Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,所属IPC分类号为A61K8/92,具体涉及一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油及其制备方法。卸妆油的原料包括2wt%~10wt%的有效成分和90wt%~98wt%的主体成分,所述有效成分为含水乳化剂和水溶性活性物;所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(0.5~5)。本发明的卸妆油中,可以添加水溶性活性物,并且相较于现有技术中的活性物质的添加量更高了,在添加更高的活性物质的时候还不会影响卸妆油的卸妆效果,卸妆油能够正常使用,加水卸妆后,入眼刺激有明显改善。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,所属IPC分类号为A61K8/92,具体涉及一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的卸妆产品有卸妆膏、卸妆油、卸妆乳、卸妆水,其中卸妆油几乎是由油脂制成,清洁力度极强,因此受到消费者的欢迎,卸妆油主要由油脂和乳化剂制备而成。对卸妆油的评价指标主要是是卸妆力和温和性以及洗后感,为了增加卸妆油的更多的性质,目前会向油脂体系中加入油溶性的活性物去提高舒缓效果,但是油溶性的活性物保湿,抗氧化类较多,很少油溶性的活性物的主要作用是舒缓,抗敏,所以对活性物的选择较少。
专利CN108938464B中使用植物油和乳化剂制备了一种深层清洁温和卸妆油,虽然其具有较好的卸妆效果,但是其使用了较多的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、蔗糖月桂酸酯等乳化剂,其温和性较差,并且其也没有很好的客户卸妆油舒缓抗敏性能较差的缺陷。
发明内容
一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,原料包括2wt%~10wt%的有效成分和90wt%~98wt%的主体成分,所述有效成分为含水乳化剂和水溶性活性物;所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(0.5~5)。
含水乳化剂指的是乳化剂中含有水,在本发明中,含水乳化剂中含有20wt%~40wt%的水。
在本发明中的一些实施方式中,所述含水乳化剂中含有40wt%的水,具体的所述含水乳化剂由40wt%的水、10wt%的月桂基葡糖苷、20wt%的椰油基葡糖苷、30wt%的聚甘油-6月桂酸酯制备得。
水溶性活性物是指能够水中溶解的活性物;所述水溶性活性物选择植物提取物、葡聚糖、泛醇、红没药醇、多肽中的至少一种。根据本发明的发明构思可以知道使用的植物提取物、葡聚糖、红没药醇、泛醇、多肽均为水溶性的物质,并且植物提取物、葡聚糖、泛醇、多肽可以以混合物的方式使用。
目前市面上常常会在卸妆油体系中加入油溶性的活性物,但是这种油溶性的活性物常常是具有保湿、抗氧化的效果,其舒缓抗炎的效果较差,如果在卸妆油体系中加入水溶性活性物的会影响卸妆油体系的稳定性和透明度从而降低卸妆油的卸妆力和洗后感降低。申请人经过大量研究发现,在本发明体系中使用特定的乳化剂与水溶性活性相互协同作用增加不但不会降低卸妆油的透明度,还能够增加卸妆后的卸妆力、温和感和洗后感,更重要的是能够使得卸妆油具有优异的舒缓抗炎的功效。
在一些实施方式中,所述植物提取物选择欧锦葵花提取物、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物、忍冬花提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁、白茯苓提取液、淫羊藿提取物、芍药根提取物、泽兰提取物、春榆根提取物、无花果提取物、积雪草提取物、高山火绒草提取物、麦冬根提取物、山茶花提取物、冬凌草提取物、人参提取物、薏米提取物、银杏叶提取物、藏红花提取物、西葫芦籽提取物、欧洲椴花提取物、香薷提取物、母菊花提取物、紫花地丁提取物、龙胆提取物中的至少一种;在本发明中的植物提取物包括但不限于以上的植物提取物,具有舒缓、抗敏功效类的或溶性的植物提取物均适用于本发明体系。
在本发明中,植物提取物可以单独一种植物提取物直接使用,其可以自制得到,也可以通过市售得到,在一些实施方式中,所述植物提取物为龙胆提取物,所述龙胆提取物为广州伽能的龙胆(GENTIANA SCABRA)提取物;在另外一些实施方式中,所述植物提取物为藏红花提取物,所述藏红花提取物为ID Bio的藏红花360°舒敏因子。
在本发明中,所述植物提取物可以混合得到,可以通过自制或市售得到的植物提取物混合使用,还可以直接通过市售得到,在一些实施方式中,所述植物提取物为母菊花提取物、欧锦葵花提取物、芍药根提取物、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物、忍冬花提取物、紫花地丁提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁的混合物A;所述混合物A为ID Bio的欧舒敏。
本发明的葡聚糖、泛醇、红没药醇均可通过市售得到,在一些实施方式中,所述红没药醇可购自奇华顿。
在一些实施方式中,所述卸妆油的原料包括3wt%~6wt%的有效成分和94wt%~97wt%的主体成分;进一步优选的,所述卸妆油的原料包括3wt%~5wt%的有效成分和95wt%~97wt%的主体成分。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(1~4);进一步优选的,所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(1~2);更进一步优选的,所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:1.5。
申请人发现,在本发明中必须要严格控制含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的比例和添加量,当体系中加入过多量的含水乳化剂时不但导致卸妆油的成本变高,同时使得卸妆有变得不透明,可能是因为添加过量的含水乳化剂使得不能够很好与体系相容在一起;但是当含水乳化剂的加入量太少的时候,乳化变白效果与速度都会变差,同时卸妆力也会变差,此时体系中加入水溶性活性物也不能够很好的融合。
在一些实施方式中,所述主体成分包括植物油脂和合成油脂;所述植物油脂与合成油脂的重量比为1:(0.8~3);优选的,所述植物油脂与合成油脂的重量比为1:(1~2);更一步优选的,所述植物油脂与合成油脂的重量比为1:1.5。
在一些实施方式中,所述植物油脂选自霍霍巴籽油、澳洲坚果籽油、葡萄籽油、白池花籽油、椰子油、向日葵籽油、蓖麻子油、鳄梨油、橄榄油、玉米油、牛油果树果脂、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、茶树油中的至少一种;作为优选的,所述植物油脂为向日葵籽油;所述向日葵籽油可通过臻恒购买得到,其型号为SUN FLOWER Oil Refined向日葵(HELIANTHUSANNUUS)籽油。
在一些实施方式中,所述合成油脂选自丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、甘油三酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、三柠檬酸酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、油醇芥酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、八棕榈酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、椰油酸癸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯、辛酸丙基庚酯、C15-19烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯碳酸二辛酯中的至少一种。
作为优选的,所述合成油脂为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、八棕榈酸酯的组合物;所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、八棕榈酸酯、C15-19烷的重量比为1:(0.5~3):(0.5~2):(0.5~1.2);进一步优选的,所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、八棕榈酸酯、C15-19烷的重量比为1:1:1:1。
所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯可通过OLEON购买得到,其销售型号为Radia7104GTCC;所述甘油三异硬脂酸酯可通过禾大购买得到,其销售型号为CITHROL 10GTIS-LQ-(MV)PEG-20;所述八棕榈酸酯可通过BASF购买得到,其销售型号为2EHP;所述C15-19烷可通过赛比克购买得到。其销售型号为EMOGREENL15。
使用油脂能够很好的清除油性化妆品,合成油脂具有不油腻清爽的特点,但是合成油脂中的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯具有一定的刺激性,但是本发明中的卸妆油在使用时具有较好的温和性,一方面可能是因为本发明中通过特定的乳化剂、天然油脂、PEG-20相互协同作用消除了辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯带来的刺激性,另一方面也可能是因为在本发明中的水溶性活性物能够抵消辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯带来的刺激性,并带来舒缓抗炎的效果。
现有技术中的卸妆组合物中还会加入一些水,在一些验证的实施方式中,所述主体成分中还包括水;所述水的重量:(植物油脂+合成油脂)的重量=(0.5~10):(80~96.5);优选的,所述水的重量:(植物油脂+合成油脂)的重量=(1~3):(91~96);进一步优选的,所述水的重量:(植物油脂+合成油脂)的重量=1:96。
经过申请人大量研究发现,在本发明体系中加入少量的水使制备得到的卸妆油在使用的时候可湿手卸妆(指不需要干手揉搓),但是使用后发现加入水后会使得乳化效果变差、卸妆力降低,并且卸妆油也会变得特别粘稠,可能是因为加入水后,水使得乳化剂和PEG-20增溶更多的水,降低了体系中的油脂和乳化剂与彩妆污垢的溶解能力。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将主体成分、水溶性活性物搅拌均匀后升温至65~75℃加入含水乳化剂保温搅拌至透明后,降到常温即得到舒缓抗炎的卸妆油。
在实验中发现,在制备卸妆油的时候,如果不升温65~75℃加入含水乳化剂,卸妆油最终不透明。
本发明有益效果至少包括:
(1)乳化速度快,加水即刻变白,且变白程度很强;
(2)与现有技术相比,可以添加水溶性活性物,并且相较于现有技术中的活性物质的添加量更高了,在添加更高的活性物质的时候还不会影响卸妆油的卸妆效果,卸妆油能够正常使用,加水卸妆后,入眼刺激有明显改善;
(3)卸妆油使用后更更清爽,减少油膜感,避免油脂残留,减少后续油脂残留导致的闷痘,过敏等情况,同时卸妆油还具有良好的温和型。

以下给出本发明的具体实施例,但本发明不受实施例的限制;另外,如果没有特殊说明,本发明中的原料均可由市售得到。
实施例1
一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,原料包括3wt%的有效成分和97wt%的主体成分;所述有效成分为含水乳化剂和水溶性活性物;所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:2;所述含水乳化剂由40wt%的水、10wt%的月桂基葡糖苷、20wt%的椰油基葡糖苷、30wt%的聚甘油-6月桂酸酯制备得;所述水溶性活性物为植物提取物;所述植物提取物为母菊花提取物、欧锦葵花提取物、芍药根提取物、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物、忍冬花提取物、紫花地丁提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁的混合物A;所述混合物A为ID Bio的欧舒敏;所述主体成分包括植物油脂和合成油脂;所述植物油脂与合成油脂的重量比为1:1.5;所述植物油脂为向日葵籽油;所述合成油脂为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、八棕榈酸酯的组合物;所述辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、八棕榈酸酯、C15-19烷的重量比为1:1:1:1;所述主体成分中还包括水;所述水的重量:(植物油脂+合成油脂)的重量=1:96;所述舒缓抗炎的卸妆油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将主体成分、水溶性活性物搅拌均匀后升温至70℃加入含水乳化剂保温搅拌至透明后,降到常温即得到舒缓抗炎的卸妆油。

性能测试
1.外观
由实验室20名经验的研发人员,观察其实施例1~5中卸妆油的透明度,最后对透明度进行打分,总分为5分,四舍五入取平均分,分数越高,透明度越好;
由实验室20名经验的研发人员,观察其实施例1~5中卸妆油的粘稠情况,最后对粘稠情况进行打分,总分为5分,四舍五入取平均分,分数越高,卸妆油越不粘稠。
2.卸妆能力测试
测试人员:化有完美日记的唇釉、KISS ME的睫毛膏、花西子的口红、小奥汀的眼线笔、肉眼观察彩妆的20名人员。
分别使用实施例1~5中的卸妆油进行卸妆,每次使用的时候取相同的用量。
使用方法:保持双手干燥,将卸妆油倒在手掌心,将卸妆油捂热,然后然打圈的方式涂满唇部和眼部,打圈按摩1分钟后在在掌心加1元硬币大小的清水,打圈按摩30秒,最后用水进行冲洗。最后对测试结果进行打分,总分为5分,四舍五入取平均分,分数越高,效果越好,测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,原料包括2wt%~10wt%的有效成分和90wt%~98wt%的主体成分,所述有效成分为含水乳化剂和水溶性活性物;所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(0.5~5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,含水乳化剂中含有20wt%~40wt%的水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述水溶性活性物选择植物提取物、葡聚糖、泛醇、红没药醇、多肽中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述植物提取物选择欧锦葵花提取物、欧蒲公英根茎/根提取物、忍冬花提取物、库拉索芦荟叶汁、白茯苓提取液、淫羊藿提取物、芍药根提取物、泽兰提取物、春榆根提取物、无花果提取物、积雪草提取物、高山火绒草提取物、麦冬根提取物、山茶花提取物、冬凌草提取物、人参提取物、薏米提取物、银杏叶提取物、藏红花提取物、西葫芦籽提取物、欧洲椴花提取物、香薷提取物、母菊花提取物、紫花地丁提取物、龙胆提取物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述卸妆油的原料包括3wt%~6wt%的有效成分和94wt%~97wt%的主体成分。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述含水乳化剂与水溶性活性物的重量比为1:(1~4)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述主体成分包括植物油脂和合成油脂;所述植物油脂与合成油脂的重量比为1:(0.8~3)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述植物油脂选自霍霍巴籽油、澳洲坚果籽油、葡萄籽油、白池花籽油、椰子油、向日葵籽油、蓖麻子油、鳄梨油、橄榄油、玉米油、牛油果树果脂、杏仁油、小麦胚芽油、茶树油中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油,其特征在于,所述合成油脂选自丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、甘油三酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、季戊四醇四(乙基己酸)酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、癸二酸二异丙酯、三柠檬酸酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、油醇芥酸酯、异壬酸异壬酯、八棕榈酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、椰油酸癸酯、椰油醇-辛酸酯/癸酸酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯、辛酸丙基庚酯、C15-19烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯碳酸二辛酯中的至少一种。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种舒缓抗炎的卸妆油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将主体成分、水溶性活性物搅拌均匀后升温至65~75℃加入含水乳化剂保温搅拌至透明后,降到常温即得到舒缓抗炎的卸妆油。
