The essence with the effects of relieving skin inflammation and repairing skin inflammation in the embodiment comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) accurately weighing 3 parts by weight of radix scutellariae extract, 3 parts by weight of radix paeoniae alba extract, 0.5 part by weight of beta-glucan, 18 parts by weight of humectant and 85 parts by weight of deionized water, fully mixing and uniformly stirring to prepare A4 phase;
(2) accurately weighing 5 parts by weight of ceramide compound, 5 parts by weight of ergothioneine and 3 parts by weight of kava root extract, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a B4 phase;
(3) and adding the phase B4 into the phase A4, uniformly stirring the mixture in a stirring kettle at the temperature of 30-45 ℃ and the rotating speed of 900-1200 r/min, and cooling the mixture to room temperature after stirring to obtain the essence with the effects of relieving the dermatitis and repairing the dermatitis.
Examples of the experiments
80 male volunteers and 80 female volunteers with the age range of 25-40 years are selected as experimental objects, wherein the skins of the 80 male volunteers and the 80 female volunteers have inflammatory manifestations with different degrees.
Example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, example 5, example 6, comparative example 1, comparative example 2 were given to 5 male volunteers and 5 female volunteers, respectively, for application.
Every seven days is set as a test period and is continuously used for one month. The volunteers of each group were examined for signs of skin inflammation at the end of each test period and the average score of all volunteers in each group was calculated. When the score is given, 0 score represents no inflammation of the skin, 1 score represents mild inflammation, 2 score represents moderate inflammation, and 3 score represents severe inflammation, and the examination results shown in table 1 are obtained after statistics.
The period 0 indicates the detection time corresponding to the score when the experiment is not started.
