The disinfectant comprises, by weight, 40-70 parts of quaternary ammonium salt, 5-20 parts of alcohol, 0.1-5 parts of chelating agent, 0.1-5 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 0.1-10 parts of nonionic surfactant.
The quaternary ammonium salt is one or the combination of benzalkonium chloride, alkyl trimethyl ammonium carbonate and didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
The alcohol is one or more of ethanol, sorbitol or phenoxyethanol.
The nonionic surfactant is one or more of AEO-7, AEO-9, APG0812, PEG400, dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, and polyoxyethylene nonyl phenyl ether.
The corrosion inhibitor is sulfonated lignin or polyaspartic acid.
The chelating agent is one of alpha-glucoheptonate or EDTA salt.
The pH of the disinfectant is 7.2-7.8.
The preparation method of the disinfectant comprises the steps of weighing the disinfectant according to parts by weight; adding the mixture into deionized water in a stirring tank, and stirring; adding corrosion inhibitor and surfactant to dissolve uniformly; adding chelating agent, and stirring.
The first embodiment is as follows: 30% of benzalkonium chloride;
30% of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride;
10% of sorbitol;
0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol;
2% of ethylenediamine tetraacetate;
1% of polyaspartic acid;
AEO-92%;
and 24.5% of deionized water.
Example two: 30% of benzalkonium chloride;
30% of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride;
40% of deionized water;
the accelerated stability test was carried out according to the method of "Disinfection Specification" (2002 edition 2.2.1.2.14), and the accelerated test was carried out for 14 days using a constant temperature incubator at 54 ℃ with an initial effective compound quaternary ammonium salt content of 385g/L, the effective quaternary ammonium salt content became 384.3g/L after 14 days in example one, the reduction rate was 0.2%, and the effective quaternary ammonium salt content became 379.6g/L after 14 days in example two, the reduction rate was 1.4%.
The first embodiment reduces the rate of decrease of effective disinfecting ingredients and makes the product more stable.
The test was carried out according to the method of Disinfection Specification-2002 edition 2.2.4, and corrosion tests were carried out using carbon steel (GB 700-65), stainless steel (GB1220-75), and aluminum (GB 1173-74). The surface of the metal sheet was polished with 120 # sandpaper, and the metal sheet was immersed for 72 hours (every 24 hours for changing the solution) using the samples of examples one and two, rinsed with deionized water and absolute ethanol, air-dried, and weighed, and the test results of the corrosion rates of the three materials are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The corrosiveness of the two pairs of metals in the first comparative example and the second comparative example are reduced, wherein the corrosion rate of the two pairs of aluminum (GB1173-74) in the example is 0.1063mm/a and is moderate corrosion, the corrosion rate of the two pairs of aluminum (GB1173-74) in the example is 0.0163mm/a and is mild corrosion, and the corrosion rate of the two pairs of aluminum (GB1173-74) in the example is reduced. The corrosion rate of the example to carbon steel is reduced compared with the example two.
The first example reduces the corrosion of the complex quaternary ammonium salt to metals after addition of additives, wherein the corrosion rate reduction is more obvious for aluminum and carbon steel.
Example three: 30% of benzalkonium chloride;
30% of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride;
10% of sorbitol;
0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol;
4% of sodium alpha-glucoheptonate;

and 21.5% of deionized water.
Example four: 30% of benzalkonium chloride;
30% of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride;
40% of deionized water.
The results of the tests according to the "Disinfection Specification" 2002 edition comparing the third and fourth examples are shown in tables 2 and 3.
TABLE 2
TABLE 3
Comparing the third embodiment with the fourth embodiment, selecting a candida albicans test with stronger resistance, killing by using a suspension method, simultaneously diluting the candida albicans test with water according to the proportion of 1: 10000, wherein the killing rate is close to 2 minutes, and after 10 minutes, the killing rate of the third embodiment is higher than that of the fourth embodiment.
Comparing the third embodiment with the fourth embodiment, the Escherichia coli suspension sterilization test is selected, after organic interference machine BSA with different concentrations is added, and 30g/L or more BSA interference agent is added, the 10-minute killing rate of the third embodiment on Escherichia coli is still more than 99.9999%, and the killing rate of the fourth embodiment on Escherichia coli is reduced.
Example three slightly increased the kill rate of the disinfectant at the same quaternary ammonium salt concentration as example four. And the organic interferents are added, so that the influence of the organic interferents on the third embodiment is obviously reduced, and the sterilization effect and the sterilization stability of the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant are improved.
The effect of the disinfectant is proved by comparing the stability of the pure ammonium salt or alcohol and the corrosivity of the disinfectant on metal materials by using data in four embodiments.
