The first aspect of the application provides a frosted hand sanitizer composition which has strong cleaning capability and can remove industrial heavy greasy dirt and paint; the cleaning efficiency is high, repeated scrubbing is not needed, and skin damage can be reduced; the environment-friendly type water-based paint is environment-friendly, and can be degraded in components without polluting the environment.
Current hand washes are used either for removal of industrial heavy oils only or for removal of paint only, but no report has been found of hand washes that remove industrial heavy oils and paint simultaneously. The inventors have found that this is due to the fact that the main components of the oil stains and the paint are different, which respectively correspond to completely different cleaning schemes, which results in that the respectively corresponding hand sanitizer formulations cannot be used universally. Specifically, the main components of the greasy dirt are grease, oil products, skin grease and the like, and a surfactant is required to be added for emulsification and decontamination, so that the greasy dirt has no effect on paint; the main component of the paint is resin, and the paint needs to be dissolved and decontaminated by adding a solvent, so that the paint has an insignificant effect on greasy dirt; in addition, paint removal products commonly contain large amounts of organic solvents, such as 3M, le, and other brands of hand wash pastes, which have a pungent odor, are not environmentally friendly, and have poor feel in use.
According to the application, by adopting the coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide with proper addition amount, and matching with liquid carbomer for crosslinking and thickening, and matching with an emulsifier, an alcohol solvent, a plant source solvent and frosted particles with proper particle sizes, the frosted hand sanitizer composition with a relatively simple formula is obtained, the effects of removing heavy oil stains and paint can be simultaneously realized, and the hand sanitizer composition is particularly suitable for hand cleaning of a steam repair worker (the working environment of the steam repair worker needs to be contacted with industrial engine oil and to be subjected to paint spraying operation, and the hands of a worker are easy to be stained with heavy oil stains and paint); the frosted hand sanitizer also has excellent environmental protection.
As used herein, "environmental protection" means that the ingredients of the abrasive hand sanitizer composition of the present application are natural products or non-natural degradable materials, and "degradable" means that the resulting effluent is biodegradable in nature after cleaning with the composition.
In a first aspect of the application, there is provided a hand sanitizer composition comprising at least 50% by weight water, and further comprising: 7-9% of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 5-10% of emulsifying agent, 4-6% of alcohol solvent, 2-4% of liquid carbomer, 5-15% of plant source solvent and 8-13% of frosted particles in percentage by mass;
the abrasive particles are natural inorganic materials.
Coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide is a nonionic surfactant which can be added into hand sanitizer to achieve wetting and dispersing properties, but has poor cleaning ability when used alone. According to the application, the coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide with proper addition is adopted to enable the coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide to have spontaneous thickening characteristics, and is matched with the liquid carbomer with proper addition to further crosslink and thicken, so that the frosted particles in the components are well supported under the double thickening effect, and are prevented from sedimentation.
In some embodiments of the application, coconut fatty acid diethanolamide is surfactant 6501 or surfactant 6502.
In some embodiments of the application, the model number of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide is type 1:1.

In the present application, the liquid carbomers can be thickened in concert with other components. In some embodiments, the liquid carbomer has a mass solids content of 29-31%, high solubility, and good compatibility with the components of the system.
In some embodiments of the application, the liquid carbomer is model ST 1.
In some embodiments of the application, the liquid carbomer is present in an amount of 2% to 4% by mass, further 2% to 3% by mass, such as 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, etc., based on 100% by mass of the total composition of the abrasive hand sanitizer.
In the application, the abrasive particles with proper addition amount and proper particle size (preferably 80-120 meshes) are adopted to match with other components, so that the abrasive has excellent stability, strong cleaning strength, no stinging and good use feeling.
In some embodiments of the present application, the abrasive particles have a particle size of 80 mesh to 120 mesh, further may be 80 mesh to 100 mesh, such as 80 mesh, 85 mesh, 90 mesh, 95 mesh, 100 mesh, 110 mesh, 120 mesh, and the like.
In some embodiments of the application, the abrasive particles are natural inorganic materials. In some embodiments, the abrasive particles are one or both of quartz sand, perlite. In some embodiments, the abrasive particles are natural perlite.
In some embodiments of the present application, the abrasive particles comprise from 8% to 13% by mass, further from 8% to 10% by mass, such as, for example, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, etc., based on 100% by mass of the total abrasive hand sanitizer composition.
In the application, the emulsifier emulsifies a plant source solvent (such as turpentine, limonene, alcohol ether ester and the like) into an aqueous system to reach the state of microemulsion, so as to form the oil-in-water microemulsion micelle. The micro emulsion beam generates demulsification in the mechanical friction process of the frosted particles, so that the lipophilic groups are released and compatible with paint, thereby achieving the effect of paint removal.
In some embodiments of the application, the HBL value of the emulsifier is not less than 12, further may be from 12 to 13, such as, for example, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7, 12.8, 12.9, 13, etc.
In some embodiments of the application, the emulsifier is one or both of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers.
In some embodiments of the application, the emulsifier is selected from one or more of E-1310 isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers, AEO-9 fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers, and alkyl glycoside APGs.
In some embodiments of the application, the emulsifier is an isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, further the isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is model E-1310.
In some embodiments of the application, the emulsifier is a fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, further the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether is model AEO-9.

Alcohol solvents can dissolve most of the oil stains and some of the paint, but alcohol solvents are not sufficient for thorough cleaning. In the application, the alcohol solvent and the plant source solvent (turpentine, or limonene, or alcohol ether esters) are synergistically enhanced, so that heavy oil stains and paint can be thoroughly cleaned.
In some embodiments of the application, the alcoholic solvent is one or both of ethanol and isopropanol. In some embodiments, the alcoholic solvent is ethanol, further, may be absolute ethanol. In some embodiments, the alcoholic solvent is isopropanol. In some embodiments, the alcoholic solvent is a mixture of ethanol and isopropanol.
In some embodiments of the present application, the alcoholic solvent may be present in an amount of 4% to 6% by mass, further 4% to 5% by mass, such as, for example, 4%, 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, etc., based on 100% by mass of the total composition of the abrasive hand sanitizer.
The plant source solvent is a degradable organic solvent and can dissolve grease stains, and the plant source solvent is matched with alcohol solvents, emulsifying agents and other components to synergistically improve the cleaning capacity, so that the cleaning capacity is not repeated here.
In some embodiments of the application, the botanical solvent is one or more of D-limonene, turpentine, and an alcohol ether ester.
