本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂及其制备方法,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:有机酸:山梨酸5‑20%、柠檬酸5‑15%、苹果酸2‑10%、富马酸10‑20%,苯甲酸0‑10%;植物精油:肉桂醛或香芹酚中的任一一种,质量百分比为0.5‑3%、百里香酚0.5‑5%、香兰素0.5‑5%;吸附剂3‑6%、乳化阻断剂0.1‑10%、润滑剂0.5‑2%、包材10‑30%、酶制剂0.005‑3%、益生菌0.005‑3%,本发明饲料增加了产品附加值,不仅能够保护有机酸和精油的稳定性,帮助消化吸收,而且能过胃酸,在动物肠道中缓慢释放,增强植物精油的抑菌效果同时改善肠道菌群。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
酸化剂、植物精油和酶制剂被公认为是无毒、无害、无污染的绿色添加剂的典型代表,是目前研究的重点和热点之一。复合酸化剂普遍运用在养殖动物中,其能弥补断奶仔猪生理性产酸不足,进而缓解仔猪的消化吸收不良、营养性腹泻、饲料浪费等问题。但普通酸化剂由于采用的是简单的混合或吸附工艺,裸露的酸易于与饲料中的碱性物质发生反应,而失去抑菌等作用;植物精油具有较好的抗菌、抗病毒特性,无论单独添加或是与抗生素联合使用均可提高抑菌效果。由于植物精油具有易氧化、易挥发等缺点,简单混合的植物精油由于不稳定很难达到相应的效果;因此,探究酸化剂、植物精油和酶制剂的调配以及制备时的处理形式,使其三者发挥最大的功效是复合制剂所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂及其制备方法,能够保护有机酸和精油的稳定性,帮助消化吸收,而且能过胃酸,在动物肠道中缓慢释放,增强植物精油的抑菌效果同时改善肠道菌群。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:有机酸:山梨酸5-20%、柠檬酸5-15%、苹果酸2-10%、富马酸10-20%,苯甲酸0-10%、中链脂肪酸1-10%;植物精油:肉桂醛或香芹酚中的任一种,质量百分比为0.5-3%、百里香酚0.5-5%、香兰素0.5-5%;吸附剂3-6%、乳化阻断剂0.1-10%、润滑剂0.5-2%、包材10-30%、酶制剂0.005-3%、益生菌0.005-3%。
进一步的,所述吸附剂为白炭黑或蒙脱石中的一种;乳化阻断剂为麦芽糊精、胶化淀粉、微晶纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素至少一种,若为多种时,麦芽糊精:胶化淀粉:微晶纤维素:乙基纤维素:羟丙基甲基纤维素的比例为(0-2):1:(0-0.2):0.1:(0-0.2),润滑剂为白炭黑、滑石粉或硬脂酸镁中的任意一种;包材为氢化脂肪;酶制剂为纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶中的至少一种,若为多种时,纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:β-葡聚糖酶:甘露聚糖酶的比例为(0-2):(0-1):(0-0.3):0.2:(0-0.5);益生菌为乳酸杆菌、粪链球菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌中的至少一种,若为多种时,乳酸杆菌:粪链球菌:芽孢杆菌:酵母菌的比例为(10-100):1:10:1。除芽孢杆菌外其余菌体在胃酸中存活的概率很小,复合菌经过处理后使菌体尽可能的在肠道内发挥作用。
一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将植物精油和中链脂肪酸用吸附剂吸附后与其他固态有机酸在混合机混合后,加入润滑剂,混合过程中加入乳化阻断剂调整粘度,在旋转挤压或摇摆制粒机进行制粒,然后进入抛圆工序进行抛圆,转速50rpm,收集样品在流化床制粒干燥包衣机中干燥包衣,控制流化床进风温度45℃,风机频率30HZ,喷枪压力0.1-0.2Mpa,完成后在混合机中与酶制剂、益生菌颗粒混合后筛分包装入库。
本发明在现有配方中加入了苯甲酸,其广谱抑菌,可有效控制腹泻并促生长,与精油同时使用增强抑菌效果。苯甲酸以分子形式发挥抑菌性能,通过包被技术处理后,保证苯甲酸在肠道更多以分子形式存在,高效了发挥苯甲酸的效价。在现有配方中还加入了中链脂肪酸,中链脂肪酸(Medium-chain fatty acid,MCFA)是指含有6-12个碳原子的饱和脂肪酸,具有碳链较短、分子较小、极性和水溶性较高等特点。其在动物体内的消化、吸收、转运、氧化等都具有特点,可以起到迅速供能、改善脂肪沉积、改善胰岛素敏感性、提高畜产品品质、抑菌及调整肠道菌群和结构等作用。MCFA在肝细胞中氧化产生大量的乙酰CoA,乙酰CoA可以与配方中柠檬酸,L-苹果酸一起在线粒体内进行三羧酸循环,快速氧化供能,同时也生成酮体进入血液,使血液中酮体含量升高,酮体能够被心肌、骨骼肌及大脑等组织作为能源物质利用,因此可以减少体内糖原和蛋白质的消耗,减少氮排出量,而MCFA很少重新酯化为MCT,因此直接补饲MCFA 也不会影响动物体脂脂肪酸的组成。MCFA由于其独特的抑菌原理,使细菌不易产生耐药性,利用其替代抗生素将来亦或成为重要的途径之一。中链脂肪酸与配方中的其他酸和精油协同作用下,效果最佳。
本发明具有的优点是:
1.本发明的配方及制备方法增加了产品的附加值,不仅能够保护有机酸和精油的稳定性,帮助消化吸收,而且能过胃酸,在动物肠道中缓慢释放,增强植物精油的抑菌效果同时改善肠道菌群,实际使用效果优异,在实际应用中,料肉比下降的同时,动物平均日增重明显上升;
2.本发明中酶催化作用具有高效、专一、条件温和、催化活性可控等优点,酶中具有催化活性的蛋白质是由活性细胞产生的,存在于动物、微生物以及植物体内,饲用酶制剂能有效提升饲料的利用率,促进动物的生长发育和生产性能发挥,是一种绿色环保型的饲料添加剂,在饲料中添加外源酶制剂还可以弥补内源酶的严重不足,迅速改善动物的消化能力,提高全价饲料的利用率,并提高其在基本胁迫条件下的生产性能, 它还可以反馈结果,以积极促进内源性酶的细胞分泌和细胞活性,还可以消除一些特殊的抗补充营养因子,降低浓缩营养素的利用率。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:有机酸:山梨酸5-20%、柠檬酸5-15%、苹果酸2-10%、富马酸10-20%、苯甲酸0-10%、中链脂肪酸1-10%;植物精油:肉桂醛或香芹酚中的任一种,质量百分比为0.5-3%、百里香酚0.5-5%、香兰素0.5-5%;吸附剂3-6%、乳化阻断剂0.1-10%、润滑剂0.5-2%、包材10-30%、酶制剂0.005-3%、益生菌0.005-3%;所述吸附剂为白炭黑或蒙脱石中的一种;乳化阻断剂为胶化淀粉、微晶纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素,比例为10:1:1:1。润滑剂为白炭黑、滑石粉或硬脂酸镁中的任意一种;包材为氢化脂肪;酶制剂为纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、B一葡聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶,比例为1:1:0.2:0.2:0.1;益生菌为乳酸杆菌、粪链球菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌,菌落数比值约为:80:1:10:1。
一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将植物精油和中链脂肪酸用吸附剂吸附后与其他固态有机酸在混合机混合后,加入润滑剂,混合过程中加入乳化阻断剂调整粘度,在旋转挤压或摇摆制粒机进行制粒,然后进入抛圆工序进行抛圆,转速50rpm,收集样品在流化床制粒干燥包衣机中干燥包衣,控制流化床进风温度45℃,风机频率30HZ,喷枪压力0.1-0.2Mpa,完成后在混合机中与酶制剂、益生菌颗粒混合后筛分包装入库。
应用效果实验
根据国家标准要求,选择健康、采食正常、品种一致、初始体重相近的30日龄断奶仔猪分成对照组和实验组,对照组饲喂对照组饲料,实验组喂养本申请实施例饲料,在试验开始和结束时对猪进行称重。用于计算平均日增重和饲料转化效率。每天记录腹泻、疾病、治疗和死淘情况。试验周期为10天;对照组饲喂饲料配方为:有机酸原料:山梨酸5-20%、柠檬酸5-15%、苹果酸2-10%、富马酸10-20%;植物精油原料:肉桂醛或香兰素或香芹酚中的任意一种,质量含量为1-5%、百里香酚2-5%;吸附剂:二氧化硅或白炭黑或蛭石或海泡石中的任意一种,质量含量为2-8%;粘合剂:糊精乳糖或胶化淀粉或纤维素中的任意一种或多种,质量含量百分比为2-5%;润滑剂:白炭黑、滑石粉或硬脂酸镁中的任意一种,质量百分比为1-3%;包材:氢化脂肪10-30%。通过湿法制粒制成颗粒,使其具有缓释效果;将对照组与本申请实施例制备的饲料同时饲喂,实验结果见表1:
Claims (3)
1.一种酸、精油、酶及益生菌复合制剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料制成:有机酸:山梨酸5-20%、柠檬酸5-15%、苹果酸2-10%、富马酸10-20%,苯甲酸0-10%、中链脂肪酸1-10%;植物精油:肉桂醛或香芹酚中的任一种,质量百分比为0.5-3%、百里香酚0.5-5%、香兰素0.5-5%;吸附剂3-6%、乳化阻断剂0.1-10%、润滑剂0.5-2%、包材10-30%、酶制剂0.005-3%、益生菌0.005-3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的酸、精油及酶复合制剂,其特征在于:所述吸附剂为白炭黑或蒙脱石中的一种;乳化阻断剂为麦芽糊精、胶化淀粉、微晶纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素中的至少一种,润滑剂为白炭黑、滑石粉或硬脂酸镁中的任意一种;包材为氢化脂肪;酶制剂为纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶中的至少一种;益生菌为乳酸杆菌、粪链球菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1-2任一所述的酸、精油及酶复合制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将植物精油和中链脂肪酸用吸附剂吸附后与其他固态有机酸在混合机混合后,加入润滑剂,混合过程中加入乳化阻断剂调整粘度,在旋转挤压或摇摆制粒机进行制粒,然后进入抛圆工序进行抛圆,转速50rpm,收集样品在流化床制粒干燥包衣机中干燥包衣,控制流化床进风温度45℃,风机频率30HZ,喷枪压力0.1-0.2Mpa,完成后在混合机中与酶制剂、益生菌颗粒混合后筛分包装入库。
