本发明公开了一种新型渔网坠及其制备方法,新型渔网坠按重量份数计包括如下原材料:塑性树脂10~19份,钢丸81~90份。其制备方法的步骤是:S1、使用与注塑机相配套的双色母机,在注塑机储料过程中定时定量把塑性树脂和钢丸输送入注塑机的进料口中;S2、利用注塑机主螺杆储料过程中的旋转把塑性树脂和钢丸均匀混合;S3、注入模具成型,得到所述的新型渔网坠。本发明本发明解决了目前高温熔化金属材料、浇铸成型制作渔网坠过程中出现的污染大、能耗高、制作工艺复杂、生产成本高的技术缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及渔网渔具技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型渔网坠及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在渔网渔具中普遍使用的渔网坠多采用铁、铅、铜、不锈钢等纯金属制成,其优点是比重高,但制备工艺污染大,能耗高。在这个强调降低碳排放和能源消耗的时代,这种纯金属的渔网坠属于高能耗和高耗材的产品,表现在生产、使用过程中对环境有污染,并且易氧化生锈,使用寿命短。因此需要采用新的合成材料制备渔网坠,使其具有制备工艺简便、生产效率高、无污染的优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种新型渔网坠及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种新型渔网坠,按重量份数计包括如下原材料:塑性树脂10~19份,钢丸81~90份。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述塑性树脂选自聚丙烯(简称PP)、聚乙烯(简称PE)、聚苯乙烯(简称ps)(简称aps)其中的两种,其中一种材料的质量份数比为10~20,另一种材料的质量份数为80~100。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,钢丸是抛丸工艺成型的圆形钢珠,所述钢丸粒径为30~50目。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,本发明提供一种新型渔网坠的制备方法,该制备方法的步骤为:
S1、使用与注塑机相配套的双色母机,在注塑机储料过程中定时定量把塑性树脂和钢丸输送入注塑机的进料口中;
S2、利用注塑机主螺杆储料过程中的旋转把塑性树脂和钢丸均匀混合;
S3、注入模具成型,得到所述的新型渔网坠。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
本发明提供了由与注塑机配套的双色母机按比例输送塑性树脂和钢丸,注塑机注塑成型渔网坠的制作方法。运用于渔网坠的加工制作。本发明解决了目前高温熔化金属材料、浇铸成型制作渔网坠过程中出现的污染大、能耗高、制作工艺复杂、生产成本高的技术缺陷。本发明提供了运用具有无毒、可塑、耐腐蚀、耐水、高强度韧性特性的塑性树脂和具有大比重特性的钢丸相结合制作渔网坠改变现有的运用一种金属材料制作渔网坠。

3.如权利要求1所述的新型渔网坠,其特征在于:钢丸是抛丸工艺成型的圆形钢珠,所述钢丸粒径为30~50目。
4.一种如权利要求1至3所述新型渔网坠的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法的步骤为:
S1、使用与注塑机相配套的双色母机,在注塑机储料过程中定时定量把塑性树脂和钢丸输送入注塑机的进料口中;
S2、利用注塑机主螺杆储料过程中的旋转把塑性树脂和钢丸均匀混合;
