Abstract

Description

背景技术
如果系统压力上升至阀门的设定压力以上,减压阀会从系统中排出一定量的蒸汽、气体或流体。因此,这种阀门用于保护压力系统,以使压力系统保持安全状态,免受潜在的、未经授权的系统压力增加带来的损害。安全阀在最大压力增加至设定压力的10%时达到其全部排放能力。对于可压缩材料,安全阀的关闭压力最大为初始开启压力(设定压力)的10%,对于不可压缩材料,则小于20%。
现有技术的传统阀门需要进行一组调整,以便在装配阶段安装弹簧后,以适当的压力打开阀门。因此,这种阀门需要额外的调节件。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种安全阀或减压阀(PRV:Pressure Relief Valve),其被设计为在组合锅炉和类似设备中使用,并用于控制或限制系统压力。减压阀在流体压力较为重要的系统中通常被用作安全装置,其通过从系统中排放流体或在压力升高时的紧急情况下中断流体输送,从而降低系统压力。
一般在轴的端部形成圆盘状或椭圆形的孔和圆锥形的塞子,也称为阀体。本发明的减压阀包括后盖板(2),后盖板(2)通过爪形结构附接于主体(6),并且该减压阀由完全可回收的热塑性材料制成。本发明的减压阀包括:弹簧(3)、主体(6)、以及手轮(1)。系统压力会影响表面积,并在阀门的打开方向上产生力。该减压阀包括位于阀门后侧的弹簧(3),以平衡所述力。传统的减压阀不包括任何指示器,因此需要一个显示管路压力的压力表,以将阀门调节至所需的压力水平。在本发明的减压阀的工艺阶段,通过精确测量对弹簧(3)进行自动测量,从而消除了对最终产品的任何调整件的需要、在生产线终端重新调整的必要性、以及由于校准误差导致的任何进一步的调整。
在本发明的减压阀中使用的隔膜(5)作为辅助O环而发挥作用,用于提供静态密封。本发明的减压阀的隔膜(5)具有柔软的结构,如O环一样阻挡水的通过,从而提供100%的密封。当阀门关闭时,隔膜(5)保留在主体(6)和隔膜保持器(4)之间,并通过其柔软的结构粘附在阀体上,从而阻断水的通过。
当阀门打开时,水可能会朝向出口前进。隔膜(5)可以利用其自身形状防止任何潜在的泄漏,并且隔膜(5)能够作为辅助O环而发挥作用。
本发明的减压阀的后盖板(2)的爪形结构消除了在将其组装到主体(6)的过程中对任何拧紧工序的需要。本发明的减压阀的特征在于,由于后盖板(2)使用爪而不是螺钉,因而在隔膜(5)上进行安装时不使用垫圈。
可以在图7所示的剖视图(图7)中观察本发明的减压阀的部件。本发明的减压阀包括:手轮(1),其主要用于保持旋转机构的旋转运动;后盖板(2),通过其爪形结构,无需任何螺栓或螺钉即可组装,并将其他部件保持在主体(6)内;弹簧(3),其位于阀门后侧,用于平衡系统压力在阀门打开方向上对阀门表面区域产生的力;隔膜保持器(4),其用于保持与插入弹簧(3)的端部在同一轴线上移动的密封元件;隔膜(5),其提供密封性以防止水向内或向外泄漏;主体(6),其容纳构成本发明减压阀的部件;以及O环(7),其包括具有柔软结构的部件,该结构完全粘附在表面上,确保安装减压阀的区域的密封性。本发明的减压阀的特征在于,其所有部件均由可回收的热塑性材料制成,并且该减压阀包括爪形结构。

1.一种减压阀,其特征在于,包括:
手轮(1)、后盖板(2)、弹簧(3)、隔膜保持器(4)、隔膜(5)、主体(6)、以及O环(7),
其中,上述所有部件均由可回收的热塑性材料制成,
所述减压阀具有爪形结构,在组装阶段不需要任何额外的调节件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减压阀,其特征在于,所述后盖板(2)由热塑性材料制成,该热塑性材料通过所述后盖板的爪状结构附接于所述主体(6),无需在垫圈上使用额外的垫片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减压阀,其特征在于,在各个过程中,通过精确测量对所述弹簧(3)进行自动测量,因而不会出现校准误差,无需向最终产品提供任何额外的调整件,也无需在生产线终端执行任何读数调整工序或任何进一步的调整。
