructus Cannabis, and baking in oven at 100 deg.C for 30 min.
(2) Weighing and mixing: preparing 10kg of instant food, respectively weighing 4kg of fructus cannabis, 1.5kg of black sesame, 1.5kg of oat, 1kg of inulin, 1kg of honey powder and 1kg of maltodextrin, mixing the raw materials, and fully stirring and uniformly mixing.
(3) Crushing and sieving: and (3) crushing the mixture obtained in the step (2), and sieving the crushed mixture with a 50-mesh sieve.
(4) Sterilizing and subpackaging: sterilizing the pulverized mixture, and packaging 30g per bag.
Experimental example 1 evaluation of Constipation relieving Effect
The products of examples 1, 2 and 3 were evaluated for the effect of relieving constipation, 30 volunteers troubling with constipation were selected and divided into 3 groups of 10 persons each, and the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd volunteers respectively corresponded to the products of examples 1, 2 and 3, each person took 1 time per day, 1 bag per time, took the product with boiled water, and after taking the product continuously for 20 days, the number of constipation relieving persons and the number of adverse reactions after taking the product were counted, and the results are shown in table 1.

The experimental results show that the instant food of the fructus cannabis is safe and effective.
Experimental example 2 evaluation of taste and allaying hunger
The products of examples 1, 2 and 3 were evaluated for taste and allaying hunger, 30 volunteers were randomly selected, and the products of examples 1, 2 and 3 were each taken after trial, and after trial, the taste and allaying hunger were evaluated and scored, and an average comprehensive score (full score of 10) was calculated, and the results are shown in table 2.

As is clear from the experimental results, the instant food of hemp seed of example 1 is preferable because it has good taste, excellent hunger-allaying effect, and the best effect of relieving constipation.

Claims (6)
1. The invention discloses an instant food containing fructus cannabis and a preparation method thereof, wherein the instant food comprises the following raw materials (by mass percent): 20-40% of fructus cannabis, 10-30% of black sesame, 10-30% of oat, 5-15% of inulin, 5-15% of honey powder and 5-10% of auxiliary materials.
2. The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fructus cannabis is fructus cannabis powder; the hemp seeds are screened, physically shelled, dried, baked, crushed and sieved by a 50-mesh sieve.
3. The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the black sesame and oat are black sesame powder and oat powder, and the black sesame and oat flakes are screened, dried, cooked, crushed and sieved with a 50-mesh sieve.
4. An instant food containing fructus Cannabis as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inulin is commercially available Jerusalem artichoke powder, i.e. extract of Jerusalem artichoke (Helianthus tuberosus).
5. The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary material is maltodextrin.
6. The instant food containing fructus cannabis and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: screening fructus Cannabis, semen Sesami Niger and herba Avenae Fatuae, removing impurities, physically removing shells of fructus Cannabis, and oven drying at 80-140 deg.C respectively;
(2) weighing and mixing: respectively mixing fructus Cannabis, semen Sesami Niger, herba Avenae Fatuae, inulin, Mel powder and maltodextrin according to the above proportion, stirring, and mixing well;
(3) crushing and sieving: crushing the mixture in the step (2), and sieving the crushed mixture with a 50-mesh sieve;
(4) sterilizing and subpackaging: sterilizing the pulverized mixture, and packaging in bags.
