Especially for iron and steel enterprise and the Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises such as automobile making, shipbuilding, due to life-time service, mill floor there will be a large amount of greasy dirt, both unsightly had an effect on use, the potential hazard such as cause workshop to pollute, to slip, is urgent problem.
In the past, clean ground greasy dirt mainly through modes such as Caustic soda, wood flour, liquid detergent, gasoline and kerosene. But, requiring now at reinforcement working environment and personal safety, above-mentioned cleaning method is phased out.
Specifically, the volatile gasoline of life-time service, kerosene carry out ground greasy dirt cleaning can affect Health Status For Workers Exposed, and organic volatilization is also easy to cause haze problem. It is also to be noted that use the oils such as gasoline and kerosene to clean ground greasy dirt also introduce other new problems, for instance, the ground after being cleaned by gasoline or kerosene is generally very cunning, and can quickly adsorb dust, it is necessary to it is cleaned frequently further. Meanwhile, the greasy dirt inflow sewer after cleaning causes water oil to be layered, it is necessary to waste water is carried out pretreatment could discharge, thus considerably increasing the cost of sewage disposal.
On the other hand, adopting wood flour cleaning not only to consume a large amount of timber, too increase operation easier, after cleaning, wood flour accumulation deposit and burning also can to environments; If cleaned with Caustic soda and liquid detergent, there is also effect undesirable, the problem such as high cost.
In addition, attempts have been made to be scraped by cutter or the mode such as baking removes ground greasy dirt. It will be evident that serious damage can be caused in ground by this type of cleaning method.
Therefore, this area is in the urgent need to a kind of abluent, and it can either meet the clean environment standard of 5s and 6s of working environment, has the advantages such as efficient, safe and environment-friendly, low cost simultaneously.
